A solid example of a Starbucks. You get what you usually do at a Bucks. No surprises. They keep it clean and kind, and the fireplace in the corner is cozy warm. Parking is plentiful.

Gotta say that I’ve never had a worse experience than at this starbucks. Went in and it wasn’t very busy but it took ten minutes to get my drink because of mobile orders. As I patiently waited with the other walk in customers all of the mobile orders were handled without the customers even in there. Then my drink was made wrong. When I pointed it out the barista said she would«fix it real quick». By that she meant she would finish the other two mobile orders. When I said to them it was the worst experience I had recieved at a Starbucks I was ignored. Not normally one to write a negative review but… Anyway, novel idea, maybe someone should handle the drinks for the customers that are actually there and one for the mobile orders.

This location seems the same as all the rest, only it is a bit more of a pain to get in and out of the parking lot. I only come here for gift cards and the occasional beverage for my hubby/daughter. Each time, it seems to take a while even when there are few people in the place. the friendliness of the staff is hit or miss. guess that is just part of the turnover effect.

Very nice Starbucks location. I love the warm fireplace, and the views of the sierra from the window. The location is large enough and loaded with seating so that you can find a seat even if it’s busy(for the most part) and the service was quicker than most Starbucks I’ve been to and it was very friendly. I often work out of coffee shops all around town, being a field sales rep and I got a gift card to Starbucks from my boss this year for Christmas. This was a nice location to use it in.

Usually everyone is very friendly and I never have to wait very long. However, ½ the time my drink is made wrong. Being a somewhat complicated drink, I can understand little mess ups here and there and normally don’t say anything and just take it. But when I’ve been ordering the same drink for 3 years the exact same way, I know how to order it. The few times I have asked for simple fixes,(like actually putting ice in my drink…) I get the«you didn’t say that…» Or the«oh you said no ice not light ice». No I didn’t… That’s why the cup says LIGHT. I am always nice and tip them because I understand the drinks can blur together but I don’t like walking out of there feeling like the bad guy for wanting my drink made right so I don’t go often :(

This Starbucks is the best Starbucks in Reno! I have never seemed to have a problem with parking or customer service here. There is always somewhere to sit here. The wifi ALWAYS works. I go to different Starbucks all the time, depending where I am at in Reno. This is the BEST in Reno.

This will always be my favorite Starbucks because of all the memories I have here. It’s very cozy and has a fireplace with sofas around. I usually get good service here, although there have been a couple attitude-y baristas. It’s located next to Subway/Papa John’s and the Raley’s shopping center, so it’s fairly convenient. It’s also where all the McQueen kids frequent(I know because I was here all the time when I went to McQ) so if you’re anti-teenagers, don’t come here. Otherwise, it’s pretty great for a Starbucks! Come in and get your frapp on :)

I love how Starbucks gives back to the community and invests in their employees. Their coffee is great and frapps are awesome. But I’m kinda hooked on Verve from my hometown of Santa Cruz which can not be beat on taste.

Although I appreciate local cafés much more than larger chain cafés– who could resist a sugary treat once in awhile? I went to Starbucks on Robb drive often while I was in high school with it because just down the street from McQueen. Tons of students filled the store during lunch, before and after school etc. but no matter the day I received TERRIBLE service. I would stand in line over hearing the friendly conversation the cashier/barista would be having with an older(not old old, don’t get me wrong. Just older than me) and come up to my turn with no «hello, what can I get for you?» Just a big biddy eyes staring at me and a no friendly conversation. Which sucked cause I’m a friggin friendly person! Oh! And once I overheard them saying the customized drink I ordered was«gross» Ch!

This Starbucks has terrific baristas. I liked that they greeted me with friendly faces, served up my custom coffee with wonderful smiles, and had no problem fixing my coffee when I realized that I forgot to reduce the amount of syrup, making it too sweet for my tastes. The atmosphere is pretty cozy with some oversized chairs for lounging and several tables and chairs. The music wasn’t too loud. Everything was neatly arranged without creating a maze for customers to get to the counter for ordering or pickup. I would recommend this location as one of the best in Northwest Reno, and I look forward to dropping by the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

I have been to many Starbucks and this one is the BEST. First, just spacing, most Starbucks are not set up well, and this one has plenty of space and seating, plus a fireplace! Second, they AREFAST. I have never been to a faster Starbucks. Most Starbucks I go to it seems like everyone is trying to figure out their job rather than just execute. Here everyone is on the ball, even if they are busy, they still fly the drinks out. Third, FRIENDLY, all the people who there are quality, fast, and friendly. It feels like a local place. Every time I go to another Starbucks, I always miss this one, so that tells you that is the BEST!

Cute corner location and friendly service. This was a nice location but nothing to write home about. The location is cute but can be a pain to get to and parking, depending on the time of day is not the greatest. That being said, they have plenty of merchandise and the couple of times that I have been here, they have always gotten my order right.

I have been to this Starbucks several times since it is close to my house. I buy the same drink every time I go in. 8 out of 10 times I go in my drink is made wrong. You would think that it wouldn’t be that hard to listen to someone and write on a cup what they say! This Starbucks not only makes my drink wrong but I have found all but three of them are rude and even though THEY made my drink wrong I’m always at fault. I’m so fed up with my drink being wrong and getting dirty looks for telling them it’s wrong that I have decided not to go to Starbucks anymore. It is not worth it!

I never thought I would ever give a starbucks one star… but this specific starbucks definitely earned their rating. I love starbucks, as a student I practically live in starbucks and probably spend most of my life savings at starbucks. So, when I came to this starbucks I assumed it would be the same experience as any other starbucks. However, I was very wrong. This was the worst starbucks that I have ever been too. I was there with a friend doing some homework when we decided it was time for a caffeine break so we made our way to the counter to order. We both ordered our usual but they overcharged my friend for his drink. He pointed it out to the cashier saying the other starbucks downtown charged him a cheaper price. And what was their response??? Well, we took a break from our studies to find out we were going to be lectured instead by the starbucks cashier guy, and unlike my professor I really don’t believe he is qualified to be lecturing anything to anyone… so he stood their and told us we were being incorrectly charged at the other place, that this whole time we were being undercharged… and while this was happening another employee steps in to yell at us, pointing out that the other starbucks has been wrong this whole time. We were simply pointing out the discrepancy in the price difference… but what we also pointed out was how differently this particular starbucks treated their customers versus every other starbucks that I have ever been to. You would think that they would just apologize and say that each starbucks does things a little differently, but instead they decided to yell at the customers that were just the messengers. If they had a problem with the different pricing, maybe they should discuss that with the downtown starbucks and not the customers that are just trying to purchase their product, because we have no power on the pricing of anything. So after withstanding the yelling and chastising we finally get our drinks and you would think with all the work it took to order those drinks they would be magically delicious BUT they made them wrong of course. I don’t know if they did it on purpose because we made a deal about the pricing, but whatever the reason it was disappointing to know that a starbucks like this exists… I can stand the bad customer service(maybe they just had a bad day or hate their lives), but to not make the drinks correctly is just embarrassing. They do not deserve to be called baristas, they are just bullies with very bad coffee making skills.

Went in the day after Christmas, and I know this is a heavy business day for retail. I was hoping it wouldn’t be too busy at 10:30 am, but hoo boy it was packed. Waited about 5 min to order, got my order in and took a seat. As I’m people watching, I see everyone waiting getting visibly irritated and impatient. To be quite fair, the lady making the coffee was goin as fast as she could, and it made me feel for her. Another barista asked if she wanted some help, and she shooed her away. My whole wait was about 20 min, but i can’t complain because it was a heavy traffic day. The staff was friendly, and as fast and efficient as they could be.

I LOVE Starbucks, I really do. In fact, I don’t like to spend my money anywhere else because I always end up disappointed. I love the consistency of a starbucks. The three stars is not specific to this location but the reason is this… I NEED A HIGHCHAIRPLEASE. I get the hint-a screaming kid destroys the ambiance of a quaint coffee shop but I never intend to linger. Just want to get my caramel macchiato fix, feed the baby a snack, and bounce. Is that too much to ask for?
