Always great food and good prices! Usually outstanding service… last time the waitress was a bit cold but that won’t stop us from dining at our favorite burger joint!

Great food. I have been coming here since I was a kid. I took my husband here for the first time and he loved it. The power pac burger is his favorite thing. I love their clam strip basket and malt shakes. Big booths for 6 – 8. Great lil place.

Always have loved this place and probably always will. I never get bad service, the place is always clean, and the food doesn’t taste like it was frozen and reheated. Basically, it’s what you wish McDonald’s would go back to.

I’ve been coming to this business since the 50’s…now that is a long time. Of course it was owned and operated by the original owner and was the place to go for ice cream treats. Why the 1 star rating? Over the course of this summer I ate there three times, every time I was in Redmond. On my 2nd visit I started realizing that the hamburger inside the bun had this whitish veal like look and it not did not look appealing it did not taste appealing. In fact on my last visit it was awful. I hate to say this but the hamburger was so awful that I will no longer go there for my hamburger fix. I’ve talked to a few other Redmondites and they are saying the same thing. What I think the Sno-Cap folks are now doing is pre-cooking the hamburger and then keeping them hot in a pan of water. I hope the Sno-Cap owners are listening as you need to stop doing this. Look, this is not a Fast Food Joint… it is a Redmond landmark that deserves to be treated with respect. I don’t care if it takes 2 or 3 or 6 minutes longer to get my hamburger, get the best hamburger meat and cook each and every patty on the grill for each order. If people don’t want to wait there is places down the street for them but if you produce the finest hamburger in Redmond you will not have feet walking. Please make a change.

Good deluxe burgers. My son enjoyed ice cream before his corndog. The fries are better than other fries in town too. The workers were nice and friendly. It is the best burger on the North side of Redmond. My kids love it when we ask, «Should we get Sno Cap burgers tonight?»

Mediocre cheeseburger. Got the bacon burger and onion rings. I was disappointed to find that the onion rings were store bought/frozen rather then fresh house made. The waitress couldn’t recommend what was good here/they were known for. Pretty busy establishment though while we were here! Probably would never come back.

I have been eating here my whole life. It all started back in the ‘80s, when I was a kid and I had my first burger and fries from here. It was an instant hit(and I was a picky eater back then). My family would go here on a regular basis, dad would always get the Power Pac Supreme, and I would look on with envy. I really wanted to try that monstrous burger, but my parents knew I was too young and wouldn’t finish it… so I had to stick with the kiddie burgers. Then my family moved away from Redmond in the mid-90’s. It would be more than 10 years before I made it back to Redmond. I grew up, joined the military, deployed to Iraq, married, bought my first new car, bought a house… all this before I would enjoy Sno Cap again. In 2007, my wife and I took a road trip to Central Oregon, so I could show her where I lived. Our first stop was Sno Cap, just to see if they had changed in 10 years. Let me tell you, it was the same! The food was just as good as I remembered. As an adult, I finally got my Power Pac Supreme. It would be several more years before we made it back here. Living out of state, it’s hard to find time to make it back. But this past weekend, we made the time. Literally, our first stop in Redmond was Sno Cap. Again, I went with the Power Pac. After 8 years since our last visit, it still hadn’t changed. The décor, the food, the excellent service, the ice cream… ALLTHESAME! It’s like Father Time hit the pause button on this wonderful place. Redmond as a town has changed a lot, and it’s hard for me to recognize certain places from my childhood(the fairgrounds, the old safeway, all the video stores like Sun Home Video… where I fell in love with video games), but one thing hasn’t aged a day, and that is Sno Cap. I really cannot recommend this place enough. You will not regret your decision to eat here. Who knows, maybe in 20 years your kids will come back to relive some memories, and there Sno Cap will be, the same as always. Thank you Sno Cap for never changing. And somehow, by not changing, you have only gotten better, as the world gets more crazy around you.

This has been our family’s favorite for 13 years. The fish is awesome and the power pack is a great value. Their shakes are awesome and we have NEVER had a bad meal here. Service is always polite and friendly. Support your local establishment.

Good food, but nothing super special. Just close to where I work, so I come here fairly often. Lots of ice cream choices for shakes, cones or bowls.

This place felt like you walked back into the 1950s or early 1960s. Food was pretty good and the ambiance was nice. A very pleasant surprise. Give them a try.

We go to the Sno Cap for their old fashioned burgers and sandwiches. Service is above average, the servers dote on their customers, the restaurant is always spot on clean when we go even after there has been a lunch rush. We enjoy the value priced lunch specials and the special attention they give to customers. We’ve been eating here for decades, about once every couple of months and we’ve enjoyed it. The food used to be homemade. Not so much anymore. It’s mostly pre-prepared and processed. Hamburgers are OK. Don’t expect the meat to taste fresh, because it isn’t. The burgers taste reheated. The buns and breads are Franz. The soups are no longer homemade. Switching to prepared/frozen foods hasn’t lowered the prices here any. The lemonade is(which used to be good) simply lemon koolaid. Little effort is made to enhance the food a little. To make it taste more homemade. We still eat here every once in awhile for old times sake. And I’m happy to see that they’re still in business. It’s just not as good as it used to be, that’s all.

I love this place for its delectably unhealthy burgers served the classic way: pickles, american cheese, special sauce, and lettuce on a sesame seed bun. Sometimes, I really don’t want a pretentious burger(lamb stuffed with feta on a ciabatta is great, but not always) and so I come here. The service is great, it’s seemingly clean and you get exactly what you pay for. In fact, I don’t eat McDonalds but still crave the quarter pounder with cheese, and I will say this is better. It’s also locally owned. They even make smaller burgers for those who don’t want a regular sized one(I assume it’s for kids but its pretty much the perfect amount of burger for me) and it’s only $ 2.80.
