I have lived here for two years. It is a nice place to live and surprisingly quiet despite its location close to Virginia St. Maintenance and management have responded to any request on the same day, which has been nice. I have never had any issues with theft like other reviewers. I also thoroughly read my lease before I signed it and was completely informed about fees if I broke it. I love my patio space and how the kitchen is somewhat separated from the living room. My only complaints are that 1) I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking often(though I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where this wasn’t the case) 2) the apartment has popcorn ceilings which look so ugly no matter the décor and 3) I really wish they’d replace the furnace because it is terribly loud. Overall though, excellent enough for me to consider signing on for another year. I would recommend!

This by far the worst apartments ever!!! The second week we moved here my boyfriends bike got stolen from our back porch. We reported it to the office but they said they can’t do anything about it. I’ve called the office about our neighbors upstairs being too loud. I can hear footsteps as if their walking on the runway! We had water leaks on our bathroom we called the office twice and it took them two days to get it fix. They left a huge hole in our bathroom for 2 days while water is leaking from the upstairs bathtub into out shower. It’s really disgusting! The lady from the office is really rude. This apartment is too small and too low class for being $ 700.00 a month with no washer and dryer! Just a bad experience with this one! We can’t cancel our contract due to price of terminating our contract! $ 1400.00?!? What the heck?!

My scooter was stolen from my parking place. Another resident told me his scooter was stolen from the same lot. The car in the parking place next to mine had the window of her car broken into and her wallet and phone were stolen while she ran into her apartment for 15 minutes in the middle of the day. I’ve had to call management to come for loud music multiple times. Once I could hear lyrics from the opposite side of the tennis court. My upstairs neighbors think my patio is their garbage can/ashtray. I have brought this to management’s attention several times now. Despite having talked to management approximately 10 times, I continue to hear loud music and my neighbors continue with the patio trash. I’ve found a shoe, lighters, a shirt, ashes, cigarette butts, bottle caps, plastic wrap and papers. Either management isn’t doing anything, or these are the most disrespectful, epic assholes on earth There are a lot more vacancies than usual since the property changed management companies. My rent was increased by a significant amount. I can no longer afford to live here and will be moving at the end of the month. They’re getting rid of long term tenants to do renovations and increase the rent over $ 100 per month.
