its always disappointing when you love a store or company’s products, but the service is absolutely WRETCHED. ive got some special member status at bebe because i, sadly, spend far too much there. typically this means that when im physically at the store, i get good service, because the sales rep knows that they are about to make a great commission. i CALLED today w a simple question about black friday and got a VERYRUDEANDINSOLENTLECTUREFROM A SALESCLERKNAMED: CHRISTINA. WTF. why do the people who usually work in retail have a horrible attitude? she sounded pissed to be at work. its a JOB. you CHOOSE to do it. if you dont like customer service, then quit, and find another way to make money. theyre always somehow resentful that theyre working in customer service, when theyd clearly rather be the customer with the ability to spend money. theyre bitter and want to have some luxurious lifestyle where they dont have to work, and be the one waited on. ick. im SO offended and very disappointed in the highly rude and awkward conversation. i wont be going to this location again.

Tacky Euro trash fashion. Some kind of strange cross between whore house chic and Russian mail order bride. Glitzy and not elegant. Zsa Zsa booty designs, obsessive middle aged women having so-called fashion feeding frenzy

I am guilty of going here during my lunch hour and trying to quickly find a new dress for a night out or a blouse for an upcoming trip. It’s usually pretty quiet around lunch time here, and I like to check each and every rack for something that might work. I appreciate that the sales associates are friendly but not pushy. I try to check online before I come to save myself time. They are the rare store that usually has the online items in full stock in the store. I was persuaded to join their rewards club, Club Bebe, and I like the different email promos I’ve received. I always park in the garage behind Sephora and walk over to the store, but there is street parking directly available. I recently received a dress online and it didn’t fit the way I prefer. Bebe made it really easy to return in store for a merchandise credit. Great clothes that are quality and on trend.

I am a frequent visitor of Bebe. I am traveling and in the area from the San Fransisco Bay Area. I came down to Reston town center initially to pick up a few new bras from Victoria’s Secret. When I was done I spotted Bebe out of the cover of my eye while head back to parking garage and got excited.
The appearance of the store seemed to be well organized and clean. It was easy for me to peruse around and pick up things of interest to me. I had help from a lovely blonde woman by the name of Laura while I shopped. I was also greeted by the other girl working as I entered the store. I found a couple of items I just ADORE. I love Bebe. In the past have picked up casual clothes, work clothing, as well as out fits for cocktails/ladies night out. I was impressed by this store in comparison to some of the store I’ve been to located in a mall. I found it to have a good selection of items and found the staff members to be very nice and helpful. I would defiantly keep this as my go to Bebe store on the NOVA area.

Damn, I’m old! So please take this review with a very large block of sodium chloride. The store today doesn’t seem the same as it looked more than a decade ago when I went out dancing more than to mixers and socials… I used to shop at the Bebe in Tyson’s Corner more than ten years ago, but now I see this shop for younger, partying women with a predilection for bling, cheaply made, and more revealing fashion on a budget. Has the shop changed THAT much or is it just me? It just seemed that it dropped in class about four steps… I tried on a kind-of-cool black jumpsuit which looked like a halloween costume for«Black Widow» or «catwoman» but it had a hole in it and was cheaply fabricated. Although the idea of being a superhero and wearing a cool, body-hugging jumpsuit was appealing for 3 minutes, reality grasped me again and I walked down the street to the old people’s clothing stores – White House Black Market, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, and South Moon.

The other reviews are awfully true. I popped in because I had a gift card, and I haven’t been since they opened. Did not get greeted, did not get help, and the miserable blonde(YOUNG) looking sales girl,(pathetic in attire, uhm hello you do work at bebe and you dont really look like YOU belong here), just sat behind the checkout counter on her cell phone. When I did ask a question about a size, she stared at me blankly and let her other co-worker answer. HORRIBLE service and they will never see me in there again. Go somewhere where your hard earned money is appreciated… but hey at the end of the day«they» work there while WE shop there!”

I find plenty to shop for here as a middle-aged career woman who enjoys being in style and wants clothes that fit. Too many brands these days suffer from«size inflation.» Bebe is one place where a size zero is still a size zero. As a bonus, the sales girls call me when they get a new shipment in my size.

There are some really nice clothes, however the attitudes of the girls who work there is petty and juvenile, to say the least. They act like they own the store rather then work there. They pick and choose who they feel like saying hello to while the whole time the huddle in a circle gossiping. It’s high school behavior all over again. The only time they go up to someone is if the person wants to try something. I was a customer that was ready to purchase some clothes, but their bad attitudes made me leave and give my business else where. They need to grow up already.

My phone was dead so I went in to ask if I could use their store phone to call home real quick. It was late at night and my ride wasn’t arriving, many other stores around were closing. I went up to a lady who greeted me at the door but when I told her my situation and asked if I could use her phone real quick she just stammered, looked at me and said that I couldn’t use the phone because the store was«equipped with camera’s». No idea what camera’s have to do with anything but she got very rude at that point and just stared at me with no sympathy nor any advice on where I could even get to a working phone. Not a review on clothes but a store is as good as the workers. And the lady I talked to was the manager. I was even planning on staying there until my ride picked up and possibly getting some stuff for my birthday but she was a major turn-off. I then went to a clothing store right next door and they happily let me use their phone.

This is a fashion store catering to young women who enjoy emulating the celebrity style, but have neither the budget nor the professional wardrobe consultants. Flashy materials: Strappy, gilt platform shoes, ruffles, glitter, body-hugging Ts and accessories are sold here. The cuts and designs clearly target those who don’t mind projecting a sexy image. This store is not going to appeal to anyone interested in classic clothes; it’s strictly about what’s happening now.
