I want to like this location I really do. For 3 weeks now I’ve been coming here every day sometimes twice a day and they still can’t get my drink or the price right. Over $ 5 for an iced triple shot espresso with soy is just crazy. Ugh I mean they can’t even get it right. The espresso taste so bitter/​burnt. Iced coffee is also overpriced. Back in CA I pay under $ 3 for a venti iced coffee with 2 pumps of vanilla and soy milk. Here I’ve paid over $ 4 for a grande version of the same thing. Ugh I really want to like you I really do but the only thing you can get right is the soy vanilla latte. Ok so not all is bad. This locations is alway packed however the service is alway prompt. Never have to wait too long for my coffee so that’s a plus or and also some of the baristas are nice and welcoming.

Ordered venti pike with 5 sugars and cream in the drive thru– got a black coffee instead. My Starbucks on Fry Rd in Katy never messes my order up.

Very disappointed once again. Today I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a venti iced NONFAT green tea latte and a TALL iced NONFAT green tea latte. When I finally got my order I was handed a venti and a GRANDE but only one was nonfat. It wouldn’t bug me if I paid for a tall but they charged me for a grande. Also I get non fat because of an allergy not just for the heck of it. She only remade one and I didn’t get money back. Can I also add that they didn’t stir the matcha in at all. Thanks Starbucks!

Went with a friend she ordeted a caramel frapacino and I got a cappuccino. Not good! Hers was overly sweet and I couldn’t taste the espresso or any coffee flavor in mine. Not going back.

THIS IS CLOSE TO MY WORK LOCATION. This store is super busy! Especially after 3PM. I’ve had some good and some bad experiences here. Not my favorite Starbucks but it is the only one near me during work hours. I would NOT stop here on my days off. Some of the staff can be snotty at times.

If you’re reading this, odds are you’ve been to a Starbucks before. The quality of this one is in line with all the other ones I’ve been to. The coffee is hot (at least the non-​iced ones), the frappacinos are fattening (in a very delicious way) and their fizzed lemonades are quite refreshing. This location is a big small though; I came here with a friend to help her grade papers and both seating and table space were precious commodities. Also, looking for an outlet to plug in a laptop can also be challenging.

Newly Renovated! Looks amazing! Really brought the place up to date. I really like the brick design and modern furnishings. HOWEVER, they seemed to overlook one thing… power outlets. There are no outlets at most of the tables. And I looked for them a lot. There were only a few outlets on the walls and one or two on the floor. This is surprising since most newly built Starbucks have more outlets than necessary… Hopefully they will add some in the future.
My shaken sweet tea was wonderful as they usually are at Starbucks.

Horrible experience. This place ran out of many things last night. The drive thru person was condescending and clearly has a lack of wanting to work and does not know her product. Revamp who you choose to put at the drive thru menu. We didn’t get our extra sugar or extra pumps. What is the purpose of asking for it if you are not going to give it. Normally, Starbucks places a ticket on the side of the cup to show you what the order was. Neither cup had this on it. Every time we ordered a different pastry, we were told they didn’t have it. You should have an idea what you have so that when people order, they will know. Don’t allow someone to place another order for something else that you may not have. That is frustrating to the customer… offer suggestions.

It’s Starbucks. But I have to say that even though it’s a small Starbucks, it only just has completed its renovation and I love the look and feel of this place. They utilize the space well here. I definitely can say that I easily can feel comfortable studying here.
They have the Le Boulangerie food options, patio seating, amazing hours (4 am until midnight daily), great staff, comfortable vibe, a drive through — and all at a convenient location.
Hopefully it holds up — but for right now, I love this location (even though I’m not a Starbucks fan).

Pretty atrocious Starbucks. The employees consistently get my order wrong and there’s no point to even trying to get them to fix it. Avoid this Starbucks and look for one with actually competent employees.

This is a busy location which makes sense since its right by the highway. The drive through was really busy, it was much faster to just go into the store. It was a pretty short wait and I got the pike roast blend I wanted. The service was ok, they weren’t particularly chatty when I was there.

Quite possibly the most clueless staff I’ve encountered at a drive thru location. They screw up so often that I actually get excited when everything is right the first time. They are also rude when you request what you actually ordered instead of whatever concoction they came up with. Can’t wait to move and be able to avoid this location.

Guys she is really pretty too but she has a boyfriend lol

I stopped here this morning for a cup of coffee on my way to run errands. The location is a little difficult to maneuver, because it is off of 75 and Campbell. But, it has a drive thru, which makes it more convenient.
The baristas were extremely friendly and quick. My drink (espresso frap) was out within three minutes… And there was a line.
I will be back!

I used to frequent this Starbucks A LOT as I worked off of Campbell Rd. Staff is average when it comes to service and though the location is right off the highway, it’s somewhat always a traffic jam in this parking lot, as there is a Potbelly’s right next door and parking is limited. If you enter from the service road, you have to go all the way around to get to the drive-​thru which could take forever if people are backing out of their spots trying to get out. It’s kind of a hot mess. Food and drinks are usually on point though. The inside is average size and there is also patio seating which is nice on a warm day. Know that drive-​through can take up to 20 minutes on a busy morning, FYI. Enjoy! :)

I’m a regular at this starbucks and it’s almost always busy in the morning and lunch time. The drive through gets really long, too.
From my experience, they never messed up my order and if I make a mistake in ordering (like forgetting to say iced for my macchiato), they remake my drink for me without a fuss. I think it really depends who’s working though. Some of my coworkers have pinpointed to not order complicated drinks if so-​and-​so is making the drinks.
However, overall, the staff and service has always been great even though it’s crowded all the time and they probably have to deal with a lot of things.
The parking lot is always a pain. There are so many people in a hurry to get potbelly or starbucks. There really aren’t enough spots to accommodate both shops. A lot of people end up parking at the Double Tree hotel parking lot.
I can’t give 5 stars because it’s always a hectic experience in the parking lot and at peak hours.

In and out yes! Clean, smiles even thought it’s usually busy they keep it moving! Plenty of seating but not enough comfy chairs. Bathroom needs love but hey some have aim issues. Out door seating is good and plenty of it. A few trees around helps with the relaxing effect! I order the same thing but always consistent.
