Decent collection of food at an affordable price!! Meats(esp beef) are very good! Only complain was that slightly disappointed by sushi station. We went on Sunday night. A lot of people so waiting time was long. But it tells how popular they are.

Great variety HOWEVER if you want an average service STAYAWAY they have no idea how to deal with customer. If you need ANYTHINGELSE than someone to collect your dirty plates YOUAREINTROUBLE they are confused and extremely under trainned to deal with the most simple situation

Speaking as someone who is no fan of buffets but go with the kids every now and then I have to say this place is Awful. It’s a «zoo» with actual pushing and shoving going on, but more importantly, the food is not good. The sushi is terrifying has bad fish taste and made us sick, the cooked food is «dried out» or «greasy» or «flavorless». People seemed to like their hibachi station but I observed some alarming kitchen practices like mixing of raw food and finished dishes, people touching raw meat and then putting it back, etc. There are decent(as such things go) Asian buffet joints a mile west in Chelsea or 2 miles north at north gate. There’s no need to waste your money on a stressful crowd battle and eventual intestinal distress at this place.

This is the best buffet in Revere — and my family and I have gone to every one of them in the North Shore area. In fact, we visit this buffet at least 2x a month and should be their official spokesperson. I’ve even hosted a birthday party and attended a graduation dinner here. What sets this buffet apart? PRICE: Adults range from $ 8 — $ 14 and Kids range from $ 4 — $ 8, depending on when you go. You can also find coupons on their website SELECTION: They have a ton of variety and there is something for everyone — sushi, raw bar, hibachi, carved meat, fried food, etc. The sushi isn’t top notch and Minado’s level, but it is good enough CHILDFRIENDLY: My 2 year old loves to run around restaurants and this place gives her ample space to do so. They also cater to babies, with booster seats, plastic utensils and water served in plastic cups with a lid

I’m impressed with the wide selections especially the price is very low, $ 12 for weekend dinner, but the quality, not really. Of course there are some good dishes, you have to try everything to find out yourself. There’s something for everyone, even vegetarian choices. Let me point out the not so good items in my opinions. Crawfish and fried crabs, seasonings are tasty, but they are so mushy, their shells suppose to be crunchy, but it’s really soft, you can tell it’s old and been frozen for a while. Soups are bland, lack of flavor. When I go there, first thing I’d go grab is the sushi, there are alot of different kind to choose from, not to mention it’s delicious, I’d come here if I’m craving for sushi, it’s never disappointing. Next good thing is the grilled bar, you get to pick your own veggie, meat, and have them cook your way, how cool is that. Waiters are helpful and on point, they clear out the plates quick, and you dont feel rush. The waiting is crazy on the weekend, it could be up to an hour if you come during dinner rush. I’d recommend to come before 6pm on the weekend to avoid a long line.

I’ve been going to this place since they opened. It’s grand opening freshness has worn off and the quality of seafood has gone way down but, it’s still a ton of fun to bring a big group of friends with kids. If you go on off peak times it is crazy cheap. I’ve spent more money on sushi for 4 than I did taking out 12 for a birthday party at this place. So if you want to feel like a big shot on a small budget this is a great place to do it. They have food for everyone. Lots of fried American standards, sushi bar, hibachi station as well as roast hams, bbq chicken etc. Yeah, maybe it’s not the highest of quality but you still get more than you pay for. When I go I do it to have fun with my family and friends not to have a gourmet experience. So lighten up, have fun and push your friends to try new foods they normally wouldn’t try.

For a chinese buffet, this place is great. I’ve been to this place at least 5 times and this review is reflective is all this visits. They have good service for a chinese buffet, it certainly is spectacular service but it is very good when comparing with other chinese buffet. The price also can’t be beat! For Dinner it’s 13.99 on the weekend and under 10 $ for lunch. They have a good variety of your typical chinese food. They have crabs, crawfish, clams, shrimp as part of their seafood selection. They also have raw oysters which I did not try and would not recommend at any chinese buffet. They also have a selection of maki and nigiri sushi which was also good. The food was overall good but not great. The best thing this place is their hibachi grill. You can selection your own ingredients and the man will grill up your food in front of you. And it has also turn out delicious for me. I always finish that place. If anything the price of the hibachi alone would make this place worth it, and the other selections are more of a bonus. Considering their price, selection, and service in comparison with other chinese buffet in the area, this place is well above average. I would recommend it to other people who is just looking for a good chinese buffett for a cheap price but not fine dining. This place is also huge but gets very busy during dinner hours. Be prepared to wait if arriving at peak dining times.

All you can eat? for 12.99? Aw yeah! Although this buffet has a lot to offer, it’s still isn’t my favorite buffet. Flaming Grill has hot food, hibachi, sushi station, seafood, salad bar, AND dessert. A side note, they offer ice cream by the back but it’s not part of the buffet, aka you need to pay extra for it. The food they have isn’t just Chinese food, they offer Hispanic, Japanese, and Italian food? Be cautious of refills too if you order anything other than water. Service was fine. They noticed our finished plates fairly quickly and no other problems. There was plenty of waiters if we ever needed anything too. Definitely coming back when in need of a cheap place to vacuum everything.

Super let down after visiting this Chinese buffet! Last night we stopped at this Chinese buffet to celebrate a family members birthday. We decided to try this restaurant after hearing about it from multiple people, but after our dinner here we weren’t impressed and probably won’t come back again. Here are the reasons why. 1. The restaurant was packed and we had to wait for a long time for a table. This isn’t usually an issue, but when we were finally seated it was a cramped little table for six. Additionally the restaurant was so busy that it felt like you had to literally fight to get through the crowd and get your food. 2. The food was terrible. There were a few items that I enjoyed(crawfish, cocktail shrimp, coconut shrimp) but everything else was bad. The sushi tasted strange, many of the items we had were undercooked, the«fresh shellfish» looked not so fresh and at one point a pregnant family member bit into a raw piece of chicken. 3. The service was horrific. The staff was rude and on multiple occasions they took the plates off of our table mid bite before we even had the chance to finish our food. 4. The prices were too expensive for the overall quality. The prices have also increased which was unexpected. Final verdict, find another buffet unless you like undercooked food and having to fist fight over crawfish.

Can’t say I love the food but for the price you definitely get a great value. The place was flocked with people from all over(see some familiar faces from the south shore). Quick turnover on the food — always being refilled and piping hot. Menu selection ranges from sushi, hibachi grill, pizza and Americanized/Traditional Chinese dishes.

My family had been raving about this buffet to me and has gone twice without me! Now I can finely rave about this buffet with them! For $ 9 weekend lunch, it doesn’t get better than this in the Boston area. Tin Tin buffet is outdated and Old Country Buffet simply doesn’t have the variety. Chinese, American, Italian, and Japanese food all under one roof! The food that came out was consistent, quality wasn’t amazing but decent, and cleanliness was average. The sushi wasn’t amazing but if you like mayo, avocado, and roe in a combination with crab stick and tuna/salmon then it will be good enough. They had every fried food you could want from fried chicken to fried calamari rings. There were cooked little neck clams, your typical chicken and veggie, what people call coconut shrimp, and then there was the garlic bread and spaghetti. The salad bar, fruit bar, dessert bar was colorful and full of variety. They even had mangoes! Don’t forget to stop the freezer bin for ice cream cup, ice cream sandwiches, or fruit bars. The wait staff is all young faces and I only saw one girl and guy pulling their weight out of a group of 6 clearing dishes and giving refills. But they have booths and tables that can accommodate large and small groups and I saw plenty of people doing takeout since it’s only $ 5−6/lb. There is plenty of parking, I heard the bathroom is clean and nice, and it’s right next to a Dollar tree and near a Target and Stop & Shop! Definitely a place to come back and eat to my heart’s content. I hope they keep this up.

My family & I gave this place a go for lunch. First off you can’t beat the prices. With tax our bill for 2 adults & a child came to $ 21. They had a wonderful albeit hodgepodge selection of foods. The sushi was the real gem. Great tasting & wide variety. The Chinese food was mall food court quality. Nothing memorable, but not horrid. They have a great selection of cold foods too. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Back here for Round 2 at the request of the parents for lunch. Given that it’s a Friday, there was no line at all with tons of available seating. This time I enjoyed the fresh mussels located by the dessert station, but some negative remarks for the coconut shrimp that was bland and had a waxy texture to them. Unfortunately, I lost my appetite after I bit into one of the sushi rolls and discovered pieces of plastic.

The admission price here is cheap. I paid $ 12.99 for a weekend dinner. Beverages are separate charges. I think it’s due to the extremely cheap prices that large crowds gather here, forcing me to wait almost a total of 2hrs for my table to be seated. The hosts even passed out numbers to people waiting. I was #53! The food was fatty and very average. Can’t expect great quality from a buffet so the food and all its options are definitely worth the money. It’s not worth the time though. Avoid the weekend here like the plaque. Although I made it for the dinner rush, the host said that lines had been going nonstop since lunch. On a positive note, service was great. The woman waiting on my table was sweet and constantly made sure to refill the cups as well as remove finished plates. Nothing was really lacking in this joint except the wait time, large crowd, and the A-OK food. But that can’t be helped with a new busy restaurant.

First time here and I was quite impressed. Food was fresh and tasteful. Abundant seating throughout the restaurant. It’s actually more spacious on the inside than you could ever glean from the outside. I was seated immediately despite it being packed and lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon. Because it was buffet style(if you couldn’t tell by name) the selection is quite large. Not the biggest I’ve seen but still sizable. A general mix of pan-Asian(sushi, noodles, rice, etc.) and American food(Mac n cheese, pizza, fries, etc). Every food I tried was pleasing, but what really stood out were the fried chicken, sushi, and ice cream. One thing I didn’t like was how sticky the floor was. It was… unpleasant… I will be returning in the future and hopefully they’ll have mopped since then. 4 stars.

The only thing in this venue with more variety than the food was the soundtrack. Weekday Lunch $ 7.99 Saturday Lunch $ 8.99 Weekday Dinner $ 11.99 Sunday/Weekend Dinner $ 12.99 The venue is quite spacious with a quasi-modern look. There is plenty of seating, from booths to table and what seemed like a private room. It is well lit and clean. Food options were expansive. So much so, that I admit I had difficulty finding my customary first-course soup. There was a sushi and hibachi station complementing the 4 double-sided rows of the buffet. Lunch options of the Asian persuasion included the staples of hot and sour soup and General Tso’s chicken. Seafood options for lunch were acceptable, but nothing particularly noteworthy. If anything, the calamari was sub-standard. The non-Asian options included tacos, pizza and seafood linguini. Desserts were also in abundance, with a bunch of pre-packaged ice cream bars and cups, cakes, fruits and pastries — and, of course, the ever-important Chinese donuts. The quality and taste of the food was«good enough». Nothing was mind-blowingly must-have-seconds-worthy, but by the same token, I was happy to finish all of my plates. Dishes of note: the Fried Chicken Wings, while simple, were among the best from any buffet; Fried Sweet Potato was surprisingly delicious, sweet and chewy; the Black Pepper Chicken was both pleasantly tasty and crispy. Service exceeded buffet expectations. Upon returning to my table soupless(essentially empty-handed despite a plateful of appetizers), I asked a waitress with a half tearful, half confused look if there was soup, and she actually walked me right on over to where it was. As far as value, this is nearly unbeatable. The price is right, whether for lunch or dinner. This is solidly a 4 star buffet, and is currently the only one of its caliber in so close to Boston. With a soundtrack varying from Ed Sheeran to Sam Hunt to Kanye West, each return trip to the buffet will tickle at least 2 of your senses, which should more than make up for the guilt of gluttony. I only had lunch, but strong dinner options would secure a 5-star rating. (^_^) Venue (^_^) Options (^_-) Taste (^_^) Service (^_^) Bang for buck [4 stars, automatic +1 for Chinese Donuts] Glad I came. I’d happily recommend and return. Make sure to try at least 1 fried sweet potato!

Hooray for Unilocal’s «New Businesses in Boston», without which it would have taken me a while to find this place ! Every six months or so I Google some variation of «buffets /Massachusetts», with the same results. Establishments far to the north or west of me, and not worth the drive. This place does require me Crossing The Neponset, but it is well worth it. LOCATION: 4STARS Right off Route 1A, big private lot. It is in a mall that was built on what used to be stables for Suffolk Downs(sob). OVERALLSELECTION: 4.25STARS It is a mostly, but not entirely, Chinese buffet. For example, there were no chicken fingers. Most other things one would expect were present. There was however pizza, lasagna, chicken ziti broccoli, french fries, tacos, etc, so there is something for most everyone. SALADBAR: 4.75STARS The pico de gallo was particularly good, all fresh chopped, including jalapenos. I hit that twice. HIBACHIGRILL: 4.75STARS You put what you want on there, and they do it up for you right there, included in the price ! DESERTBAR: 4.5STARS The final thing I stuffed down was a tasty non fat non sugar Butter pecan. AMBIANCE: 4STARS Appears to be newly redone, and it is a large place. HIGHLIGHTS: * Coconut shrimp * General Gau(hit twice) * Garlic shrimp * Beef and broccoli(no tough leather) * Everything was hot. Trays were all constantly full. SERVICE: 5STARS Very attentive young ladies. So this is a destination place for us. As I have said before, we are not Mistral sort of folks, so if you are, you will probably not agree with the review, but if you are a Mistral sort of person, you probably aren’t going to buffets anyway. I would say 4.5 overall, and I hesitate to award Five’s right out of the gate, but all this was $ 8.99 so Red Stars it is !

I drove by this place for years it seems like. I eventually gave up and assumed it was just abandoned. Lo and behold, it actually opened last weekend! It looks like taking their time paid off because the restaurant actually looks pretty nice inside. It is very spacious with comfortable booths. The people there seem very nice and attentive. My first impression after getting seated and looking around, I was was pretty impressed… until I had the food. That is not to say the food is bad. For $ 11.99 on a week night, it’s a decent deal. I would compare it to an Old Country Buffet… not a Massachusetts OCB, but an OCB down south where you don’t have to worry about getting food poisoning. Yeah… it’s like a nice Old Country Buffet gone Asian. Most of the hot food is Chinese inspired… stuff you’d find at a Chinese buffet. They have crawfish which was pleasantly surprising. They had fried crabs which didn’t taste super fresh, but were ok. Their clams were also decent. Nothing blew me away. They had a fresh Hibachi station that I didn’t try, but looked pretty good. …now on to the bad… the sushi is not that good. It’s better than super market sushi, but worse than mall food court sushi. Almost all the maki rolls consisted of imitation crab meat, like 5 different variations of california rolls. All the rolls were inaccurately labeled. The rolls that actually had salmon or tuna looked a bit sketchy. I tried a spicy tuna roll which was not great, but I wasn’t grossed out by it. Definitely not on par with Minados and won’t satisfy a sushi fix if that’s what you’re after. Another bad thing was the corn on the cob… I mean how do you mess that up? It was bland and mushy. My problem with this place is that almost all the food taste like it was frozen prior. The WORST part was the dessert. I was so damn disappointed as this is usually one of the highlights of any buffet. All the cakes and pastries clearly came from a box. Not even from Costco, but probably from Price Rite or something. They have a beautiful neon sign for ice cream, but when you walk over there, it is a sad collection of really cheap ice bars. Seriously, the ice cream was the artificial kind that probably wouldn’t melt if you left it out on a sunny day. The only saving grace was that they had some fresh fruit(pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew, kiwi, oranges). I really want to see this place succeed because it’s close by to where I live, I love buffets, I love Asian food and I hated seeing that spot vacant. They created a beautiful space and I hope they maximize its potential. I hope the owner reads this and takes some suggestions: — GETBETTERDESSERTS! Maybe soft serve ice cream… or just real ice cream! Get some better cakes! Costco has some good cheap ones! — Don’t do so much frozen food. It’s very obvious just by look and taste. It’s just not classy. — Improve the sushi. It’s kind of insulting to call that a sushi station and I’m not even Japanese! — Maybe just charge a little more for better food items, like crab legs or fresher fish. Seriously, I’d be willing to pay a few extra bucks. Anyway, I’ll be back and see if things improve.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open for ages and it was well worth the wait and today was their grand opening. Before this place opened, all I could really do for buffet was Yukata Buffet at the Squire Road location. well that’s all over now. This place is fantastic. The interior is stunning and there is about three times the selection of Yukata. They have a much larger variety of foods to choose from. Ribs, oysters, crabs, fish, pizza, and sushi… everything is covered. Mon-Fri it’s 7.99 for lunch buffet and 8.99 for dinner while it’s 12.99 set price for weekend meals all day. For what they’re serving. this is the best deal you can find for good quality food. The service was fantastic also. Nice and welcoming workers and the ambiance is amazing. I really like the neon blue color scheme they got going on. I liked the food a lot. There’s so much variety to choose from that I have yet to try everything before my appetite was sated. They do right with what they cook and have a separate sushi bar for those who are looking for exclusively that. I highly recommend this buffet to anyone who likes buffets in general. no matter what the type of cuisine you like because they have it all
