After shipping something FedX to be delivered overnight and it arriving two days later (FedX said due to bad weather) but I had to submit claim through this co. I called them to do so for my 102.40 to be adjusted or refunded. They promised to follow up, call me back and they gave me the song and dance, for over three weeks only to tell me they phoned FedX and got the same answer. I am fortunate that there are a couple of places in Rehoboth to mail packages. I have shipped from them for years and always paid a premium but their attitude about the amount of money I spent and their follow up was totally unsatisfactory.
