Went to get two kitchen knives and scissors sharpened. They were very nice, quick and made my 20 year old knives look new. Highly recommend them.

Just took a couple knives into Erik to get sharpened. The knives I brought in are of S35VN by Chris Reeve, a steel that I find very hard to resharpen. He whipped them out in about ten minutes and they came out hair shaving sharp.
This guy does outstanding work!
I recommend this place for all your sharpening needs.

Erik, the owner of AAA Sharper Edge is a both a super nice guy and very talented. I’ve had my knives sharpened by him for the last 8 years. I moved to the East Bay Area in California two years ago and there is only one good sharpener down here and they are booked out months ahead. Just shipped all my knives to Erik, including a new Japanese high carbon steel knife, and they came back with the wonderfully sharp edge I’ve come to expect. A sharpener here in CA had messed up the profile of one of my chef knives, and that was corrected without having to ask — these guys know their knives!

This is really great service. 2 Global and 3 Henckles sharpened to perfection. One of the Henckles, a serrated bread kife that was dangerously dull, now cuts better than it did when it was new. The Japanese knives were sharpened correctly. Quick turn around, reasonable price and very pleasant follow up.

My husband took our knives into this shop to be sharpened a few days ago, and the service was GREAT. The service was fast, friendly, affordable, and our knives are SO much sharper! They sliced through carrots like butter! :D
I felt like an Iron Chef tonight when I chopped veggies for our Chicken Stew, and that’s saying something. :)
