My husband buys his glasses here very good experience. I bought a pair of Fysh at another Sterling and when I went in there to have them adjusted I was told they only service what they sold. And I did see a sign stating that right on the front door. I offered to pay then he just went and fixed them. I guess being in a tourist area it gets to be old when you continually are expected to service people who are never going to actually buy any thing from you. Why not just charge a nominal fee? I would love to hear the side of the story with the attitude. To the reviewer Karen B. I would encourage you to drive by and see the sign in the window.
I will come here again to BUY, as they do a good job and have an excellent selection.

The old man who runs this place is incredibly rude and downright nasty if you try to have your glasses adjusted and did not buy them there.
