Hertz Rent A Car

I just had a really bad experience in this branch. This past month, I had to rent a car because my car had some body repairs. I got a nice jeep, which was not clean at all and had a quarter half-​empty gas tank. I do have insurance, but they added on top of that, an extra insurance that I didn’t ask for. They said, they give that option to everyone, but I’m sure that if they would ask me, my answer would have been «NO». Who wants to pay an extra insurance when you already have one. Also, when I returned the truck, I filled up the gas tank, and now they are charging me for $ 60. I feel like I have been robbed by this company, I am very frustrated. Now, no one wants to take the responsibility of what happened, and it seems I won’t get my money back. Currently, I am not working, I have a baby, and $ 250 is half of my rent. I recommend you all, check all your papers before signing them and make sure they don’t add extras without your approval. And agents PlEASE!!! you must learn some moral values and principles before making your commission, one of them «honesty».

I highly recommend Hertz on Woodside in Redwood City. Great rates and great customer service. We will be using them again!
