First time, took a chance. Space was comfortable, clean, modern. Not disappointed, food great, brisket sandwich outstanding as was arugula salad. Server, Anthony did a terrific job. We are adding to our short list of great places to eat in Rehoboth.

We have eaten at Pig and Fish three times over the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. In May we tried their pork chop dinner and it was spectacular. The meat was flavorful and moist and the sides were sinfully rich. I almost did not eat anything the entire next day as the meal was so satisfying. We will definitely come back again and it is becoming our go to restaurant in Rehobeth.

We went for our first time on a busy night and ended up getting two seats at the bar. The food was delicious and the bartender was very attentive. I had the steak which was perfectly cooked any my husband had the fish, which he said was very tasty. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Wow wow wow. I have heard of Pig + Fish from several people and they all raved about it. I finally got dinner the other night and everything was so delicious! We split the seafood mac n cheese which was creamy and delicious and had perfectly season and cooked scallops and shrimp. For my dinner I had the chicken Chesapeake sandwich which was grilled chicken crispy bacon with a fried oyster on top. The fries were nothing special but oh man did I leave a happy customer. The atmosphere and décor of the place was adorable and our waiter was awesome and funny. Great vibes all around. I was already planning my return as we were done eating ! New fav. Place in Rehoboth :)

First time here. Great ambience. Our server Chipper was excellent, professional, and friendly. Upon his recommendation, ordered their Sangria which was delicious. Appetizers, again on Chipper’s recommendation, bacon crab dip and fish tacos, were as he said, amazing. Both of our entrees, lamb and the pig and fish, were perfectly cooked and tasty. All food was served in a timely fashion and at a perfect temperature. Overall a great place, even the bartender came over to speak to us about a question we had about the Rehoboth area. Will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for Chipper!

Amazing food– fish tacos and scallops were bangin! I love food and I love pig and fish! Chipper was an awesome waiter. Sangria was up there with the best I’ve ever had!

Very good food in downtown Rehoboth. Somewhat limited menu but good choices. Delicious fish and chips, grilled Caesar salad, and outstanding bread pudding. The crab cakes on Arugula was okay, not outstanding. Would definitely recommend this place.

A fun, new-American restaurant in the middle of a tourist town, this place is a great place to get away from the visitors. Week nights don’t have long waits, and food comes out quickly. I ordered the grilled caesar salad(no anchovies or onions) and it was a wonderful treat. I got the small and barely had enough room for dessert. Barely, I made sure to order the dessert of the day — a bread pudding that was surprisingly light, but a hefty portion. This dessert was the most excellent part of the meal and I strongly encourage it!

Oh my god! First off ask for«chipper»! He is the best waiter ever! Second from the drinks to the dessert, everything was just beyond amazing! Words can’t describe how awesome the food tasted. You can tell this place is the real deal! I would come back every night to just try something on the menu…

The pig fish offers a creative menu filled with surprises, and does not disappoint. My girlfriend and I came into the pig fish this weekend for date night. The restaurant has a cozy charm inside with nice lighting and rustic tables. We started with drinks and an app and both tried the margaritas which were very good. For our app we tried the bacon horseradish crab dip. I love that it came in a bread bowl, but it tasted more like whitefish dip than crab dip to me(–1 star) For our entrees we got the fish and chips and the fish tacos. In both cases the fish was a breaded fries grouper, which is hard to find this far north. I was very impressed. The grouper was tender in the center and crunchy on the outside. I love grouper and this was some of the best I’ve had. The taco featured a kimchi garnish, that really made it pop(nice and spicy) My girlfriend is living in the area now, so we will definitely be back!

Very cute place located in a nice area of Rehoboth full of shops and restaurants. I planned a dinner here with a group of girls for my best friend’s Bachelorette party. With nice restaurants being pretty limited in Rehoboth/Dewey Beach, I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, The Pig & Fish was perfect for the occasion! It had dimmed lighting and a pretty open space. We were seated at a table immediately(party of 6) around 8:00PM on a Saturday. They closed at 9:30 and by that time we were basically the only table there, but never once felt rushed. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. She had no issue splitting checks for our table. I ordered the Short Rib Tacos and it tasted great! Tender meat that was braised perfectly. The mango sauce added a nice touch of sweetness to it. A little pricey, but at least it was good! The other girls seemed to have enjoyed their meals as well. I’d definitely return again when I’m back in the area!

This is a very hard review to write. This used to be our«go to» restaurant for prompt service AND good food. But after 2 poor dinners there… I don’t think I can back even though the restaurant managers comped my meal the first time and today they comped our entire family of 3’s bill. At the beginning of the summer, our food didn’t arrive for at least 30 minutes after ordering. And this was after asking the hostess to find our waitress because she never came around to tell us anything. The restaurant was nice enough to comped $ 20 off the bill and we chalked it up for early summer timing issues with staff, new menu. Well it’s the end of the summer and we decided to give it another go. We were excited to be seated immediately on a Sunday night. Our salad came quick! Good sign. But then is was a 25 minute wait for our entrees. As if that wasn’t bad enough, all of our food was lukewarm at best! I asked for a manager and asked him to feel the bottom of my plate and explained why I was so unhappy. I asked if he could please just«nuke» my plate of food. My 8YO’s steak was cool too but she was so hungry, she didn’t care. While they were reheating my food, another manager came by to apologize and comped our entire meal. While I appreciated the effort, I really didn’t want to become«that» customer.(My husband agreed that our food was cold, but he didn’t want to be «that» customer.) My food did come back hot and delicious. So there you have it. Good food and good portions once you get it. Delivery of the food however is a fail. Therefore 3 stars. Will I go back? Hard to say.

I visited my friend, who has a house in Rehoboth and we went here because she is a regular. She even has a loyalty card to the place. Being the first ones to arrive for lunch on a Saturday at 12 noon, there was no crowd and there was plenty of space, which was awesome because my friend has an antsy infant. The waitress was very friendly and patient. The craft beer selection is awesome and she was able to give us samples of the beers so we could choose more effectively. I started with the acorn crab bisque and although the first couple of bites were exciting, the acorn flavor got to be quite overpowering. As soon as I finished the scant amount of crab, I stopped eating. I didn’t want to send it back however since the staff is so nice. And anyways, my fish tacos made up for it. The fish taco bursts with flavor and textures. I liked the breading on the fish because it was light. The serving comes with two tacos but they are so flavorful that it was a very satisfying light lunch.

Whenever, I’m at the shore, I always look for good, fresh seafood. This restaurant does not disappoint! Their only fault is predicting the wait time for 6 people on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. We shifted to the bar after the hostess gave us a 45-minute wait time. Since other restaurants were giving us 2 hours, 45 minutes at the bar didn’t sound like a bad idea! We ordered our first round of drinks. Three top notch beers I’d recommend: Yard’s Cape of Good Hope(8.1% ABV Douple IPA), Duvel Moortgat(8.5% ABV Belgian Pale Ale), and the Evolution Craft LotNo 3IPA(6.8% ABVIPA). We ordered the Applewood Bacon Crab Dip as an appetizer as we waited. After the order was placed, our table was ready! Suddenly, 45-minute wait turned into a 5-minute wait. Already, this night was getting better! We were seated towards the back in a semi-private area near the restrooms. Not too loud, and the perfect nook for our group. While we waited for the bacon crab dip appetizer, we perused the menu. Many choices from land and sea, but that night I wanted seafood! The fresh fish specials caught my eye, as did the jumbo lump crab cakes, and the puttanesca stew, and the fish tacos, and the crab summer salad! I eventually landed on the wolffish special, le gustoff style(White bean cassoulet, toasted pine nuts, and mushrooms). Other folks ordered the fresh tomato and mozzarella salad, tabasco smoked pork tenderloin, the pig and fish special(pork belly and scallops!), the seafood salad sandwich, red snapper(boardwalk style with creole cole slaw), a cheese plate, and the meatloaf special with a crab cake. The bacon crab dip was indeed delicious, savory, and warmed our bellies. Our meals that came soon after followed suit. Presentation, taste, and portion size were all on point. I fell in love with my meal! The wolfish was delicate, and prepared perfectly over the cassoulet. The tomato and mozzarella salad looked amazing! It was an excellent meal which everyone enjoyed. Giving a shout out to our server, Chipper! He was fantastic with giving us recommendations and great service. Rehoboth beach is known for some great restaurants, and this place is a star! I’d come here again and again.

So our group went there for dinner, came back the next day for lunch, and if I didn’t have to leave that morning, you betcha I would’ve been there for lunch AGAIN. Got the Pig & Fish signature dish for $ 25: A bit expensive, but we split it 3 ways and it was worth it. Never have I had pork belly that was so perfectly cooked, it melted in my mouth and made me forget I was eating pure fat and pigging out in a place called Pig & Fish. The scallops? I was eating it as slow as I could, strand by strand, enjoying that piece of scallop as long as I could. When it was all gone, I wanted to cry. The kale reminded me of roasted brussels sprouts – and the second time around, the cook swapped in extra kale instead of the hash, by request, giving us that much-needed boost of FIBER in our bulging bellies. Got the arugula salad for $ 13: they do give a decent portion and it was delicious. We split it 3 ways and it was just enough. I paid a total of $ 15 including tip for this meal, and that made it affordable and enjoyable :) I would definitely recommend this combo, and can’t wait for the day when I will come back ;)

Okay, how much do I love The Pig and Fish? So much that I had lunch there this afternoon… and, just by chance, dinner tonight! Lunch featured one of the best burgers I’ve ever had — their Fifty/Fifty burger, made from ground short rib and bacon(!!!), with red onion, dill pickles, and cheddar on a lightly toasted kaiser roll. The meat was incredibly flavorful without being greasy, and the bun was the perfect pairing for all that delicious meaty wonderfulness. The burger was served with a bacon-scallion potato salad, a very nice complement. For dinner, it was the fish and chips — a tempura-battered grouper with a lemon-caper tartar sauce. Light and crispy on the outside, with the grouper taking on a creamy consistency that would make any British chippie proud. They’ve got a great beer selection and make one mean Moscow Mule, also one of the best I’ve had. Couple all that with a friendly staff who aims to please and you’ve got one of the best restaurants in Rehoboth that’s definitely worth checking out.(Something tells me I’ll be back for that burger again before leaving town…)

We happily and hoggishly did just like their slogan told us «Eat like a pig. Drink like a fish.» Along the main drag in Rehoboth, it sits on the intersection of casual and culinary. Not an easy tightrope to walk. But the dining atmosphere, the friendly and attentive wait staff, and the food do the job well. The prices(disappointingly) fall overboard towards the culinary side, which stings a little when you’re eating a bohemian po’boy, or soup and salad combo. Lunch for four people with drinks off their lengthy craft brew and wine list was $ 100. The price was a little higher than I’d expected, but the service and food quality was too(It wasn’t just any old po boy, they sprang for primo monkfish). All in all a fair nice balance between cozy comfort food and high end hoity toity. Pro-Tip: Get the Wings. Surprise! They’re made of pork. Perfectly tender, perfectly seasoned, perfectly scrumptious pork. You’ll be ruined for old fashioned chicken wings forever, it was worth coming here just for these!

Have been wanting to go here for years when we are in Rehoboth. Finally got a chance after a long day at the beach bayside. Came in starving and left full and satisfied. It’s not close to the boardwalk so there seems to be a bit more parking near the restaurant. Let’s just get to the food because I really loved it. Started off with the short rib hash and that was soo delicious. The seasoning was perfect and not overwhelming at all. Then I got the pig and fish which was really good too. The fish was a seared scallop that literally melted into my mouth. Mmmm. The pork was really tasty. The thing I liked most about the food was that it wasn’t over seasoned with salt or butter to try to enhance the flavor. The chef used real ingredients to make the flavors pop. Not sure how he did it, but man he/she knows what they are doing! It came with some red dipping sauce on the plate that complemented the dish so well. My wife got the brisket sandwich and let me say it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Brisket was tender and seasoned to perfection. The bread and other ingredients that I can’t recall right now was delicious. A must try! And we had to end with their bread pudding and ice cream. I’m about to cry thinking about it. If you have room you have to try it. Definitely would go back again and again and again… The Good: — brisket sandwich was my fav. — Pig and fish was really good but too much for me. Pork taco was good, need to try fish taco next time. — service was excellent — craft beers were awesome — short rib hash app — bread pudding with ice cream if you dare! The Bad: — my stomach is growling now because I need to go back

Had this place bookmarked for when we revisited. After reading all of the reviews I am mostly disappointing. I thought it was going to be an amazing experience. We got the hog wings, as most reviewers recommended. We were served three pretty meaty wings. Not a bad taste. but nothing to write home about either. Good beers. Most entrees seemed a tad pricey. I got the brisket sandwich with a side salad and my hubby got the po bo sandwich with the catch of the day which was salmon. Hubby said his was awesomely delicious. My sandwich had I guess. broccoli rabe. but it didnt seem to be cooked right. Tasted like chlorine and really ruined the sandwich. The brisket itself however was really delicious so I just ate it off of the sandwich. Overall just alright.

We had a great time at this restaurant, even with a big crowd with a few kids, the staff was funny and excellent. The food all around was excellent accompanied with a great beer selection. We had went there for happy hour one day, got the nachos and fish tacos. Nachos were above average, classic pub style crispy with a lot of fixtures. The fish taco is not absolutely amazing, however it was good(not huge into fried fish on taco). Beer selection was great, and 2.50 ranger ipa cans is an awesome deal. We had also went to dinner another time with the whole family. I posted a pic of the brisket sandwich. That was cooked and chopped/sliced perfectly for the sandwich. Had it with the bacon potato salad which was nicely done. Others in the family had crab cake on salad, the crab cake was above average with minimal filler. Will return next time in area.
