Most excellent espresso drinks, good snacks too! Pricing is less than the big brand-name and chain Bikini Barista stands. The BU baristas are very nice, cheerful and professional. Not like the uppity boobie-shaking bendover stands nearby.

Butterfinger frappé rocked almost as much as the barista. Should’ve gotten her name. Well, next time.

I’ll be honest, this was my first bikini barista that I tried May 4th, 2015. I’ve passed this place commuting from Kent to Seattle for about 2 years and never tried it until now. 1. Better prices than a certain big chain 2. Good customer service 3. Eye candy doesn’t hurt neither I’ll definitely be back but obviously this probably isn’t a place to being your kids. However, my iced mocha with an extra shot was about a dollar cheaper than a big name place… and the lovely lady was nice and wearing less clothing, which wasn’t a bad thing in my opinion. Win-Win place in my book! I have no clue if other bikini barista places make a good iced mocha or not… but this place does! I wish I got the girl’s name around 330 on the 4th. I was trying to play it cool but definitely distracted by her looks. I’ve been caught off guard by the 3 different females I’ve seen here, and I mean caught off guard in a good way. If I was to be nitpicky I would say make sure your drink isn’t overfilled before putting a straw in; this did happen to me the first time I went. Also, if you get a 32 ounce drink with whipped(I forgot to say no whip) there is a chance the straw might be too short. However, the customer service, how strong the drinks are, and the prices will always bring me back. If the ladies working here were fully clothed, I honestly would be a repeat customer. The fact that they’re not is icing on the cake. I wouldn’t say this is a place with women that are soliciting anything illegal neither. The women here engage you in conversation and have brains; at least the three I’ve met so far. Seriously, the three I’ve met here so far have been very nice and engaging in conversation. I haven’t had this kind of conversation with a Barista in over 10 years when I used to be a regular at another joint that was also coincidentally in Renton… I’ve lived in Colorado, North Carolina, Arizona, and all over Western WA in the last 12 years or so(veteran) and can’t think of a place with such nice baristas I have been to. –Brian in the Subaru Hatchback that’s usually driving to my office in Seattle or back home to Kent/Auburn

My new go to place! Not for the girls FYI. But white coffee. No Starbucks for me.. Prices are super cheap. I love it! The places around me are super expensive. So I travel to bottoms up. It’s a little out of the way but so worth it.

I was so afraid I would contract an STD from the baristas who were too busy taking photos of themselves. This place is grossly exaggerated and totally not worth the money. There is a better, more sanitary coffee shop down the street for the same price.

Coffee is serious business in the PNW, and drive-thru coffee shacks are a dime-a-dozen in the greater Seattle area. However, betcha didn’t know(unless you’re a local or you’ve seen this phenomenon featured on the Travel Channel) that you can get really lucky and find yourself being served a strong coffee drink by a hot gal in lingerie? It should be obvious by the name, the cute pin-up gal on the sign, and the placard announcing the forbidden nature of photos/videos. Beyond the bonus for some customers of having their caffeination prepared and served up by a PYT, you’re guaranteeing yourself some strong brew, at a fair price, served quickly, and you’re on the road again. These drive-thru shacks are such a great idea! They have all varieties of coffee beverages, syrups, milk and soy milk, sweeteners, and they accept credit cards. If for some reason you’re either«offended» by an attractive woman in her skivvies serving you your MTO coffee/tea/chai bev, they are myriad other coffee brew-thrus, but none as interesting as Bottoms Up! One expert tip: if you get an iced beverage, be sure you check and see how full it is before attempting to insert the straw or place the cup in your cupholder, lest the generous proportions of the beverage overflow!(Please, no innuendos intended. I actually had my iced soy latte spill out onto my outfit a bit, but at least I didn’t get shortchanged with an under-filled drink).

I have been a long time fan of supporting local small businesses in my area and Bottoms Up Espresso is one of them! Their coffee is awesome! Taste much stronger than Starbucks and it’s served to me by a beautiful girl! WIN, WIN situation! Also, soon as I drive up the window the barista already know me by my first name and drink order! Effortless!

this barista shack has a resume of different owners. Going back in time: Black Tie, Cowgirls, Avenue Espresso and something else. They have the usual chai stand-by’s: oregon concentrate and big train powder. Nice girl, good chai and a classy punchcard & sign.
