Flavorless. I got the house special with chicken, $ 8 for peppers, onions, chicken, rice and beans, and made to order corn tortillas. Tortillas were soggy, house made pico and hot sauce were just alright. Good customer service and clean building, blah food.

This place use to be excellent, but the last few times it flavorless. I won’t be going back again… too bad.

I love the Taco House for their fresh ingredients, and the home-made corn tortillas which are made to order. This is a true«Mom ‘n’ Pop» joint with consistently great food and good prices run by genuinely nice people.

Try: Torta(Asada) Burrito It breaks my heart to review this once great titan of Richland speak-easy dining with such low regard. A year and a half ago, under prior management, this taco-truck-in-a-box-with-hot-dogs was a staple and the shiniest hidden gem on this side of the Tri-Cities. Easily 5 stars with a bullet. Every dish was magical and the Pico made angels weep with joy. And the pork? My God… the pork… Unfortunately, the owners sold and moved and the current owners took over. It has never been close to the same. The tacos, with made-in-front-of-you tortillas are good, but not as good as most of the taco trucks in the area. The Super Nachos have lost favor with their under-performing chips(fresh made in the morning, but lacking something in taste and texture) and have reduced in size to bring into quesiton the prefix«Super». The burrito is good(let’s apply the blanket statement«Not as good as it used to be») and rivals a small child in size. The real show stealer is the Torta. This is the quality product that I return to if I find myself wandering in Taco House with crossed fingers. I think Taco House will appeal to some — so DON’T LETMYOPINIONDISSUADEYOU — I just unfortunately had touched the gates of Heaven with the previous iteration and cannot escape that memory. Try it for yourself. Support local business if the taste hits you right. Otherwise, explore other taco truck options in Richland and West Richland. Positives: Taco truck style in a sit down restaurant, Torta does it right, nice owners Negatives: Under performing nachos and tacos, lacks creativity and identity, hard to spot location.

Three words… Yum Yum Yum! The food was awesome. Definitely homemade quality. Very small inside not much seating but we’ll worth the trip or call for take-out.

Is the word«awesome» overused? It doesn’t matter because it’s a great description of The Taco House. First of all, you know you’re in the right place when the chef pulls out his tortilla press for your tacos. Unilocal les us here due to the previous reviews. The food is fantastic and fresh. The people are so very nice, and the price is right. I will definitely come here next time I’m in the Tri-cities.

Delicious!!! Homemade tortillas and salsa, what’s not to like. My kids beg to eat here, so it’s win win! Very friendly service and the prices are very good for what you get.

From out of town and stumbled upon this place. Excellent food and homemade tortilla! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there was only one person and it took him a while to make the food for us, but it was worth it.

Really a hidden place of good Mexican food. It was interesting being the only person there around 3pm. It seems pretty low key which it pretty cool. I wish the owner I think it was could of been more talkative person. I give it a 4 ½.

Eat at this place! It’s so good and all ingredients are fresh. The tacos are the best I’ve had in a while. The downside is the atmosphere was a little quiet but overall it was amazing I suggest if your looking for great tacos at a fair price this is the perfect place 5⁄5

It was really great! I got the burrito with no meat and my fiancé got the quesadilla. Both so good! Also loved the chips. The salsa was spicy enough but nothing to go crazy over and the rest of the dips weren’t good.

So if you’re in Richland and trying to get Taco Truck style Mexican food but don’t want to dive out to Pasco, Taco House is a viable option AND they take Debit/Credit cards! Although easily missed driving by, as this restaurant is tucked behind Fat Olives, the prices are great and the food is excellent. It used to be a hog dog place, but they’ve kept some Mexican-style hotdogs on the menu even though it’s Mexican food now. Simple on the meat choices for now too, they just got a new owner who is very friendly and provides quick service. Quick, cheap, delicious and nearby.
