Lovely atmosphere. Attentive waitress. We asked to be seated in a quieter area so our autistic son wouldn’t be overwhelmed, and she was happy to meet our request. When a hair was found in my daughter’s basil pesto spaghetti, the waitress was quick to apologize & bring a fresh plate of food. The butternut squash ravioli was tender & quite delicious and my husband enjoyed his calzone. The whole experience was nice, as were the prices.

I have been dining here for years and it is one of my all time favorite quick eats. The best thing about Casa Mia food is its simplicity. It’s not overdone or super expensive. It is quick and easily delicious. My family does a lot of take-out here and it is always done on time. My favorite thing to do on any dish is get some classic red sauce and fettuccine sauce and mix the two together. It’s great on anything! I would recommend the lasagna and ravioli plates like this. Also any one of their Award-winning pizzas is a must try!

This was my first time here and overall it was a good experience. I ordered a small pizza(about 8 slices, good size for 2 ppl) but it was just ok. I didn’t dislike it but there was nothing that stood out for me. I ordered their Garlic bread(about 4.50) and that was pretty good. They will also bring you dinner rolls with a salad or spaghetti. We got spaghetti w/meatballs(small size about 7.00 but you can add meatballs/chicken etc. for an additional $ 3). this dish was very small, enough for one person(maybe 2 if you got something else to eat) the meatballs were pretty good. Our waitress was amazing. It was a busy night and she was on top of it. I was really impressed by the service and I would come back and maybe try different dish. See if I like something else a little more, but overall I had a good experience and I still ate until I was full.

Let me start with the positives: Food was delicious! I had the butternut squash ravioli and it was great! The group I went with all seemed to be pleased with their food as well. Service they could improve upon. We were on a time crunch at lunch and it took 25min to serve our food. Which wasn’t a big deal as we had a fairly large group. When we brought this to their attention and asked if we could just get our food in boxes to go. They then continued to bring the food out on plates and hand us all boxes. We asked for our checks and as the waitress brought them around we asked if we could just pay now and a little snappily she said we had to pay up front as we left. They could definitely improve on their staffs friendliness and ability to cater to what the customer is requesting.

The Bread and water were good. I have never been to an Italian Restaurant that the food was so tasteless and lack of any seasoning or flavor. How does this Restaurant stay open

If you know how“real“Italian food should taste, you’ll be disappointed with the pesto and risotto. However, there are several dishes that are consistently delicious! The classic salad with shrimp, the potato truffle pizza is amazing, the minestrone soup is great, the spaghetti with meat balls is delish, the BLT sandwich is tasty.

So… Bad… Their signature dish? Frozen ravioli(I asked, they confirmed), with«homemade» tomato sauce which tasted like an aluminum can and was gloppy. Side of ceasar salad with ranch dressing and frozen parmesan cheese on top(it wouldn’t be called ceasar if not for the dressing…). I could not ignore the opening and slamming of a microwave door every 2 – 5 minutes. You could not pay me to go back. And I will tell everyone I know it’s not worth the disappointment.

Update: Went here today for lunch(24 July, 2015). We were the third couple in when they opened and seated right away. That’s where the good stuff ends. After watching several couples and groups that came in after us get water and bread and waiting 5 more minutes I went up and asked a waiter if we could get some water(kind of expected bread as well). Our waitress finally came to our table and I mentioned that it was odd not to serve people in the order in which they arrived. She made some lame excuse and I decided to drop it. She spent the next five minutes talking to some friends of hers. Got our pizza(they don’t do half and half so don’t ask) and it was super soggy(had to eat with a fork). Plenty of meat on it but it was nowhere close to the best pizza(anywhere). Go to Stick and Stone or Fire and Brimstone for pizza and much better service.

I did not love our meal here. We ordered the black pepper chips with a dipping sauce(I forget what flavor 5he sauce was supposed to be… it had zero flavor). I was expecting homemade chips with lots of black pepper. These were literally like ruffles right out of the bag that I suspect they refried briefly and then tossed with a little pepper. A complete disappointment. I did not ca re e for my salad either. Too much cheese and the Roquefort dressing that they offered instead of 5he blue cheese I asked for had zero flavor. My ravioli were ok but frozen. All in all, I could have prepared a better meal at home that would have cost less. Service was ok.

Casa Mia never disappoints me with their Caprese Salad with sun-dried tomatoes. After I savor that starter, I move on to the Italian BLT. The flavor and quality of the food is consistent, and I can have dinner and drinks for under $ 20.00. Its atmosphere is quiet, so you can bring a date and have a nice conversation. Splendid table!

Veal scallopini tasted like it was prepared with canned mushrooms. There was four in our party and our food did not come out at the same time. Server seemed very inexperienced. Second time I’ve tried this place an won’t be trying again I’m sorry to say. Need more attention to presentation and service.

I come here with my son for the classic salad and spaghetti. They have decent service most the time. A small but decent happy hour from 3:00 — 5:00 and then 9:00 — close. The pizza’s taste good and fresh. Love their marinara sauce.

Everything was kinda meh. The service was ok, the calzone I got was super massive but just tasted ok. I was only able to eat half of it but since a friend took me out I felt obligated to box up what I had left and then abandon it in my hotel fridge.

Took 15 minutes to get water after we asked for it. Not a single time were we serviced aside from the order being put in and brought out to us. We had a waitress pass us at least 14 times during our one hour stay and not once ask if we needed anything even though we clearly had no water or bread on the table the whole time. We had been out of water 5 minutes after sitting down. It’s 105 degrees out. You know there’s a problem when the first time you’re asked if everything’s doing alright, it’s 30 minutes after you got your food, when you’re fed up/have too dry of a mouth to enjoy the food/getting ready to leave, and you have to ask for water, bread, boxes and the check all at once as you’re standing up to walk out. Food is okay, but the Kennewick location by far has better service. Honestly, I’d almost rather go to Olive Garden. At least I’ll get my water glass refilled.

Wow. I went to this Casa Mia in Richland the other day and I wasn’t expecting much, I was just hungry and it sounded good. When we walked in it was pretty busy, and my boyfriend and I were sat(within 5 minutes upon arrival) at a small table in the middle(kinda awkward, but it was fine.) However, it died down pretty quickly around 7:30PM, which was nice. This was on a Saturday night too. The service was amazing. Our server greeted us right away, great attitude, very nice. What I want to commend her for is her seamless, phenomenal timing. She gave us the perfect amount of time to decide what we wanted, the complimentary bread and butter came out within a couple minutes, then our salads, then our food when we finished the bread and salad, and once we were halfway done with our food she checked up on us, after we were finished she asked if we wanted dessert(which we did) and that came out quickly as well. I forgot her name, but she was great. Our food was perfect. So delicious. I wasn’t terribly hungry, so I was hoping the small size of ravioli would be good. Perfect size! My boyfriend ordered the white sauce tortellini and that was to die for. I will be ordering that next time I go. I love Casa Mia’s salads! They’re fresh, light, and tasty. The classic salad comes with a ton of olives, it’s great. Now for my favorite part, the dessert. We ordered the cheesecake with mango purée, and oh my gosh. Yummy! Last but not least I have eaten their pizza many times before and it really is as good as they(and people) say.

This has been my experience every time I go in. –Friendly servers. –the side salad has a ton of mozzarella cheese on it(i love that) and the rachy type dressing is really good. –the hot rolls are awesome. –All you can eat spaghetti for $ 7 other favorite dishes: –spicy chicken caesar salad –spinach ravioli with cream sauce –some weird pizza with potatoes on it. Definitely better food than Olive Garden and more affordable.

Bad restaurant. They don’t know how to cook a steak. Service just don’t care about customers. You have to keep asking for refill, bread. I’d just cut my losses and returned my meal not once– twice and them had to walk out to different restaurant. I will never come back.

Honestly not a fan of chain eateries weither its nation wide or just the Northwest. Most bill thier food as «authentic» when its really not, not true at Casa Mia, for the most part. But these two stars are not because the food. because of the waitstaff. one bad apple ruins the whole bunch. We went there at about 7:30 on a saturday. place wasent packed. Waiter thought that we would be ok with just water for 20 minutes. menues where down… sat there. bread came. waiter then left us again. «He is angry about something” — my wife said. he came back took our order. drinks were near empty, no refill. bread was gone. I asked a busboy to see if we could have more water and bread. he got it for us. food came. it was good. the french onion soup was great! the pizza was terrific. i still tipped. more than i should of, but he looked like he just had a long day. I went back recently and had a great experience

Disappointed that for a small chain, the pasta is bought in instead of being homemade. Decent customer service but it undoubtedly could be better if they were more staffed. Food wasn’t horrible but it would not be my first choice Italian Restaurant next time.

For Richland, this gets four stars! The chicken parm was great, although the salad was a pretty sad affair. I wouldn’t be excited to go here if it was in a major city, but given the outside options in Richland, it’s one of the best choices!

Richland’s Casa Mia has been hanging about in my Italian cuisine memory banks for years offering some fine fares and favorites. Most things on the menu are good, but items like the Pizza Sole or the all-you-can-eat Spaghetti(Mon-Thu) make Casa Mia a destination. The Pizza Sole is light and tasty, incorporating onions, basil, Gorgonzola and Parmesan, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar for that unique flavor you come to expect. Apparently they’ve hosted some awards for this pizza, which I can agree to. The spaghetti is of the comfort food caliber. Periodically, I find the cravings inescapable — and ultimately my toosh is in a seat, fulfilling my foody needs, and always satisfied in the end. I’d also recommend the mango cheesecake if you can find room.
