I thought had a pretty good selection of stuff. Usually I would only find some certain items on online stores. The spray paint was more than what I usually pay for a can. My fiancé bought something there and later that day saw at Michaels the same item for cheaper.

Manager is not friendly or helpful. Customer is an ‘interruption’ to whatever manager/​she is doing.

I’m happy to report that after visiting Aaron Brothers twice in the last couple of months (yes, after swearing to never patronize their business again) I have been pleasantly surprised with the helpful staff and high level of customer service. Today was the last day of their «buy one, get one for one cent» frame promotion. A friendly employee showed me the size frames I needed and gave me tips on what was on sale in addition to the special promotion. The end result? 2 huge frames for $ 19.00, and an efficient sales transaction that took mere minutes. Nice turnaround, Aaron Bros. of Reno!

Terrible check out service! If you want to purchase a paint brush or a pen, forget it. You’ll likely end up waiting a LONG time at the frame department in the back, as the register at the front is rarely open. I’ve walked out several times because I lost my patience.

I have been a customer at Aaron Brothers over many years. we usually come in to buy stock frames and matting but have also used their custom frame service. We keep coming back, so we must be satisfied.
They offer a wide variety of sizes and styles of frames and framing supplies as well as framed art and art supplies. The quality of their merchandise is good.
On our most recent visit, I needed to buy a frame for a photograph already mounted in a standard sized mat. I was able to quickly find a frame that would fill my need and took it to the counter. The very pleasant young lady let me know that they had a sale of buy one frame, get a second for a dollar; so we got a second frame. one never knows when you need to frame a photo!
We have bought frames in the past and when the purchase was not as simple (odd size, advice on matching frame/​mat/​contents) staff here have always been helpful. When they have sates, we will often stock up. I love it when the have the small frames available for buy one get another for a penny.
We have had custom work done as well. As another reviewer pointed out, custom framing is not cheap, but they really work with you to give you something that you will be happy hanging on the wall.
We will continue to use Aaron Brothers — yea, parking in that lot is a bit dicey but I think there was not a whole lot of planning for the layout as the shopping area grew.

We aren’t super crafty or artsy people. So when we think of wall art in many ways, Aaron Brothers is always on the top of that list. Every time we have gone in, the service has been great. We have had help framing stuff with pre-​made frames. The person who helped us with the prepackaged frame was just as helpful as when we went in for a custom frame job. In all honesty, The seem to have a wide variety of frame choices in the custom area. I really like the ability for them to show you what your photo may look like with the custom frame, technology is amazing.
I don’t know enough about framing to price compare. But they do offer deals throughout the year. Many times discounts can equal or exceed 50%. They have a good sale in February.
The business is always pretty neat and tidy. There is not a ton of jumbled junk and it has lots of space to move around in.
Parking isn’t straight forward. Sometimes all the convenient spots are taken. A reasonable amount of art supplies can be had here, including shadow boxes. Also a few board games.

I recently had some diplomas framed and couldn’t be happier with the result. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted before I went in and the lady helping me took her time showing me several different options for frames and mats. Custom framing isn’t cheap, but if it’s something you’re going to hang on your wall for a long time to come, it’s also not something that you want to cut corners on. You definitely get what you pay for at Aaron Brothers.

I went to Aaron Brothers for the first time yesterday. First of all, the store is beautiful. secondly, the service was amazing. The girl that helped me (Brie) was soooo sweet, patient and creative. I had getting my pictures framed on my «to do’ list far too long.
It turned out to be such a positive experience. I will definitely visit more often.

What a pleasant man over the phone. He double checked a product for me to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. He price checked the item and all with such cheerfullness. It was a pleasure talking to him and I will certainly make my purchase from them.
