Extremely fast! The service is superb! I was not expecting to get a fast oil change and the attendant was really nice and everything was done in order.
The waiting was clean and the work station is nicely set up. Seems like they’ve got everything in order. These guys are ready for a roll.
And yes this place is a must visit. If they keep this pace up and how great the customer service, it should get a lot of traffic considering how fast and efficient these guys are.

Horrible customer service. Felt like I was bothering them by paying $ 120 for an oil change. They never vacuumed the car until I reminded them. I wonder what else on that checklist was not done.

I don’t expect excellent customer service when I come to a Jiffy Lube but this one was about as terrible as you can get. My wife ended up leaving without even getting an oil change it was that bad.
We started by pulling up behind another car that had just showed up and same in the other lane. The initial attendant was quick to come by and send us inside to choose our service.
Once inside there was no desk person for 10 minutes while the two people ahead of us and we waited. Once finally at the counter the person rudely asked «what kind of oil do you want?!» In which I had no idea. That is their job to sell the oil and service after all. Well that was the last straw, we left and won’t come back to that location or possibly any others.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not go here.

I’m going 2 stars rather than just 1 right now since I still have to take my truck in today to find out why the Check Engine light has come on. I went in on ⁹⁄₁₆ — just last week. I do have an older 1998 Dodge Durango with a decent amount of long distance miles but my truck was running just fine. No problems whatsoever. Previously only using 10W/​30 oil, I had noticed after the job was done that they put 5W/​30 in. I didn’t question this at the time, being a girl and assuming they would know what’s best for a car with this mileage etc but now I’ve got a truck with the Check Engine light on, a transmission that feels like it’s slipping when I’m going up hill and have not experienced this any time in the 3 years I’ve owned this car. I’m being told that being an older vehicle most places should use 10W/​30 so why they didn’t, I don’t know.
It’s oddly coincidental that the Check Engine light would go on so soon after and that I’m experiencing problems now. Wish I had done more research beforehand but figured this was a simple procedure done by professional oil mechanics but should’ve started worrying when it was done in 10 minutes when the original estimate was 30… Will update once I get the diagnosis. Crossing my fingers that it’s something as simple as draining the oil and replacing with 10W/​30 rather than damage that’s occurred from driving it this way over the last week.

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for years, and they are the best! I’ve seen the team change in staff over the years, but as long as the Store Manager, Vance is there, this is the best Jiffy Lube and he’ll ensure you get the best service possible.
They have always been honest, never try to up-​sell me on any service not needed, and offer outstanding customer service. The service is always efficient and always check-​in on you while you are in the waiting area to see how you’re doing. It was a hot day yesterday afternoon, and Vance even came into the waiting area to turn on the fan and place it in my direction to make sure I was comfortable while I waited :) Vance and his team go above and beyond to endure you are happy with their service and appreciate your business.

I used to go to this location regularly but stopped going there as there were multiple issues from quality of work to customer service. I went there again today after 4 or 5 years thinking they may have improved. I found it worst than before. First of all the person behind the counter was very rude. Secondly I asked them if the inside of the car was cleaned and they said yes. Later I noticed that it has not been touched so I had to drive back again to get it cleaned. The quality of service is poor, customer service is non-​existing, and they are not honest. How do they expect to get the business. I am not going back even though it is very conveniently located for me. I would rather drive further to get the service done.

I feel like I got hosed. I know having a luxury car the oil cost more and yada yada, but at what point is it justified that I am paying more at a jiffy lube than I would if I went to the dealer??? Considering there is an auto part store right next door I will opt to buy my own oil and do it myself.
On top of I told them I don’t want your rainx crap on my car since I just had it washed, but they did it anyways and the crappy runoff got all over the sides of my just washed car wtf.

Had a wonderful experience at the local jiffy lube! My tundra needed a bunch of services the front counter guy Cameron was very knowledgeable making the service pleasant. It was very quick everyone was very polite. Go Hawks

Went in for oil change… the guy behind the counter told me my previous oil change had been the upgraded oil for high mileage cars…$ 62.95…and that’s what was recommended… I said I had never paid that much for an oil change. He said that’s what I paid last time… I told him no, that I wanted the conventional oil change for $ 32. When I got home, I checked in the glove compartment and found my previous receipt… for the conventional oil change! Guy flat out lied to me! Never going back there… rip off and dishonest!

oil change, synthetic, they want to give you a sticker that says the manufacturer’s suggested mileage, but don’t tell you with synthetic or synthetic blend that you’re good for more than double that. reported that they checked my tire pressure and filled it up to 32lbs, but they were still at 19.5lbs right where I left them. Should’ve just done it at home myself. You pay for being lazy, I guess. They get 3 stars for giving me clean oil and oil filter and showing me the air filter and letting me decide.

I was on the freeway in the middle of traffic when my coolant light came on. Cue panic. Smoke was coming out of the hood of my vehicle and despite the blinking emergency lights, no one was letting me over. It was pretty awful.
Somehow, I managed to make it over to my local Jiffy Lube before my car exploded, rendering me unable to go to work and possibly dead. Paul and Kristian were awesome, with awesome being understatement of the year. Though they weren’t sure they could help, they checked under the hood anyway — only to discover that my radiator cap apparently was not on.
I still have no idea what happened there.
They spent the next twenty minutes filling up my radiator with much-​needed coolant and getting rid of an air bubble that formed in what coolant still remained in the vehicle. They were careful to test and test and test to make sure that my vehicle was road-​safe — and it was. I managed to make it back home in one piece with the coolant arrow sitting happily in the middle.
They also took the time to write down a part number for a new radiator cap for me – and even called the nearby O’Reilley’s to see if they had the part in stock. When they didn’t have the necessary part, Paul wrote down the part number for me and told me what stores did have the necessary part. They instructed me on how to replace it (wait until the morning to swap them out) and told me what to do if the coolant light came back on (put the heater on full blast and come back). In short, they were amazing, and I couldn’t ask for any two better people to help me in the middle of a car crisis.
I always go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed, but this experience solidified my loyalty to Jiffy Lube. Highly recommended!

Friendliest staff of any Jiffy Lube I’ve been to. Service was pretty basic but they did it well and articulated my options exactly. They weren’t condescending about it, either. I live 20 minutes away but I’ll go back next oil change.

Long ago it used to be instant check-​in with 15 min service guarantee, or your money back. For a while already, this service location does not even permit to drop-​off the car — they make customers stay on site while the car waits in long line, then the car gets in and they inspect air filters and PCV valves looking for more ways to charge customers, and only then they approach the waiting customer telling him: «Time for you to check in — and by the way, did you know your filter (or valve) is dirty?», to which I usually respond «Put it back please — I did not ask you to take it out.». The result is — a lot of time wasted waiting, and parts removed and put back again, and often they don’t put parts back correctly.
Another big problem at this location is that they don’t bother ensuring they close the oil cap really well, and don’t clean the oil that they drained — often enough. oil is leaking a lot right after the oil change, and I would have to take the car back for them to clean the oil leftovers or to close the oil cap better. One time the cap was so loose that my whole garage got covered with oil, and it is almost impossible to get the oil off the concrete floor — and when I took the car back for them to close the oil cap tightly, all they said was «sorry for that».

This by far is the best jiffy lube around. Always fast and the guys working there are nice.

Fast service, consistent and gets the job done. My only gripe is the upsell they try to pull which sometimes it’s a blessing and a curse. They’ve suggested that I change my filters and wiper blades which I can appreciate and followed through on. What I think is a bit overkill is the vendor they have on site to repair your windshield. One time, my tires were trashed and instead of letting me know, they suggested I rotate my tires for $ 22 so I did. Next day my tires were flat and I took it to Discount Tires where I bought them and not only do they rotate for free, they informed me my tires were bald. Yikes!

Kristian was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions! He shared his expertise in oil grades and was very personable! Thank you for the excellent service and timely oil change so I could get on with my day of errands without the kids!

I have been getting my oil changed at this location for a while now, and I keep going back because their service is always exceptionally friendly and wonderful. Seriously, they go above and beyond the standard courtesy expected, and it’s always a pleasant experience. I generally hate having to talk with anyone about car maintenance or issues, but the guys working here are always patient and explain things in great detail. If I mention not being able to afford or need any work done at that time, they actually listen and don’t push a sales pitch on me.
Most recently, I took my car in for a new battery and an old change. The year-​old crack on my windshield has spread and I mentioned I was planning on getting a new windshield when I was back from a trip. The tech there made a call and was able to offer a replacement for $ 50 less than I had been quoted elsewhere.
Overall, I would recommend them for any routine work you’d need done on your vehicle. The guys working here are very nice and they make the experience as easy as possible.

I went to this location to have my oil changed. While my car was being fixed one of the employees brought me my air filter. He suggested it needed to be replaced but I told him that I would do that myself later. After paying for the service and leaving, my car broke down.
I took my car to my mechanic. He examined the car and then explained to me that the air filter housing had been knockoff of the air intake, which was causing my engine to quit.
I contacted Jiffy Lube to explain what had happened. I was told to submit my car repair bill and my car rental bill to them for payment. It’s been almost three weeks since I spoke to the manager and handed him my receipts, and I haven’t received anything.
Consider other locations before going to Jiffy Lube in Redmond.

I had accidently overfilled my oil at the O’Reillys nearby and the two working at Jiffy were helpful enough to drain off the excess (since my siphon wouldn’t work and my car is too low to do it myself.

Never go here if he works… THIS IS WHY! So I go in to have an oil change Sunday around 10AM. I wait. They sold me on an upgrade oil change… around $ 60. Then when they were end they came in and said…“Oh three of your break lights are out. It will cost about $ 90. and today we can give you a buy one get one free.” Break lights… really, I declined and went over to the Oreilly’s next door… asked the sales guy to come out and look at my lights… THEY WERE 100% JUST FINE… not believing him… I had him sit in my car and test the breaks while I watched… again FINE! Being upset I called over there… and they knew how I was… telling us that it must have been an electric error.
After today I hate this place… NEVER GO HERE!
