Round Table Pizza

Best pizza I’ve ever had !!! I have been eating there my entire life and would eat there all the time if I could afford too. And this one located at the mall has a cool atmosphere they changed it to a chuck e cheese theme with cool token games and prizes added different food to the menu and have a pub now too

This Round Table in the Mount Shasta mall is special and surprisingly good. Renamed the Round Table Clubhouse, its been remodeled and has a sports bar with several good craft beers on tap and big screen TVs playing various sports events. The restaurant also still has a family dining area as well.
My family and I ate in the bar area and received excellent service from the bartender there. (His name is Dustin). If you ask him what he likes, he can help you place the perfect order. We started off with the boo coo IPA beer and chicken wings, half with bbq and half with polynesian sauce. The wings were well done with crispy edges and sauce tangy. Very good wings. The beer was tasty too.
Then we had the mini pepperoni and bacon pizza. The bacon is not bacon bits but big chunks of bacon. The pizza was really good and was well done and every bite was crunchy, cheesy and baconey.
Then we shared one of their cookie desserts with gelato on top. This too was surprisingly good and had creamy and crunchy textures with the white chocolate cookie pairing well with the caramel gelato.
In short, there is a great new sportsbar in town. And its a nice place to get a great meal at a good price. The service was excellent and we loved the atmosphere and the food. Recommended.

After a remodel, restrooms should NOT smell of urine.
This review is based strictly on comparison with other Round Table locations in Redding. If it’s Round Table PIZZA you want, go elsewhere. If you’re looking for a good salad bar, this is the place.

Two lunch specials which include individual pizzas and a salad. We added ice teas and lunch devoured a twenty dollar bill… Thought this was a bit much for my pan pizza with one slice of lunch meat ham. Granted, it was cut into quarters… So I guess someone will claim there was more than one piece… Wife had pepperoni… More cheese visible on top than pepperoni… Come on Round Table, you used to be so much better than this… one thing I did like was the dark greens and fresh spinach available at the salad bar… Didn’t like having to visit multiple tables in a search for napkins… No dispensers on tables, just little wire racks that hold salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, Sriacha, and supposedly napkins…

With the new look came over cooked or burnt pizza. Used to be my favorite pizza but product quality has really suffered in the past several months. Been a loyal customer for 30 years but ready to go elsewhere if improvement aren’t made soon.
Several months ago, I would have given a 4 star rating for the pizza and really hope quality returns to earn that rating.

THE WORST service ever. 8 employees working, and many tables left unbussed. We waited an hour to get our pizza. After the last time we are here, the order was wrong. We were given a coupon to try them out again. Totally disappointed. When asked to speak to a manager, the dishwasher said that he was just messenger. The bartender served a Bloody Mary without ice in it to another table. DO not eat here. High school staff running the place, and clearly don’t care about repeat customers. Still, no manager ever came to our table.

Don’t wast your time getting lunch buffet. I was there 45min. only got two slices of pizza 1 when I first arrived warm at best then waited for fresh. It took twenty min. for more your choices were cheese, pepperoni. I grabbed a greasy slice of pepperoni then had to leave. Maybe if I was willing to wait another 45min. they would have brought out better choices but I dot it. Save your time and money take a drive to the Anderson location well worth the trip.

Overall Round Table has been my go to pizza joint here in Redding. Unfortunately yesterday’s experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a Large Italiano, messed around for 15 – 20 mins and came back. But it wasn’t ready 30 mins in still nothing found the ticket didn’t print in the back, I took it in stride. The manager did apologize which was nice, from what I can tell it looks like it’s under new management why the sudden remodel. Anyway, to bad the pizza was rushed, it was terrible. Reason why I gave two stars was the manager owning up to it or else would have received one. I’m going to explore some other options locally for pizza.

Well… I love roundtable. It’s always my go to for pizza when traveling. Even with bad reviews I gave it a shot because being a very corporately monitored chain i figure, how bad could it be?
Bad.
Really bad.
A damn tragedy.
Parmesan twists, normally my favorite aspect of any round table. HERE, extremely undercooked. I mean more or less raw dough, and somehow still greasy as all hell. I ate the three I ordered because I was craving the delicious twists I hoped to receive. Now my stomach is extremely upset and I’m regretting it already. Might spend the rest of the night on the toilet.
Pizza… normally roundtable pizza is pretty uniform. And let’s be honest… even bad pizza is good pizza, but this… man… this is worse than bad. Made it halfway though a slice of this mini pepperoni pizza I ordered and I’m calling it quits.
This pizza seriously looks like it just got out of 5 rounds with rhonda rousey. Like it’s a card carrying member of thunderdome. This pizza looks like it was talking trash to the delivery driver and homie dragged it from the back hitch of his hatchback subaru.
I don’t know what else to say. This place shouldn’t be called round table it should be called «fv*k your 30 dollars, here’s e coli.»
Edit: just found a long nasty hair across the pizza. Just puked in my hotels toilet. I have half available mind to contact corporate and maybe the health department.

If it wasn’t for the Maui Zaui I would never come here. Mediocre customer service… Take out is not on time.
UPDATE: Well I have to say this place has figured out how to ruin the Maui Zaui. I didn’t know that was possible until I just ate the worst pizza ever. If I could give this place no stars I would. My advice… stay away!

Walked in and walked straight back out. There were 2 occupied tables and TEN tables that had drinks, half-​eaten pizza, and dirty dishes. Disturbing lack of cleanliness. No reason to not keep up on clearing off the tables. Super gross!

Walk in and it was so dirty (trash and food all over the floor, salad bar was disgusting) …walked out

We ordered some food today for delivery, then they said, it will take 45 mins for delivery, so we said ok, they took my Visa numbers for payment, then before he hang up he said, sorry but it will now take 1hr and 30 mins for delivery, so we told him, that’s fine we’ll come over and pick it up, so when we showed up they said sorry but we have charged your card delivery price before you changed it to pick up, so we returned your money back, therefore we will have to charge you again .
It, is so confusing and inconvenient, cause now I have to check my bank account everyday to make sure they return my money, it would have been a lot easier just to refund me the $ 4.00 difference in price and we’ll leave it at that .
But this is not just the first thing wrong with this Round Table, every time we order pizza, the driver either lost or forget half of our order .
We had chicken wings today and it just taste like reheated from last night, if I am paying for over priced wings, I expect it to be hot and fresh .
So disappointed with Round Table.

Once again the food was sub-​par and wait time was long.
I got the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was cold and potatoes were undercooked.
Wife got the mac and cheese with chicken strips. Mac and cheese was hot. Chicken strips cold.
I know you don’t exactly use fresh ingredients but the illusion that you do would be nice…

Big shout out to the Dana Drive location! I go here regularly for the fresh salad and amazing pizza but they helped us out the other night. We had an emergency job and they rushed four large pizzas out and helped us out a lot! Thank you Dana Dr Round Table! You guys rocked it big!

Customer service at this Round Table is horrible. Called in an order and they didn’t have it in their system when I came to pick it up. They tried to tell me I called the wrong number. Kept asking me who I talked to like I write that down.

AWESOME CLASSIC ROUND TABLE… Pizza was great, I will definately make this stop again!
We were traveling I-​5 and didn’t want to waste any time but wanted good food. We called in 15 min ahead, arrived, the crew greeted us immediatly, Sarah helped us. Our pizza was ready 5 minutes after arriving. The cool part and without asking, Sarah packed us a travel bag with paper plates, ranch, peppers and parmesan packets with napkins WITH a smile and an awesome attitude for as late as it was.
You don’t find that service much anymore… Thanks SARAH… Go ROUND TABLE!

Pizza is always great. Service is a little slow.

A bit expensive. Do not keep lunch buffet well stocked. I mean no pizza. The pizza is good, but you can get three little caeser pizzas which as good for one round table.

Triple pepperoni pizza, hot wings, salad and a beer. Pizza just a little over cooked but very good dinner. Excellent customer service. Nice big restaurant and of course a meeting room for Little Leagues. Lol
