I am here now at GSVlabs at #Connect15. The speakers today are sensational. I learned something important today that all businesses should know…“If it ain’t mobile, it’s broken”. Get your business app going if you haven’t already!

Updates:
I’m going to leave the pro section as is, essentially those are still GSVLabs’ best qualities. In terms of the cons I cited in my first review, here are the updates:
1. The conference room booking situation has gotten a little better. And I have noticed significantly less squatting in the conference rooms. The staff here has added a few amenities, but hasn’t changed the booking process.
2. There are now conference phones in every conference room. Although, since that wasn’t always the case I’ve started using a Bluetooth speaker/​conference phone of my own… So it’s kind of a moot point now.
3. The events here are the biggest improvement and are why I’ve added a star. GSVLabs has gotten Coach Campbell, Guy Kawasaki, Ron Johnson, and other powerful speakers to come into the space to speak to the community over the past few months. This has been a real highlight for me personally and professionally.

This place is pretty spacious with a modern look and a seemingly comfortable working place. They have an outdoor courtyard which is pretty awesome and a slide from the second floor to the first with a bean bag at the bottom.
This building is pretty clean and relaxing. They even have table tennis on the second floor! This building has a lot of rooms and it provides a lot of conference rooms.
You can tell that the people that work here are like-​minded and innovative. This is a great place to be if you want to surround yourself with goal-​oriented people.

I’ve had my startup here for over 6 months and it’s been a great experience. It’s great space to work out of that provides high speed internet, printer/​fax, conference rooms, and even a gym. The staff here is extremely helpful and have been working towards making NestGSV a vibrant community. I highly recommend this space to any startup that wants to immerse themselves in a community of like-​minded entrepreneurs.

NestGSV offers coworking space that looks pretty cool. Spacious areas, modern furniture, and event space with break room and large flat panel.
They also offer «Ecubator» services for startups: education programs, professional services (legal, finance, marketing), IT support, business development, and also funding.
