Every Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to I get vegetables juice and always find huge chunks of either kale carrot or cucumber in the cup. It’s disgusting. They literally can’t do the only job that their entire business model is based on. Not to mention they charge me $ 10 for a kale cucumber lemon and carrot juice. I hope this company goes under because they are the worst. How can you not use a juicer that filters pulp? It’s insane.

A very nice and efficient stop to get a smoothie on the go. I am a non-adventurous eater/drinker so I always get either the apple and greens or the peach mango smoothie. It pains me to pay $ 5 for a small but if I’m away from home and need a quick and relatively healthy energy boost, I’ll let someone else make my smoothie on occasion. This location is always staffed by helpful kids and orders are filled quickly.

Simply based on the soundtrack playing in the store today and the«out of service» restroom that the employees use, I had to go low on the stars. The rap music with the cuss words blaring over the sound system was amazing… thanks to it, I finally got to have the«birds and bees» talk with my 7 year old… and explain that it’s actually not ok to call women«bitches and ho’s»…thanks Jamba Juice!

Being the only Jamba Juice in Reno I guess you don’t really have a choice. It’s definitely a typical Jamba Juice. Each time I’ve been here the employee was nice and quickly made my smoothies. You can smell that they don’t deep clean as well as they should but the smoothies are good

Jamba is just what the Dr ordered. A juice filled beverage and an acai bowl to go. Perfect after a long day of work while feeling under the weather. They were quite busy when I arrived but took my order quickly. As soon as the cashier was done taking order she jumped right in to help make orders. That helped since they seemed a bit behind. When I picked up my order they apologized for being out of spoons for my acai bowl. It was ok since I was headed home to eat it but if I had been eating this on the go this would have been a huge inconvenience. When I got home to eat the bowl it had melted a bit but was still cold enough to be delicious. The strawberries and bananas were freshly sliced. It had the right among of granola to get a bit in every bite. The honey drizzle was a great addition of sweet without too much. I left off the coconut since I don’t like it. This location is easy to access and their is 15 minute parking right in front of the door — plenty of time to get in and out.

In need of a place to chat with a friend, we decided to meet here, a neutral location for both of us. The interior is bright and colorful, with several small tables and a fairly large menu to choose from. Being a smoothie guy I chose a drink(forgot the name) with carrot, orange apple and mango. Pureed smooth in a fairly large cup for a «small» drink I was not disappointed with the $ 5 price tag that came along with it. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and sociable and quick to bring our drinks. I did find it strange that for the two hours I sat and talked to my friend no one else came in. At one point the young lady working came to our table with 2 shots of wheatgrass, something I’d never tried. She said we have a few extra shots would you like one. We quickly drank them down, and yep just like I thought, they tasted like grass. slightly sweet on the finishing end but definitely grass. Our experience was pleasant, but its not in my neighborhood so I may not return anytime soon. If I’m ever around though, and in the mood I wont hesitate stopping in for another smoothie, and maybe even a shot of that grass!

I was craving something really cold with mango so I decided to leave the office and drive to Jamba. The only location in Reno is not exactly close to work but it still sounded good. The first thing that I noticed was the store didn’t look like any other Jamba Juice that I have ever been to. No, this one was dirty, unorganized and lacking the festive POP material that makes the stores so colorful. The line of customers was long but I couldn’t understand why because they had more labor on the line than they could’ve ever needed in a week! I waited and waited and finally placed my order and paid for a large mango-a-go-go and a single shot of wheatgrass. I went to the restroom to wash my hands but the minute I walked in I turned right around and walked out. Disgusting. I grabbed a barstool and watched as they made drink after drink, never once washing their hands, but frequently touching their hair(not 1 girl had her hair up and no one wore hats or visors). The final straw for me was when the girl making drinks licked her fingers, put the straw into a cup and then called MY name! I was mortified and beyond grossed out! I have to get back to work so unfortunately I did not have time ask for my money back… but you can be sure I won’t be drinking this drink nor will I be returning. I will, however, be calling corporate today. This franchise store makes the entire Jamba company look like absolute amateurs! So disappointing.

So we were visiting the area for a basketball tournament for my daughter. Wanted to get her something to keep her going. We are a family of four, a 5 year old and 12 year old! We walked in and the music was loud and rapping about weed, drinking, sex and curse words! My 12 year old looks at me like are they serious, pretty bad when a 12 year old has more common sense then the workers. The young man that helped me was rude and very unkept. I have NEVER experienced this kind of behavior at ANY jamba juice location. And as for the music, mind you this was on Sunday a day of worship, with the words G* Damnit, I have never had ANY business play music like this, not even a gas station haha. I had to tell them to turn it off!!! They complied but it should have never had to have been asked! Very disappointing.

Maybe one location I am not likely to go back to only due to being insulted by the Franchise owner after making a few comments on my visit there a few months back. The Music was surely not approved for a Jamba Juice, and Nicknames on name tags instead of actual names so if there were any issues there is no names to report. Also with the lack of knowledge of the menu. I might go back only when a certain person I know I’d working.

This is my go-to place when I am feeling sick. I figure the nutrients of a good smoothie with an antioxidant boost while make me instantly better. It may be a dream but its a good one to have. Today I got a large tropical harvest smoothie with an antioxidant boost for an extra .25 cents. I remember when they used to give you a boost for free. The cashier was nice, efficient, and had a sunny disposition. She had my smoothie out by the time I was finished in the restroom. The smoothie had a good taste to it but there was an icy feel to it that wasn’t as smooth as I usually want my smoothies to be. That was the one downside to this visit. It just needed to be mixed a smidgen longer to make it smoother. Sidenote: I don’t know what they did with the sizing of the cups but this one did not fit in my cup holder. That bugged me because I had to hold it near my gear shift the entire ride home. Just a heads up!

There is only one Jamba left in the greater Reno area and this is the one. They’re a really good Jamba with friendly service and a somewhat convenient location. This time of year I enjoy the Pumpkin Smash.

Looks like the person who is in charge of hiring is clearly worried about hiring dumb blondes who don’t give a shit about their job! I ordered a large kale/and orange with protein. NOTEVENCLOSE. I get this drink a lot and it comes out different every time. Not to mention it’s all foam and only hot this much juice. And there’s supposto be protein in it.

I probably order something different every time I go to Jamba Juice, and everything is delicious! Their menu has a ton of variety, and they serve an orange slice with their wheat grass shots, which is a nice touch. The employees are super friendly, but don’t seem too knowledgeable about what they are selling. My husband asked a question, and the girl had to look up at the menu board to try to answer it. Jamba Juice has made an effort to add some lower-calorie options, and I LOVE how they post the calorie counts for each size of each kind of smoothie. Watch out — larges can have over 500 calories! Eek! I’m pretty thrifty, so I’ll never be a «regular,»(prices $ 4-$ 6ish per drink) but it’s always a fun treat!
