This place has very unfriendly services. The girl who got my order don’t event know how to apply my reward and she looked at me like I’m dumb after I asked her to redeem my reward and she said it will automatically use if I have a reward. Then she finally asked another guy to help her with the reward stuff. She didn’t event smile or say sorry that she charged me wrongly. The coffee has too much ice for a frappuchino.

This is on my way to work so I always stop here. Yes they can be packed just like any other Starbucks but the baristas are really fast.

I usually order in advance so I can pick it up and leave but what I’ve notice is that that Starbucks employees keep making my drink the wrong way. If I’m paying $ 5 for coffee I expect it to be full not half way. I always order a caramel macchiato and this is what they gave me! So disappointed in the lack of service.

I’m an extremely patient person. But when a family of 6 orders after me and gets their drink before me I get kinda upset inside. Just do yourself a favor and go out of your way to go to the Ventura and winnetka location. It’s not even worth it. It took them 15 minutes to make my coffee and there was only 3 other people in the store… Not including the family of 6 I talked about earlier.

I’ve never had any issues with this location and it’s been my go to coffee shop since I was back in high school… Which seems like an eternity ago(almost 10 years!) but whose counting. It’s located in the same plaza as a Vons, right next to a subway and a chase bank. Parking has never been an issue and I’ve come here during off and peak hours. Sure, you may have to park closer to Vons, but the fresh air will be good right? Full disclosure, I’m more of a coffee bean person(go hazelnut) but sometimes I just need a break or something different. And that’s what Starbucks offers. I typically cycle between iced coffees or a passion iced tea with raspberry syrup or a black iced tea with apple juice. Service has always been polite and nice. I’m sure they are trying their best.

Service is amazingly poor. It’s great that they have a great relationship with the customers, but some of us are in a hurry. When we see you shoot the breeze & there is more than one of you doing it with the same customer, it gets frustrating. I asked if the other person could help & he shook his head no! Really? All I wanted to get was a pastry! Not only is the customer not always right, but in this store, we barely exist!

Been coming to this Starbuck’s location since 2006 once in awhile then 2013-current at least a few days a week. Am a regular who regularly goes these days. The area– very spacious for Dine-in with limited seating, restroom is cleaner than of the surrounding areas restrooms at other places in Victory Tampa Plaza. 6 accessible wall power outlets to plugin devices unfortunately not as spread out. A long power strip at the window side of the area would be nice. ALWAYS seeing People wanting to go to the opposite side where wall outlets are. 5 tables equipped with 2x Powermat charging system. If not working check to see if the spiral cable is plugged in under the table. If plugged in, but not working, consult a barista. They can’t fix it, but may notify whoever that do. Don’t like that the line to purchase and the bar is too narrow which has been a hassle during rush hours. The products: I honestly only ever purchase a cup of ice coffee and it is standard fare. Can’t comment on anything else on this. WiFi is Google WiFi far better than previous AT&T WiFi of prior years. The baristas as of autumn winter 2015: As far as I know, know what they are doing, and friendly. Some of whom worked the same local for years. So far as of November 2015 no mistakes on my Ice Caramel coffee sweetened with 2% milk unlike the first half of this year. The first half of 2015 my Tall ICM w/2% gets mistakened as macciatto numerous times even with written instructions. Well this is commonplace during rush hour at a few Starbucks locals Was surprised that Tall drinks were charged as Grande at least two times. Surprised I didn’t dispute them. Don’t see most of those baristas anymore. Most the cons I generally do have as the second half of 2015 are mostly with fellow customers. One issue being… Using up a chair primarily for their belongings ei: bags. Obviously common issue for the longest time. People want to sit down too. Hate them so much.

Parking… Sucks Store setup… Sucks They get two stars and not one because the store was relatively clean. When we went to go order our regular drinks we were told, sorry we don’t make SF mocha syrup here because, people don’t really ask for it so we don’t bother. IMSORRYWHAT??? You don’t feel like making it cuz you don’t think enough people ask for it??? Okkkkk… Never coming here again!

Very poor customer service. Andrew refused to take a 50.00 dollar bill in payment even though I was buying 2 pounds of coffee and a cup of coffee which totaled 33.20. Was very rude as if he hated his job. Not coming back to this one.

Made my order very clear that I didn’t want any foam on my coffee and to make it extra hot, so one would think that it would come out like that. Well upon checking my coffee I see that there is still foam left, so I go ban and ask nicely to remove the rest of the foam. The barista answered me with«dude, there isn’t any» thank you for your time and consideration to make sure there wasn’t any foam or to explain to me that the remaining bit of foam was the excess of it combined with coffee. Thanks for the exceptional customer service.

Love this starbucks! They have such a great energy and they work so fast. One of the employees, Misa is so nice and welcoming she’s so funny to. Matt works really hard and fast, and he’s so nice as well. The mornings are the busiest but they work hard so it won’t take long to get a cup of coffee(:

Slow service on a Monday morning?! Really?! Starbucks, you know better. The barista guy kept asking me questions about my order that I already answered when I ordered initially. And they forgot to put butter in the bag with the bagel but remembered the knife lol like wtf you’re the one that asked me if I wanted butter! They get two stars instead of one cause the bathrooms are very clean

Starbucks makes me happy. I can’t say I have ever really had a bad experience at any Starbucks, everyone is always so perky. I must commend their training techniques because everyone across the board is consistently cheery and fast working. I can definitely feel the sense of urgency and as a customer that goes in early morning and sees a line of about 8 people ahead of them I really appreciate it. I know that they are working their hardest to get all of us out with our proper drinks and food items in hand. I have been here at rush hour early in the morning when they have only had three people behind the counter, one at the cashier, one making drinks and one popping in the baked goods and they have killed it. They move that line as fast as humanly possible and I could never be mad at them for having a line.

Nice place to have coffee. I also like employees. I am not a morning person at all but every morning I like to hang out in this coffee shop so I recommend to stop by.

This place used to be the friendliest and fastest Starbucks near Pierce college, but since they changed managers it’s anything but. Five moths back I would have given this five stars now I’m trying to find a way to give it less than one. The priority has shifted away from the customer and only a few baristas seem to still care, though most of my favorites left within the beginning of the year. Don’t plan on returning. Don’t recommend. Shame on the management.

Horrible Customer Service since this new manager started!!! Always a line. even if I just need a cup of water. I miss Bill. Everything was always correct when he was around and never waited more then 5 minutes for my snacks! I luv Starbucks just not this one. No sense of urgency.

Since the new manager took over this place has gone to hell in a hand basket. The manager is rude and dismissive. The good baristas are being forced out and replaced with the slowest poorly trained people on the planet. Is waiting 15 minutes for a coffee the new norm? Next lets talk about the free wifi. Its flat out terrible. 10 kbs makes sense right? I mean dial up is the way of the future. My advice. Stay clear of this place. And if you are a regular customer that agrees with me then feel free to contact corporate and express your anger with the downfall of one of the few decent Starbucks in the valley.
