Round Table Pizza

Ordered pizza online and was told delivery would be in 45 minutes. After completing the order I received a call from the restaurant saying it will be 90 minutes not 45. We ended up eating there. They also failed to give me the discount for ordering online. Pizza was good as usual, however, the dirty tables around the restaurant stayed dirty from the time we arrived till the time we left.

Only was it way over priced but they got the order wrong, and when we let them know they weren’t too friendly about it

This place should be closed down by the health department! Beer weak. Calzone not really hot. Nasty. Watch out during all you can eat times… Some of the local Oakies do not use new plates. CSR BS Biology

Worst. Service. Ever. We had ordered two large pizzas for delivery and the lady had told us about 20 mins, (we also live not even 5 mins away). We had just got back in to town from a family trip and thought to have it delivered. 1 hour goes by and nothing, waited 20 more mins and decided to call and all she said was «oh sorry for the wait» no explanation no nothing. NEVER ordering from them again.

The worst service ever. When picking up our order cashier said order would be ready in 20 minutes even though we timed pick up time to coincide when pizza was ready. We waited and waited and finally asked about our order they pulled it out of the oven where it was the whole time we were their. Pizza was dry and not fresh. We will not patronage this restaurant again.

The price is a little high and it’s definitely an older establishment. Being a chain, of sorts, the pizza and twists are just as good as others. However, my rating is because of the manager, Joe. He does a great job of managing his staff, being attentive, staying upbeat, and helping customers all at the same time. Go him.

Just came back from the $ 7.49 lunch buffet (with a BOGO free coupon!). The salad bar here is always well stocked and fresh. When I mentioned to the person behind the counter (Manager?) that my husband and I were vegetarian, they made up a special veggie pizza for us. How cool is that?

I ordered a pizza online for Super Bowl Sunday when I arrized to pick up my pizza it wasn’t ready or even looked at. They made my pizza right away but I think either a pizza on the house or some wings offered would of made me feel better. I won’t be doing an online pizza again.

Great pizza, and even friendly staff! Got there close to closing, and they gladly made two great pizzas with no «we are about to close» comments. We had not been to a Round Table in a while, but I’ll definitely be back.

Best Round Table in Redding by far. Been coming to this place for almost 30 years. Very consistent and clean with friendly employees. Ignore the negative reviews. Very layered back atmosphere.

I love Round Table, and this one is definitely still my favorite. I make sure to visit each time I’m in the area. The food and the service is definitely above my expectation for a traditional pizza place; I’m surprised to see a few negative reviews, but I notice two of them are from the same date and same order… one review per order will be sufficient people! Either way, I’ll still be enjoying myself with some Maui Zaui and breadsticks.

First of all this isnt about the pizza. Food tasted fine. The manager is rude and treats the customer like crap. I was there visiting, but I have gone to round tables often and order it at home so when the bill came to 50 for a large pizza and 4 sodas I about died. I said I think you made a mistake. He says nope. I said well can you at least put a coupon on there or something I have never heard of this in my life. He said I have to pay my wages with something. I asked are you kidding where are the prices. I wanted to walk out. But the few people I was with was embarrassed and felt like 10.00 wasnt worth arguing over. I think though if he would have at least tried to be reasonable I wouldnt have been so upset but he was just obstinate and mean. I get it your 50 and hate that you work there. The rest of us have todo stuff we dont like so we can eat too. But a managers job is customer service. If you cant do that then dont.

Today I placed an online order for an extra large pizza, family size past, box of garlic twist, box of dessert pizza and several extra ranch and red sauce dips. Over $ 75 order. This was a corp lunch order so online ordering is very convenient. Once ordered someone called to confirm the order.
Upon delivery the gentleman was very friendly and made sure he gave me each of my items.
Once I started to unpack everything, somethin fell out of our food bag. A random piece of jewlery. Can you say EWW! Additionally, they had forgotten our red sauce that we paid extra for.
So I have a colleague contact the establishment to ask them to bring it back and tell the manager about the random jewelry. She said the manager would send it back with the next driver and that he didn’t seem to care.
On my 30-​min lunch break I called and asked to speak with the manager who proceeded to YELL at me over the phone. I mentioned to him that he didn’t need to yell at me and he proceeded to YELL at me! I then asked if he was the manager of this branch and he said that he was and he’d never been SO hassled over dipping sauce and that it was his driver’s fault not his.
I told him that we only have 30 minutes for lunch and spent over $ 80 including the driver’s tip on this lunch and have an expectation of good service. I then told him I would NEVER return and there are other pizza joints in town who would gladly appreciate my business.
DO NOT spend your hard earned $$ here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! TRUST ME!

Grew up on the stuff, came back, will die eating Round Table Pizza. Mmm.
