Service was fast and very friendly. Had the classic ham sub, it was good and at $ 4.99 a better price than their competitors. People have complained about it being messy to eat, I didn’t have that problem. They have a good variety of sibs to choose from. Will try their ice cream next time.

Kiosk apps don’t work right. Lost my full order twice. Tapping does random things. They don’t have everything in stock. So underwhelming…

I had a meeting get cancelled in the area so I went looking for a subway shop that was supposedly on gage, instead I found the green dot sub-shop. You can use kiosks to make your order if it’s busy or if it’s just preference. The tablets themselves are very fast and organized well. I was assisted by a gal named Elizabeth and she was very nice and made sure I knew how everything worked since it was my first time. Food was delicious and the facility was very clean.

Bland. Everything, décor, service, food. Better off going to subway. You get more for your money there. Sandwitch bread is small compared to subway. You have a choice of white or wheat. Meat is deli meat, nothing special. I can buy the same meat they use from winco and get better bread. I got some monster sandwitch with chicken, ham, turkey, roast beef so I could try a variety. Don’t bother. None of it was good. Boyfriend got meatball sub. Meatballs were tasty, well seasoned. They were cut in half so it was a clean sandwich, but you also got less. Go to subway. You can order on tablets. I guess some people like that. I asked what the soup was, no soup. Workers don’t care. They give 2 word answers and go right back to their own thing. I don’t see how this place is one of Washington’s best sub places. It’s mediocre and that’s being generous.

Great food! We loved the subs! Only problem is table size! The tables are way too small! Other than that food was delicious and service was great!

Great subs. Be sure to order it the green dot way as they have these subs figured out.

This place is awesome! The staff is exceptional, every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile. The subs are just ridiculously delicious. The Freakin Stekhin(sp?) is my favorite hands down! The also have soft serve and about 30+ flavors to choose from, watermelon is the best! I have yet to have a bad experience at this place, my husbands favorite sub shop!

So extremely unhappy. Dear Greendot Subs, Make sure that if your NOT open on Sundays, to please update your Unilocal page. We drove the 15 minutes BECAUSE it said it was open. NOPE. Ridiculous.

The staff was very helpful and outgoing, and told me a lot about the company. I was pleasantly surprised by how many options there are, and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Downloaded the app, too. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, keep up the great work!

Great dining experience here today, the owner was in there making the subs, it was one of the best«deli-style» subs I’ve had in a long time! Ordered the freakin stehekin, and was definitely impressed. Ordering experience will take some getting used to. Overall very good quality food, give it a try!

I had the vegie sandwich wich was very good. Lots of choices, very fresh. The owner was there and was very nice, the young man making the sandwich was also very pleasant. Place was clean and priced correctly. Dislikes: the counter is very off putting. It looks like they don’t want you to see the food prep area. Very strange set-up. I really want mom and pop businesses to thrive, subWay sucks, hopefully these guys will make it. It’s important to patronize these businesses but this place definitely needs a tweek, needs a hipster face-lift.

The owner responded to my original review and made the changes necessary to improve the speed and level of service. Having an active owner will help this place succeed. Try the Freakin Stehekin or the Slide Ridge. Make sure you try it the green dot way. Excellent. Original Review: This place won’t be in business long. The food is not worth the wait. The employees move really slow. It’s like their not even trying to hurry. I hope someone comes in and improves the place. The food is good, but only if it’s fast food. The wall is impersonal.

Tried the new local sub shop today. Ordered on an iPad which was good and bad. The whole ticket must order off the same iPad so looking through the menu took a while. I didn’t realize how much I like looking through the glass at subway. I can see what’s fresh or at least appetizing looking that day. I ordered the burger sub to be new and different. It was tasty little 2″ patties on sub bread but they were cold. the wheat bread was very good, I didn’t see any ovens, not sure if the bake in house. Toppings were good except the bacon, it was very thin and soggy just like subways. I may give them another shot but there is a lot of sub competition. Someone will have to recommend an amazing sandy.

If your ideal cheese steak is cold roast beef with cold sautéed onions and peppers and non melted cheese, this is your place. If your idea of great service from a «locally owned» sub shop is interacting/paying with an iPad, come here. I don’t typically get on Unilocal to beat up on restaurants, I was shocked by the quality of food I was given for the cost I paid. Whoever runs this facility needs to order a sandwich from Brickhouse pizza and get a reality check on the cost/quality.

Stopped early afternoon on Saturday. A few customers, but 4 – 6 working behind the barrier on the counter. Cutsie«Tablets» for customers to use to order(ONLYIFYOUPAYBYDEBITORCREDITCARD, otherwise you have to go to the person near the cash register and place your order. Mostly youngsters(mid to late teens) handling orders and they seemed to have no clue how to organize to quickly prepare an order. It took about ten minutes to get our two sandwiches. You also have to choose chips in the blind; they’re not displayed on or near the counter, but are placed in the plastic bag with your sandwich order. This new«chain»(one other restaurant in Manson, WA) tries hard to emulate Subway, but they have a long way to go. Their prices are also higher than Subway. I wasn’t too keen on the very soft wheat bun my sandwich was made on. Save your money and time and drive another mile on Gage Blvd. toward Columbia Center Mall and stop at the Subway if you’re looking for a subway sandwich.

My new favorite sub shop! There’s a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. I’ve tried the Italian, Teriyaki and Wapato chicken so far and each is delicious! The ingredients are fresh and the bread is to die for. My favorite part is the warmth of the sandwich, there’s nothing I hate more than frozen ingredients on my sandwich or overly toasted bread, Green dot’s is just right! EATLOCALTRI-CITIES!

Subway for the antisocial person, order online or through an iPad in store. Average sub shop, some unique menu items.

This place basically models itself after Subway but uses technology in the ordering process. They have a partition between you and the sandwich maker and on the partitions are a series of tablets used to place your order. You swipe your credit card on the tablet, and minutes later your sub is delivered to you. I tried this place for the first and last time today and found 4 major problems with the set-up. 1) At Subway you can see the person making your sandwich, here you cannot. 2) The full sized veggie sub I purchased for around $ 7.50 after taxes had so few toppings, all you could see was bread(I wish I could show you a picture). 3) The bread in my opinion was not as fresh as Subways, nor was it as tasty. 4) It’s nice to be able to ask for a little extra of your favorite toppings, like if they put three olives on your sandwich and olives happen to be your favorite, at Subway, you can kindly ask for a little extra and it’s no biggie. Here, everything is done in secret behind the partition and you get what you get… In my case mostly expensive bread… Not happy :(
