I am a 45 years vegetarian, and«freaked» when I saw cheese and meat being cut on the same slicer… most staes made that a health code violation 15 – 20 years ago, but before I turned and walked out the door, «all the employees» and the manager assured me that they would prep my sandwich in the back, away from the meat… and the sandwiches that me and my wife had met all expectations. So, all of you who see this operation, and think that your food cannot be «kosher», «Halal», or if Hindu, etc… just explain and they will prepare it uncontaminated without you feeling like they are inconvenienced by you.

I have been ordering sandwich trays for events I hold twice a year that need to feed about 50 people from Albertsons in the King Harbor Shopping Center basically due to the location convenience for MANY years. Now that Albertsons is gone and Jersey Mike’s moved into the shopping center we gave them a try this time. WOW! Such an amazing experience! Nick helped me place my order over the phone. He was so helpful and polite. He even contacted me the day of my event to finalize the order and confirm that I was all set. Other than knowing I would be getting their delicious sandwiches cut into 2−3″ pieces in a box, I had no idea what to expect since this was our first time ordering from their catering menu. The boxes are amazing! You can open them and fold the cover into the box and each row has a header labeling what type of sandwich and bread was in each row. it was SO perfect! We will hands down be using Jersey Mike’s for our events from here on out. Thank you Redondo Jersey Mike’s and thank you Nick!!!

Better than Quiznos and Subway, in that order.

We ordered a sandwich online, which is easy to do and easily customizable. They made a mistake which we would probably not noticed, BUT the young lady in the shop knew and had the integrity to say«hey I made the wrong sandwich, please let me fix it for you.» We got a 5 and they made a 13. Being honest with me is the most important relationship I can have with someone that makes my food! Hats off to the youngsters that run this shop. My sandwich was good and the integrity of the employees of the restaurant is worth 5 stars!

My sub(turkey Swiss) was great except too much mustard was all over. The Mr’s chicken Philly cheesesteak on the other hand… The chicken was dry, and there was barely any cheese. Now he gets this sub from this location regularly, so there must just be something off w/the Sunday eve crew.

Are people so desperate for sandwich shops that this place gets 4 – 5 stars? The meat, while shaved in front of you, looks like blocks of spam. The Chicken Parm was frozen chicken microwaved. And don’t get me started on service. There were 7 teenagers standing making sandwiches without any logic. They would run around with spoons, pouring stuff, slicing, and assembling sandwiches in the most chaotic way. My Chicken Parm had so much red sauce that the bread disintegrated and it made it a wet gooey mess. Couldn’t even eat the damn thing. I’ll never eat at this place again. Subway, which is not great, is far better and much cheaper.

I consider myself a true sub connoisseur and eat a sub sandwich about 3 times a week. I, even worked for a legendary sub shop in South Florida in the 1960s. Jersey Mikes is the only other sub shop that even comes close to their quality and taste. Instead of oregano though, our secret formula was using a meat slicer to slice green peppers and onions impossibly thin, it created an amazing oily flavor on top of the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. A great Italian style sub is all about the way the ingredients set each other off and does not necessarily have to be loaded with meat. While, Jersey Mikes is substantially more expensive than all of the other sub chains, they are usually worth it, in most cases. Their bread and provisions are superior, and the cheerful employee attitudes make it a pleasant ambiance. The Super and the Italian are the SUBs that I personally enjoy. They would have received 5 stars from me, but I have been very disappointed each time I have ordered a roast beef sub, which is normally my favorite choice, but now elsewhere. Each time I ordered one, I felt like I got totally ripped off. I don’t mind dropping $ 14 on a Sky High Sandwich at Nate and Al’s, or Jerry’s Deli as they offer 5 times the amount of roast beef but cannot justify doing so for just a few slivers of roast beef. For now, I guess I’ll continue going to Rinaldi’s or Togos for my roast beef subs, even though I actually prefer the bread and seasonings at Jersey Mikes. If I get bold, maybe I’ll try another Jersey Mike’s location and see if this is a chain-wide phenomenon.

Little better than steakums at only $ 27 for 2 cheesesteak subs and drinks. If you think this is good you have never had a cheesesteak sub.

Went to Jersey Mike’s for the 1st time to pick up a huge lunch order we had for our office. As soon as we walked in the door you could tell everyone behind the counter was happy to be there. Our online order was ready to go so all we had to do was sign and take our food. They sounded happy to have prepared our order and asked if they could cater any future meals. Their cheerful mood was definitely contagious. No complaints from anyone at our office so food was delicious in case you’re wondering. Thanks again everyone at the PCH location!!!

I finally tried jersey mikes & loved it. The staff was super friendly & the subs were awesome! A bit pricey but in this life you get what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone who wants a quality, super tasty sub. Will be back for sure.

Service is fast and they are soooo nice! We accidentally stumbled upon this location and I’m so happy we did! I even got a free cookie because I’m a first timer. The sandwiches are way better than at subway, but they also cost more. Parking is easy, they are located in the shopping center with Petco and Albertsons, more towards Hudson house than 190th. I would definitely come back. The people working there were so helpful the sugar cookie was really great!

Every time my husband sees Jersey Mike’s we will stop in an get him a Big Kahuna cheesesteak, sub swiss for provolone. I am not a huge fan of sandwiches so I usually pass, but he really enjoyed his here. Portions are huge, but they will cost you more than other sandwhich places, it does make a difference with being sliced and made to order and you can get great deals with coupons or joining their email club. Service was fine, the place clean and well maintained, the line moves fast, even at lunch.

New location. Not only do they serve a good size sub, it comes with an experience. The staff is all super friendly — full of fun and life. If Jersey Mike were to box Jared from Subway, for the Sub title — I’d give it to Jersey Mike!

I love Jersey Mike’s but not this location. The staff, especially the girl at the register, is obnoxious and pushy. In addition, they don’t listen to the customers. I’ve eaten there twice and had to correct them numerous times on my order. Each visit I also saw other customers going through the same ordeals. And I’d like to tell the manager, please let your staff know I DON“T NEED A PHONENUMBERTOPURCHASE A SANDWICH! I don’t want to be part of your club. Is this mandatory??? Is my cash not enough? The staff seems to think this is a requirement. They don’t even let customers decide if they want to participate. They can F-Off. Rude and obnoxious is not where I like to purchase my meals. It’s sad, because the chain is great, but this facility gives them a BAD name!

I much prefer Mike’s to some of the other sandwich joints so I was glad to see this location open near me. It’s a teeny location so there is often a line out the door at lunch time. Their sandwiches are huge! Piled high with plenty of freshly sliced meat and cheese.
