Not the greatest Mexican food I’ve had but decent. Prices are fair. If you’re looking for spicy salsa, they definitely have that! They also offer a much milder salsa for the kids or those that have more delicate taste buds

Great service for a group of 13. Ice cold beer and sweet margaritas. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I had the Carnitas Burrito and it was both filling and tasty! Pricing was reasonable. Will come here again.

Words cannot describe how bad the food is. We should have known better after we saw we were pretty much the only car in the parking lot at noon on a Saturday. Chips and hot salsa were the only decent thing. Mild salsa tastes like salad dressing. Chicken made me sick and my little sons enchilada made him sick.

Booooooo! I ordered lunch and requested one breast of chicken for a puppy and they charged me $ 9.00 for one small breast of chicken when the lunch menu primarily consists of $ 8.25 items. I was being helped by the owner and I voiced my irritation and he made up some BS excuse why he wouldn’t even just charge me for the $ 8.25 item as it’s the majority of the lunch menu. I will NOT be back.

If you want to have the camerones served in a ketchup sauce and the mole in a peanut butter concoction, then this is the place for you. Karaōke added to the amazement! Truth be told, there might be a better place in town…

Went and had dinner in the bar. The food was really great and served hot. The bartender was Great and made the best lemon drop martini I have ever had. Of course we had to finish with the Flan which is always very good there. Will go again. Great great great!

I was in the area on business and stopped in at this place to check it out. I wasn’t too excited about the quality of the food. The only thing that was good was probably the enchilada sauce that was on top of my enchiladas and I am sure it came from a can.

Yay for local Mexican businesses! We are vegetarians and they rocked it for us. The spinach enchiladas were yummy, the beans are very good. What could make it a 5: house made chips, a little more upscale food — but if you are craving comfort Mexican food, this place is very good and the service was excellent!

Very plain and bland Mexican. Generic chains have a better taste. The service was good

This is my go-to place in the Tri-Cities for Mexican food. It has my favorite chips and salsa in the area, and the service is always very friendly and attentive. The food is consistently great. My particular favorite is the spinach enchiladas, which are so amazing that they’ve spoiled me for other restaurants’ version of the same. I’m also a big fan of their shredded chicken, and I usually don’t even like chicken!

It could be worse, but not the best Mexican food. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. My parents still love it but I’m not impressed.

The restaurant and bar are awesome! I don’t know what people are talking about! I’ve loved every thing I’ve eaten there, and the bartenders make excellent drinks. THEONLY bad thing about this place is the karaōke host… Not only does he sing waaaaay too often, but it’s horrible. I get it, not everyone can sing, and sometimes that is the fun of it. But not in this case, it just makes me want to leave. Not only is the singing horrible but half of the time he signs and others won’t be able to sign up.

The service was great and we food quick. The drinks were amazing! Do NOT order the shredded beef! But DO order the vegetarian burrito it is delicious even though it prob doesn’t sound great. The zombie drink that I ordered was great! My fiancé enjoyed his margarita which I didn’t so much. A good place. I would relate the place to an Azteca.

I have been coming here on a weekly basis since I was about 7 years old. The food is amazing! Cheesy, saucy, spicy, large portions. It’s everything you would want from Mexican food. I have found similar places to have food that seems dry and tough. Here it’s moist and tender. I have never had to send food back in the 15+ years I have been going. The staff is friendly, helpful, they never let my drink run dry weather I’m in the bar or the restaurant. The salsas are amazing the tangy mild, spiced hot, and chunky pico-de-geio(or however you spell that) are all flavorful and addicting. This is by far my favorite place to relax and eat. It is a sit down atmosphere, but food comes quickly so it’s also perfect for a lunch break. They also do carry out which I take advantage of on a regular basis. It’s quick hot and the same price as me going to Wendy’s. Love Love Love

3 stars for effort and service but the food was lacking a lot and that’s the most important part. :(

Never before have I sent food back and asked to pay for drinks and leave… until I went here. The drinks themselves weren’t great(got the original Margarita, too much triplesec and not enough tequila or lime) but the food was terrible. I ordered the steak a la chicana, and the steak was tough and over cooked, the sauce tasted as if poured out of a can and microwaved. My girlfriend ordered the seafood burrito and it just tasted like fish that had sat out on the counter for too long. Plus the chili renallo just tasted like nothing but melted processed cheese, the sauce tasted like someone mixed a bit of chili powder with some canned stewed tomatoes then poured it on the plate. Without question the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had… even worse than Taco Bell if you can believe it; at least their steak is tender. One saving grace is good service and the chips/salsa are tasty. But I will not be visiting there again and would never recommend it to a friend.

Its my spot! Delicious margaritas. Best chips and salsa in town and friendly staff. It might not be as authentic as some Mexican places but its still delicious. I cant stay away.

I’ll start this off by saying the two stars are for the salsa, which was really good, and SURPRISINGLY spicy. I’m guessing that when your Spanish-fluent girlfriend who has lived in Mexico is blatantly dismissing her order as having zero flavor with the staff, concluding with a chuckle from the servers, that’s a bad sign. Here’s the thing — service was relatively quick in nature, and we were seated pretty immediately. It wasn’t packed, but definitely had a number of full tables. Our server was a bit«meh» about actually responding in Spanish when spoken to politely — which is fine — as I think it’s never a terrible thing if you can speak a language along with the staff, to do so, but whatever. What came next, however, was a bit surprising. Apparently, a burrito ordered sans dairy(my order) means«chicken in a tortilla.» The menu did say it was«adorned» or something w/lettuce, tomato and onions, but I expected me «adding» rice and beans to mean that I was getting them in my burrito. I was wrong, which is fine, but it’s the first burrito I’ve ever seen or heard of that would have contained nothing but sour cream, cheese and chicken. So I had a tortilla filled with chicken and nothing else, vegetables on top, and a side of rice and refried beans. My girlfriend ordered the ropa vieja salad, which is typically a pretty distinct dish, irrelevant of what state it’s ordered in. Apparently, in the state the restaurant originates from, ropa vieja salad is plain old(boiled?) chicken on top of various greens. Oh, and remove the flavor. That problem was solved by asking for some additional salsa, which created a nice spicy chicken salad. To say we were underwhelmed would be an understatement x10. I’m never one to say that an experience should turn you off a chain or restaurant with multiple locations — like this one has — but this is absolutely the case here. Well, unless I really need some spicy, mean salsa.

My boyfriend and I went here on Friday night before going to the movies. I love, love, LOVE Mexican food… but being from Houston, Texas I realize that Texas Mexican food is different than Washington Mexican food, but I am approaching it with an open mind. Pulling up in the parking lot it was EMPTY! My boyfriend said if this is any indication as to how good the food is… maybe we should go somewhere else. I thought… Well, maybe it is early for a Friday night… it was around 6:30pm. I know that in Texas the restaurants get REALLY packed around 7pm, so I was really just hoping that we beat the crowd. After walking into the restaurant… it smelled pretty good… Almost like home. We didn’t have to wait on a table… there was NOONE in the place. We were sitting waiting on our drink order to be taken and another couple came in and was sat a few tables away from us. The waitress walked right past us to take their drink order. Not a big deal… maybe she didn’t know who arrived first. Shortly after she came by to take our drink orders… I ordered Ice Tea, my boyfriend ordered a «house» Margarita. My tea was ok… I mean, it was tea… and it tasted pretty fresh. The Margarita on the other hand was TERRIBLE!!! I read a comment review where someone said that it tasted like there was Mt. Dew in the mix… I have to agree… it was REALLY bad. The chips were ok, and we had a choice of two different salsa’s. I personally didn’t like either one of them… they were TOO hot without flavor. I can eat hot things, but I still like them to have flavor. For an appetizer I ordered Guacamole Salad. It wasn’t terrible… it was just ok. For my main course I ordered a combo platter that had one Enchilada, one Chile Relleno & one Taco, and my BF ordered two Tacos & one Enchilada. As far as my meal was concerned… it was absolutely TERRIBLE!!! The ONLY good thing on the plate was the taco. Thank goodness there was a taco… if not, I would not have touched ANYTHING else on my place. What they call a Chile Rellano was NOWHERE near a Chile Rellano that I’ve ever had… it was SO bad I had trouble NOT spitting it out. Needless to say, that was the ONLY bite I took of it. So, the only thing that was finished on my plate was my taco… My BF said that his was not very good either… he did finish the taco’s though. Other than that, he didn’t clean his plate… which is NOT normal for him. After we finished trying to eat our meal… I decided that I wanted a Margarita… and I asked if they had one where they squeezed fresh lime in it… she said they did… So I ordered that one… not the Mt. Dew one… When it came out, it was in a glass with a strainer on it… and a small champagne glass that you pour it in. I felt like we should toast the New Year, or treat it as Margarita shots! Didn’t shoot it, but we did toast… It didn’t taste too bad either… So, this is where their ONE star comes from. When our drinks were empty and we were ready to go… we waited and waited for our waitress… she was MIA. I know she wasn’t busy because the place was STILL empty. Anyway after waiting for about 15 minutes I sent out a search party… AKA the boyfriend. After waiting another good 5 minutes, the waitress FINALLY showed up with the bill… I paid and left as quickly as I could… never to return!

Went here w/some friends/co-workers on a Friday night. Hung out in the bar area(vs. restaurant area). I went for an Original Margarita(served w/a small martini-type glass and accompanied w/a larger mixed pint glass w/a strainer on top — so you serve yourself as you go). Pretty nice libation. Cocktail #2 – Cadillac Margarita. This was a run-of-the-mill type margarita, but it was tasty. For food, went for the Chicken Mole(seems like that’s all I ever get at Mexican restaurants lately). It was yellow-ish tan colored(I’m used to more darker sauce… chocolaty in taste). This mole tilted more on the peanut butter side. It was yummy though, so I wasn’t complaining. The service was a little sub-par, but maybe this is what we get for eating in the bar. Later in the evening our ears were invaded by karaōke; I like«Punk Rock Girl» by the Dead Milkmen as much as anybody, but the singing was definitely lacking up to the point where we could handle it. I shoulda got up there and sung some Michael Jackson! ;)
