Pizza Hut

I ordered online and got a. Confirmation number and a suggestion what time I should show up for my pizza and so I did not only could they not enter my credit card correctly in the credit card machine they made me wait an extra 30 minutes for my pizza while the police helicopter spotlight was flying around and then after waiting 30 minutes I asked for ranch and they tried to charge me for it after we waited so long. Service was terrible everything was a disappointment. FAIL!!!

Decided to try their box special last month while we were in redding shopping. Ordered at the counter, got a soda and sat at the table next to the register. My wife and I drank our sodas while I watched a game on TV. A few people came in after and ordered as well. Soon after that their pizzas were brought out and they ate and left. My wife looked at her phone and asked what time did we order, so I checked and it had been 50 mins! So we go to the counter and ask what’s going on with our pizzas they looked at us confused, went in the back and checked and brought them out with no apology at all! Pizzas were warm at best. Ginger is absolutely horrible at customer service but from reading reviews it seems like no matter how crappy her attitude and service our she stays around. Pizza Hut is average pizza at best and we knew that going in but we wanted something different and cheaper so we learned our lesson. Never again will we make the mistake of using the pizza Hut in redding on hilltop, maybe they were high since pizza Hut seems to be OK with that in their places in California.

Ordered pizza before my lunch break at work so my coworkers could enjoy something good. Over an hour goes by and nothing. So we decide to call and see what then status is, they have no record of my order. Which was really odd because they had already charged my card.
Decided to order again and just blow it off and straighten it out with the bank later.
Another hour and a half pass and my order still hasn’t been delivered. Called again, was told it would be another 15 – 30 minutes.
Will never order or eat at this establishment again.

Definitely not impressed with their pizzas. Lacking flavor, very thin, and just not what i expected. Good customer service though. Very friendly.

This was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut and they did an awesome job. My pizza arrived slightly ahead of schedule and was piping hot and delicious! The delivery driver was friendly and courteous. The while experience has been great.

Made a mistake stopping by this place.
Not good and really slow. There are better pizza place in the frozen aisle of a grocery store.
Save yourself the trip, hassle, and money go somewhere else. I thinks Taco Bell would be an huge upgrade.
Update. Over an hour wait for simple cheese pizza. There are about 4 customers here.

By all means do NOT ask them if your 5yr old dressed like Superman can use their restroom before you order. They react as if you are a transient coming in from the street. I will never return. The staff is rude and slow from previous visits there.

So ordered online with a credit card. 30 min after food was supposed to be delivered called to see status. Said they couldn’t call be to verify order.
Let me give you a clue morons. If someone is paying before hand they are NOT making a fake order. But I guess you people are too stupid to figure that out.

First time having Pizza Hut. My family is normally a Papa Murphys pizza family. Tried out pizza hut on a whim last night and I’m sure glad I did. It’s really good… now we are a Pizza Hut family!

Greasy thin pizza. For a med pie and 8 boneless wings (that were NOT) boneless. Was 26 $. Rip off grrrrr crap never again.

So gross. The pizza use to be okay about a year ago. Now its unbearable. They changed something…

Took an hour and a half to get pizza delivered– via online. Tried calling to confirm and it either just rang and rang or went to voicemail and then said couldn’t transfer call. Food was also a bit burnt.

The first time I tried ordering from Pizza Hut they placed my order. About an hour later, (they said it would be 40 minutes till delivered to my house) I called back and was told my order was canceled because I didn’t pick up the phone when they tried to «confirm» my order. By then, I wasn’t even in the mood for pizza anymore.
So, a week later I decided to try ordering from them again. Everything seemed good, I ordered online at 4:20 & received a call to «confirm» my order. I was told my pizzas would arrive no later than 5:15.
Now it’s 5:30, I call three times and two of the times I am told they are driving to my house and will be there any minute. LIES. Finally, at about 6 my pizzas arrive. The breadsticks were hard with extremely yellow, old grease. The pepperoni was good, but the barbecue pizza was okay besides the meatballs which were nasty. We ended up feeding the «meatballs» on the BBQ pizza to my cat because they were so gross. Even my outdoor cat that eats birds and rats threw up all over my porch after eating those meatballs. Overall, crappy service & not very good food besides pepperoni pizza.

Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut. Still a favorite of mine and I am loving the specialty sauces And the stuffed crust, but mostly I love the user friendly website that sends specific deals to your email. I like ordering and picking up at this location, the pizza is always exactly how I asked for it… Check it out… It’s super cool.

We were visiting from out of town and ordered pizza to be delivered to our hotel room. After waiting for over an hour we called only to find out that our order had been CANCELLED! Not something you want to hear when you have 4 hungry kids waiting to eat. Ridiculous! They don’t even deserve one star.

I’d never seen a business that didn’t have a menu board showing what items are sold and the cost of each item, until now. There was no menu board, so I couldn’t see the price of anything to make an intelligent decision what to order.
There was only one cashier and a long line. The cashier seemed real nonchalant, like he didn’t care about anything and didn’t want to be there. And they were hella slow.
The store is a dump and smells bad inside. It must have been built during the stone age. They should just tear it down and rebuild it from ground up, but this time with a menu board. I would never come back to this location.

The Manager Ginger has the worst costumer service skills. We waited over an hour for our food to be delivered and when I called back she gave us more shitty services. The last time I’ll ever order from them.

There’s just something about Pizza Hut crusts. Every time we have ordered they almost always mess up our order. Whether its the toppings, crust type or size…
The quality control is the same. Always tastes pretty good.
Customer service is ok.
The restaurant inside (we never eat in there, not since the 90’s) looks dingy and is outdated.
Note: the times that they do mess up on your order, they are gracious and usually let you have the pizzas at their expense.

I love always love to order beef as a topping on pizza. They were pretty fast, pizza was within 30 minutes after I ordered. I think the beef was not cooked well so I got stomachache just a little I had the pizza.
