Love this location!!! Friendly staff! No problems have yet to occur. My favorite location probably.

Food is great but disappointed that the only way I can enjoy my meal there is in the summer. During cold weather they have the AC on. I have asked several times to shut it off, and received several excuses. Tonight they said that the manager needs to be present to change temperature. The bathroom was warmer than the dining area!

Background — My wife told me I could get wings for the big game. The big game is NCAA Division I Hockey Championship, AKA Frozen Four finally. Let’s Go Fighting Sioux, my alumni.
Atmosphere — Part of a strip mall complex near the anchor store PetSmart in the small section next to a taqueria. It is a small place but when you pretty much just need some fryers you do not need a big space. They have a handful of tables for dinners but I have a feeling must people take out like I did.
Food — Wings — I ordered online 30 Original Hot Wings. I want my wings close to Buffalo Style as possible and they deliver when you pick their Original Hot. After getting home I was surprised there was no blue cheese and celery. I just figured you get some with any wing order. Maybe it needs to be one of their combo meals to get the something healthy.
Service — I actually placed the order online for a 4:30 pick up time. You can pay online or at the restaurant. I picked at the restaurant as it was my first time using them online service. I was a couple minutes late when I got there. Two young ladies were on the phones when I walked in. After a bit the one lady finished with the call. I gave my name and she said it just came out. I gave my credit card and off I went.
Future — I love wings, so yes.

Wing stop is my go to place for good chicken! When I order from here I can count of good, fresh, and hot food!
My go to order is 6 boneless chicken wings with their (amazing) fries and a Vanilla Coke (they have those cool soda machines that let you add a flavor to your soda).
I’ve never had a bad experience with food or customer service here. I usually order my food on their app and then go to pick it up, because if you order in store it takes about 15 minutes to make!
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that they sometimes short wings in your order.

I used to love coming to this joint a couple years back, but tonight when I stopped by with my family our expectations were shattered. The management was awful. It felt like 30 degrees and as we noticed that everyone was either wearing hooded jackets or shivering with their arms crossed, we asked about turning off the jumbo sized fans running through dining area. The woman behind the counter snidely commented that the temperature was 70 degrees in the kitchen and to basically get over it. After that, she continued to scream people’s names for their orders even though there were 3 families in the small room at most at any given time. I also happened to notice a customer asking for their order to be fixed and the manager said «I’ll give you boneless, but I want you to know that you didn’t say that when you ordered» very rudely. Their soda machine was also out of syrup. The one, and only reason they got 2 stars from me is the fact that they have OK fries, but their wings are not impressive. Seems this place went downhill fast, unfortunately.

Honestly a great place for wings, especially when they have a deal going on. Whenever I have a craving for chicken wings, this is my go to place.

I’ve been going to this Wingstop a few times a year since it’s establishment. Most of their flavors are pretty good, but I’ve noticed the quality and size have been going down the drain year after year. I bought 50 wings as an appetizer for my birthday party last night. Unfortunately, more than half the wings were smaller than a snack size Twix bar. I paid 37 dollars plus change for mostly skin and bone. I recommend going elsewhere for your wing craving.

Service is good. Not overly chatty or cold.
They’ve got a manager there who is fantastic at his job. I enjoy his speed and quick knowledge, he’s friendly now that he recognizes us…
But, I get the feeling he is miserable there. It’s a shame. They’ve got a good manager in him but he’s fried (no pun intended). Some reward? Incentive? Morale booster? Appreciation? Maybe.

Great place to buy wings, french fries are out of this world, great service always friendly and helpful.

When I find myself wandering into Wingstop, I like to get a 6 or 8 piece meal and split it with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings. The fries here are really good and the flavors of all the food is pretty good!
You can call in an order, or drop in for a casual dining experience. Overall, I would say that Wingstop is pretty good but it isn’t a place I go to very often. After each meal I’ve ever had here, I didn’t feel well. I don’t know if it is the grease or what, but it is rare that the post-​meal uncomfortableness is worth some chicken wings.

My first experience at wing stop! Their fries are THE BOMB!!! I could not stop eating them! We ordered 15 wings, half mild (which were a touch too spicy for me but I am a whimp) and Hawaiian flavored… which where just okay… But I probably won’t order them again. Next time, I’m going to take up everyone’s suggestion for the lemon pepper. I can’t wait to go again!

Always have consistent service here. Mostly the same faces have been working here for the handful of years I’ve lived nearby. The quality is also pretty consistent too. I love their wings and it’s nice to have a place close to home that offers good wings and service. I mostly indulge in the garlic parmesan wings since those are my favorite. However I will say that all the flavors are awesome in their own respect. Their limited edition flavors are always amazing and it makes me sad to see them come and go!

I love Wingstop. The lemon pepper wings rock. Just call or go in to order. Don’t bother with their website, it’s intrusive and useless. They want your mothers maiden name, social security number, and a drop of your child’s blood just to look at the menu.

I normally am a huge fan of wingstop. And by that I mean I literally eat it 2 or 3 times a week. However my last experience was not up to par. I stopped in last night hoping to get my usual fix. They normally show me what I ordered when I arrive to pick it up but didn’t yesterday. Naturally I thought nothing of it because they’re usually on top of things. However when you pull 15 original hot wings hot expecting to see a mix between that flavor and lemon pepper (which there were supposed to be more of than the original hot), you begin to regret having tipped $ 3 on a $ 13 order. As I said, normally wingstop is my go to, but yesterday was a tad disappointing.

Went with the wife first time it’s been 8 years since I’ve been the last time I was here and after trying the Serrano sauce it won’t be 8 more. It was only half way up the spice scale but it was pretty spicey. I like hot wings so it didn’t really bother me just a warning to other people. The only thing was the bleu cheese and the ranch didn’t really taste different.

The wings are good and the fries are also, generally pretty amazing! Sometimes they are really burned and others they lack flavor, so it just depends.
Overall good food, but HORRIBLE customer service! They are flat out rude and don’t even care about it! The food is NOT WORTH THE RUDE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can find good wings other places.

Maybe I’m biased because there is no Wing Stop from where I’m from, but I can’t get enough of Wing Stop (Lemon Pepper for DAYZ!!!) The wins are always made fresh, seasoned just right, the skin is crispy and crunchy, the meat is juicy and tender, mix all that in with the perfect seasoning of your choice, you just can’t go wrong. Love it! I always go to Wing Stop at least once when I visit Reno. I’ll be back!

Wing Stop has come a long way, I used to not eat here because most times I would order a 10 piece and get at least 2 wings that had little to no meat and the remaining wings were inconsistent — most being small, well PRAISE SOURCE — THOSE DAYS ARE GONE! =)
I am proud to say I have eaten here 4 times and consistent wings are here and no throwaways! They are not the biggest I have had, but there are delicious.
The FRIES are to die for! They are in my top 3 of all time favorite fries.
The only thing that lacks for me is the ranch and blue cheese dressings are just average.
TIP: the boneless wings are just fried pieces of chicken with lots of breading, so personally I don’t recommend them.
Also if you are soda fan, they got the 100 function machine in there and Mello Yello!
Pricing is good, expect about $ 10 for 10 wings (pick 2 varieties) 1 dip, BOM FRIES and a Soda.
