Panda express is one of the nicest fast food places I have ever been too. It feels more like a restaurant than a fast food place. The food is great quality and the service is nice. I would definitely go back.

I have been pleasantly surprised with panda express. It had been a couple years since i had been to one and have now been a few times just recently. I always have had good portions, fast service, and fresh food. I do always go inside though, i like to eat chinese food right away and not let it sit. My favorite entrée is the sweet fire chicken.

Great food, I had Mushroom Chicken, mixed vegetables and pot stickers. The Mushroom Chicken was exceptional and I ordered some sweet and sour sauce on the side(mmm, the best I have ever had). The plate portion was quite large and I was able to make 2 meals out of it! Friendly courteous staff. I would give a 5 star review, but I was disappointed by the preparation of my online order. When ordering online you are able to give special instructions such as which sauces you would like. My special instructions included to cook the vegetables till they were soft. When I arrived for my order the server began serving my food from the ready made foods. The veggies looked delicious but were crunchy. I pointed that out to my server who quickly had the veggies cooked more to my liking. They turned out perfect, but they should have read my special instructions and had my food ready on time. I should add that they took care of my complaint in a friendly caring manner. I am a fan and will be back.

Wow. Went today and two things surprised me. It was open at 10 which is awesome. And the quality stepped up since last time!

Hate to give bad reviews but left with no choice. Service was good, the food was good but their Kung pow and pepper chicken in the combo I got only had 3 lil pieces of chicken total. Yes I counted.

35 minutes and still in drive thru line. 2nd time I have waited more than 20 minutes for food and still no change in the way they handle it.

Food was disgusting and cold! The tables where dirty! The floor was sticky. Horrible service never coming back here again. The service was horrible girl was very rude angry because she just clocked in and was saying how she didn’t want to be there. Was treating everyone bad I was with. Worst experience I have ever had in Panda Express. :/

I order a kids meal and when I open it the box is not even half filled. I frequent Panda Express a lot and I love it and their always cheerful customer service but not this time! I order a side chicken and was charged almost 4 for it for a tiny box so I told the cashier i was normally charged $ 1 something and she avoid eye contact the whole time and say I cannot give you that price. She is just NOT friendly and rude and not even a thank u ! And of course my toddler finish his rice within 5 min since she gave such a tiny portion ! Will I be back? Maybe not for a long time or when she is working.

If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service. Shelbi, the lady that helped us gave me attitude for asking a simple question. I guess she forgot I was the customer! Drive through makes it impossible for the employees to give good service inside. Food was not Panda Express quality. Bad experience over all.

Food was actually pretty good but this is the third time I went through the Drive through in about six weeks and every time they got my order wrong. This last time it really kind of made me upset because I ordered a large drink which Was only filled up to within about an inch and a half from the top. I think if they could figure out how to train the employees a little better and maybe add something to their computer ordering stations that would help them put notes in the order or something to let the person that is actually filling the order know if they are supposed to not put on teriyaki sauce or add sweet-and-sour sauce any deviation from the normal entrée seems to be a problem… I think if they could get the orders right and someone had to realize that the Coke glass was not completely filled but for some reason put a lid on it and send it out to the customer(me) Very slow drive up! Does a manager even monitor the times that people are waiting?

First problem, the name. Panda Express. Express? Waiting over 25 minutes to get chow mein is Express? Second, the value.. . which there isn’t any. You wont value anything about this place when you walk into an empty restaurant(drive thru was packed though) and get a group of untrained girls working the counter who practically have zero idea of customer service. So I ask if I can get chow mein instead of that old scooped over fried rice and since they were out except some scraps I was told it would be 5 minutes. I said sure, no problem and finished ordering and paid the bill. We sit down and all of the sudden the flash mob shows up. 10 Minutes in, I’m getting concerned why it’s taking longer than it should since, you know.. . chow mein seems to be a main side dish in this place?! 15 minutes in, I go to the counter and ask about why the delay.(everyone else is getting chow mein!) Well this turns out to be because the grilled teriyaki chicken that was there when we ordered now has been all served up. I’m told there will be a wait for the chicken now.. . yeah thanks alot for saving us some! I sit back down and discuss with the wife, pissed off from the service and the waste of time I’ve sat and watched the mob eventually leave completely. 27 minutes in, I walk back up, ready to get a refund and magically she walks back with a bowl of chicken(after casually shooting the shit with the cook) and starts filling another customers box. At this point, I can’t handle it anymore, «MAMWE’VEBEENWAITING!!!» And I say nothing else.…she doesn’t even look up, but quickly changes to our boxes. «Thank you for your patience» I was told.. . WOW! the nerve some people have. They wasted my time for waiting and also writing this needed Unilocal review. This is place isn’t worthy of business, but perhaps of complete fools who know no difference.

I must say, being the experienced Unilocaler I am, that I do believe Panda Express to be a great place to get quality Chinese food for a very reasonable price. The food there has quality and a lot of flavor, and is consistently like this. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality Chinese meal for a good price.

Make sure you pay attention to the person making your plate they seem to pay no attention to what they were told considering its a job none of them care about

What do you expect from a fast-food Chinese restaurant? The Panda Express has quick service and a nice staff. If you’re in a hurry, take the drive-thru! As per usual, they have killer potstickers, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. Two reasons for a 2 star rating: (1) The food poisoning I got my last time eating here. (2) The staff seem depressed and«bleh» about their jobs. Sounds like they need a staff appreciation day with a bounce house.

You really can’t have high expectations for a fast food restaurant. I consider Panda superior than other fast food chains. No doubt about it, you have to try the Orange Chicken! It’s sweet and tad bit spicy, but enough to hit the spot. I also like their Mushroom Chicken and Beijing Beef. I also love their Cream Cheese Rangoons with their Sweet N Sour sauce. It’s heaven! The staff has always been friendly and professional. The restaurant itself is always nice and clean. Kudos to the crew! If you want something fast and different, go to Panda. If you’re expecting sit-down restaurant quality, that’s a whole different ball game.

Ordered mushroom chicken tonight to go and I basically got a few mushrooms a couple pieces of chicken and the rest was a ton of zucchini. If I wanted zucchini and sauce I would have ordered it. Totally disappointed — what a rip off.

I really enjoyed my meal! I don’t know why so many have such high expectations of a Panda Express. The food was of high quality and tasty, though a bit too oily for me. The service was OK, though our server was confused between brown rice and fried rice… but they’re teenagers! For the price, the food was great and I’m pleased with this Panda Express. I’ll be going back again.

First time here & new to the area. Went thru the drive thru & that was pretty fast & nice servers. We ordered 2 meals .1 was Teriyaki Chicken with Chow Mein only. Teriyaki Chicken was o.k.(My hubby likes sweet so it fit that descript); Chow Mein was bland, Second order was for Bejing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken w/white rice. The white rice was good, Bejing Beef(supposed to be spicy?) was dull, sweet… Kung Pao Chicken was NOT spicy(edible though) And only had ONE red pepper in it? That meal was very disappointing, to say the least! If people want hot, spicy. a Franchise should know better. Or they haven’t sent Corporate to taste this here? I LOVE spicy, hot dishes so know you won’t get that here. unless you change the flavor by using their Hot Mustard(which I did in order to not throw it ALL out)! If you want sweeter flavors. they can accommodate you here! I used to order their Spicy Eggplant Tofu just because the spice was awesome in it. Hot, hot! They took that off the menu & I’d been ordering it in the town I’m from(where they knew what spicy means) so guess that’s not happening! My suggestion would be to bring back a Spicy Tofu Dish with whatever veggies you want since it was the only«real» spicy I’d had on the menu! Not that I’m into Tofu per say but they made it right. crisp fried, spicy, etc… And it is healthy for people! BTW. I normally read Unilocal postings beforehand but we were in a hurry & passing by so being a Franchise, assumed food would be like we normally get at other Panda’s … Soooo wrong! Sure hope they do something since we now live here and have enjoyed Panda Express so much elsewhere!

Staff are always nice here. The food is good for a Chinese fast food restaurant. They have a new item on the menu about every month or two, which is usually pretty tasty. The classic orange chicken is delicious. They now offer white or brown rice. Some of my favorites are the Beijing beef, grilled teriyaki chicken, string bean chicken, or the sweet fire chicken breast. Also, if you take the survey at the bottom of your receipt you get a free entrée item for your next visit!
