Cin Cin is one of our favorite places for happy hour. The ½ price happy hour specials have been one of the best deals in town. NOTE: ASOFMAY28TH, 2016 no more ½ price specials. Cin Cin will become part of LA Strada. :(not a good if you like inexpensive eats. Many other changes coming.

What a nice, refined, and relaxing bar and refuge from the rat race at the Eldorado Casino Hotel! The loud music at Roxy’s drove me and my friends out of there(hard to have a conversation and hear), so we walked over here to Cin Cin next to La Strada. Bartenders know their craft and can pretty much make you anything. Nice and quiet(as quiet as can be in a casino), but there is no smoking or gaming in this establishment, and also a better class of people in this bar. I read about rude service at this bar from other reviews, but I didn’t notice that at all. Is this the best bar I have ever been to? No, but it was a welcome relief here at the Eldorado. Problem is that they close at 10:00 pm. What’s up with that?

Happy Hour 430−630PMEVERYDAY. ½ price on most drinks. ½ price on appetizers and salads. ½ orders of their(La Strada) famous mushroom raviolis are also available at Happy Hour. This might change in the near future. It’s a dimly lit bar/lounge on the 2nd floor of the Eldorado. There is no smoking or gaming in this venue. The bar has plush high boy chairs perfect for cozy drinking and eating. There are several seating options sofas, club chairs and highboys. Two of the top bartenders in town work there: Ashley(I think) & Michael. Michael reminds me of an old time bartender — friendly, efficient and occasionally cheeky. Leslie is queen of the herbs! She can make any drink you like even better with locally grown herbs. The food is from the La Strada menu. Some of my favorites are the Antipasti perfect amount of meats, cheese and olives; great for a quick snack or when I’m not sure what I want. The Mussels are always a good choice. BREADBASKET… let me rephrase GARLICBREADBASKET!!! The Beet Salad is lovely but I think it’s seasonal. Always a good choice when on the menu. It’s a bit like Cheers for me as at first I wasn’t sure if Ashley recognized us but then she asked, «Where have you ladies been?» Always a good time. Monday is industry night. Fridays & Saturdays can get nutty with huge crowds.

Awesome spot! Great service, nice selection, and amazing food. Came in for some drinks on Valentine’s Day, and the bar tender came around and gave roses to all the ladies. It was a sweet gesture. 10⁄10 would come back, again.

This place makes great drinks but the bartenders were very rude! We asked if they had a drink menu and they said they could make us what ever we wanted without ever looking us in the eye. It’s as if they could not handle the Friday night crowd. It was crowded but not overly. They had lots of interesting ingredients on the counter such as herbs and fresh fruits and veggies for drink concoctions. I saw the kumquats and asked what drink do they make using that. The reply i got was we could make what ever you want… Again answering as they walked by and not stopping to recommend anything. They didn’t have a drink menu so it wasn’t like we could order something fancy and try something new. Needless to say we had only one drink and found our evening entertainment elsewhere. My advise to all the bartenders there is be more friendly/approachable to your customers. If you’re working for tips you need to at least pretend you like your job. Such a nice place with such poor service. Not impressed!

Great bar with great staff. The two menus from The two restaurants were great. I am looking forward to going back.

Came here for happy hour today and it was great! Our bartender, Ashley, made us a bunch of custom drinks which were all amazing. Happy hour drinks were $ 5 each and then, once happy hour ended, they were only $ 8. Appetizers were half off and come from Prime Rib Grill and/or La Strada — order from one or both. Highly recommend! Thanks for the wonderful drinks and great service, Ashley!

I kinda love this place! You can order food from La Strada or the Prime Rib Grille. Service is always excellent and the wine pours are always generous. They do half off apps for happy hour and have comfy seating options. This is one of my local go tos.

Took my family here after dinner for some drinks. The atmosphere was very chill. There where 5 of us total so we sat in the couches in front of the tv to finish watching the Giants game while we drank our lemon drops, champagne, bourbon, tequila & watermelon grog(DELICIOUS). Our group ranged from a 21 year old — 70 year old and we all agreed we would come back. I didn’t see a drink menu that was the only down side. They may have one. We just didn’t ask. We will definitely be coming back

When we got here, we missed the food since cut off was at 8:30 or 9pm but they were nice enough to bring the watermelon martini over to Prime Rib Grill, yay! Hubby got a manhattan and he said it was good. I was just glad that they actually used real fruit to make this drink. I had the same watermelon martini at Stonehouse café and no real watermelon in it! This one at Cin Cin tasted fab! We’ll come back here another time.

A great place to come to grab drinks or meet for a date. A low lighting ambiance and classy setting has cin cin ranking high in my book for a place to grab a drink. Micheal is one of the bartenders that have been around for a good while and makes great drinks. You give him a alcohol you like or even just a flavor your craving and he’ll nail it! I recommend this place to anyone looking to start off their night smooth and bar hop to the break of dawn. One of my favorite drinks to grab in the summer time is the greyhound. Crisp and refreshing!

Some friends and I came here for the half price appetizers and other happy hour deals. The deals are great, especially $ 5 cocktails! I ordered the coconut shrimp and honestly it was just okay. The sauce was a little too sweet for me. I was really impressed with the coconut on the shrimp and really there was not a lot of batter which was great. It might have been a good idea for me to order more food so that I was not still hungry, but I was not as impressed with $ 7.50 for 4 pieces of shrimp even at half price. So to me $ 14.50 would have been crazy to spend that on. The waiter started out great, but then was super slow. Even forgot several peoples items and drinks that they ordered. It truly was not even that busy. It took waaaay too long for us to get our check and for all of that I was truly disappointed. To me it really was a meh, it was okay.

Woooooow My kind of bar lounge! Very RELAXING and in my opinion Romantic :) I loved the décor and layout of all the tables, comfortable chairs, bar area! It was dark dim atmosphere, kind of quiet, even with several other patrons drinking nearby that I forgot we are in a big casino area… we had a nice personable bartender when we ordered and the reason we came in was because El Dorado gave us free drink coupons up to $ 10. I liked the pictures, brick wall, and lamps! The lamps are kind of like burlesque design, I had a reminisce of Moulin Rouge in Paris :) Overall we both had a great time and you can definitely find me here again in future! I recommend it for dates too :)

Quiet bar inside the el dorado that nice for quiet intimate drinks. They offer half price bites during the week for happy hour. On the weekends there has been live music. It’s nice because it’s not so loud that you can still have a conversation. Huge variety of drinks, they can make about anything you ask them to

We didn’t know about this bar after being in Reno for a year, but we will now add it to our mellow favorites. When we walked in I felt like I walking into a Library/Reading room. All the rich browns with over-sized couches and chairs made it the perfect place to relax with friends. Great television placement if you want to watch the game. Our server was very helpful and whipped up one of the best drinks I have ever had! I cannot tell you what all was in there it was Southern Lemonade(anything from the south has to be fabulous right) and it had fresh basil, peach schnapps, bourbon and was garnished with a fresh raspberry… FABULOUS! Some of the friends with us had some hand-crafted drinks with blueberries and vodka which looked equally refreshing. We will definitely make this a favorite when we want to relax and visit with friends.

I am definitely not a bar fly anymore, but Cin Cin may get me back into the habit of a nice cocktail before dinner, or after dinner, or instead of dinner. We were introduced to Cin Cin(and the amazing Ms Annalisa) at a recent Unilocal event. I was blown away by the delicious concoctions that were put together for us at the event. We decided to go back to have a drink and see if this might become a regular stopping spot for us. We did a repeat of the drinks we sampled before — my husband had the«Ring of Fire» and I had the«Ginger Smash». Both were as delectable as we remembered them. The space is warm and comfortable with a variety of seating options. We chose to sit at the bar, but there are comfortable chairs and couches as well as tables both low and high top. It is a space that can handle a large group as well as a more intimate menage a deux. There is a bar menu as well as full meals from both La Strada and The Prime Grill. This would be a nice casual option for dinner. We will be back perhaps next time when we are going to have dinner at La Strada, meeting friends from out of town, or maybe just because it is Wednesday and we deserve it.

Good food, casual atmosphere, friendly funny people. The menu is actually from La Strada which adjoins the bar, but this bars dining area is much more relaxed. I enjoy La Strada quite nicely it’s just that it feels so much more formal, so if you’re looking at something you can enjoy rolling into in jeans and a T-shirt this is the place.

I’ve been here two times now. The first time was the private event for Unilocalers, and this time I came back with a buddy to have him try the Dolce Picante Margarita that Annalisa makes with it’s spanked basil. You see my buddy likes spicy and likes a good margarita… this drink puts both of those things together perfectly. In fact I might actually venture to say it’s my all time favorite drink. It’s really cool when the sweet hits, then the spicy heat comes in at the back of your mouth then finally the alcohol warmth smoothly finishes the experience. We arrived at just about 4:30 and ordered up our first round. This isn’t a bar where they have bottled mixers in the back. The only corporate labels I saw were for alcohol and for Tres Agave sweetener for the tequila. For our second round we had the happy hour special $ 5 Blood Orange Margarita. It was good, not too sweet and of course still hand crafted. Next time I might start with this one because the«3D» experience of the Dolce Picante outshined this one. For food we had a Antipasto plate and the Clam & Mussel bowl. During Happy Hour they have half off of the bar bites menu. The antipasto plate was only well priced because of the Happy Hour special. If we would have paid the regular $ 24 for our plate we would have been not satisfied. However the clam & mussel bowl was spot on for a special price $ 8ish. In the«best clams in Reno» competition this one would come in a really tight second. The broth was spicy and flavorful and of course the mussels and clams were not chewy but were cooked right proper. The atmosphere is dark… and darker. Can’t effectively use a phone annoyingly snap shots of my food and drink! I know annoying, but lots of Unilocalers like to check out the goods before they come all the way in to a place to eat. They have couches and high tops and low tops and of course the bar, all very comfy and classy. The wood here is good and even thought the space is open to the general casino area there was no noticeable bleed of smoke or noise into this bar. I’m not a bar guy, I don’t really like going out and spending 2000% more for a drink than I can make at home. But this bar is truly the exception to that rule. The staff both times I have been have been really good. Annalisa of course is excellent and is the reason I came back. Her knowledge of drinks and her style of mixing is the style I have liked the best. Her team is friendly and know their stuff as well. I hope they can continue to get the great staff as they increase in business. So next time you are downtown and want a nice happy hour or just a nice hand crafted drink. Head here, I promise you wont be disappointed.

A friend and I popped into Cin Cin to take advantage of their amazing happy hour deals. $ 5 you-call-it cocktails and ½ off appetizers. I’m one of those locals that tends to avoid casinos… but I have officially taken note of Cin Cin. My friend and I each ordered tequila cocktails. The first was fruity and crisp, the second was infused with jalapeño — with just the perfect amont of bite! We shared a charcuterie board that was the perfect amount of food to go with our drinks. I can tell that Annalisa(the bartender) loves what she does and has a huge bag full of tricks! I will definitely be back!
