I am giving this location only one star due to the fact that I have been going to this location since day one and before it was a really decent place to eat, good food and good service, now food sucks on a whole new level, service is great but not with a smile. I have given them three chances to get better and keep my patronage but they have failed horribly! Burnt, cold food and warm drinks!?, they need a serious revamp of the way they work, and until then, I will promote to everyone, never waste money or time there! And they want fifteen an hour, please!

Terrible customer service. This is the 3^rd time they got my order incorrect. Sometimes a person needs something fast and quick = Fast Food!!! I can’t help but come back because I do like the menu and it’s nearby work, but damn customer service never gets the order right. How can you mistake chicken fries and nuggets… Bbq and sweet & sour are totally different and is labeled on the packet. small, Medium and large are differen sizes… Get it together people… Know your products… Learn how to read and make sure the order is correct when giving it to the customer… SMH!!!

I’ve only been to this Burger King a few times (most of them being drive thru), and if it wasn’t for the service provided during my most recent visit, I wouldn’t rate it very highly.
It seems like this «hidden BK» as I call it is never very busy. The reason I rate it so highly is because of the Angry Whopper. A few years ago, my girlfriend had the Angry Tendercrisp and loved it, but they never seem to bring it back with the Whopper. Even though I’ve tried to have them make an Angry Chicken, they never would, until I went here. I asked if there was any way they could make an Angry Whopper, but with a Tendercrisp and they did it! They even charged me the same as the Whopper.
Excellent service, out of the way location, and an absence of the Macdonald Ave/Marina hooligans earns this restaurant 5 stars.

this is the worse place ever!!! really bad customer service for one the ppl that work there barely speak english and then on top of that i had already ordered my food and i just remembered i wanted to order somethin else so i asked him at the window is it ok if i order somethin else? and he told me no because it was another car behind me!!! and all i wanted was some onion rings!!! and to me that isnt right if im already at the window i dont understand why he couldnt take my order… i will never come here again!!!

This place is convenient for me because its close to my house. However, their service is horrible. A few days ago, I waiting at the drive thru window for more than 15 minutes. Cars were honking but I had already paid so I couldn’t just leave.

Molasses slow service. Even with one group in front of me, I had to wait 5 minutes before placing my order. We then proceeded to wait another 7 – 8 minutes for our food. Is this «fast» food? Also, they charged extra for some of the options on the value meal even though there was no extra price noted on the menu — a practice I believe to be illegal. I will never go here again.

I too go here for lunch sometimes because it’s close to work and I like those abominations against man and beast called chicken fries.
That said, I usually go inside to order from fast foods, but all the beggars outside of this BK force me to avoid them by using the drive thru. There’s this one woman, who I call «Cracky» who looks like the prototypical torn-up meth user who’s always prowling around the parking lot bothering people. She refuses offers of food, she just wants the money. Every time I parked here, she would accost me on the way to the door, making a really uncomfortable exchange. I know this sounds like something an elitist Patrick Bateman guy would say, but I live in Berkeley and the characters outside this BK would eat Berkeley’s homeless alive.

in terms of fast food joints, this is the closest one to work. and it’s not too bad. value wise, you can’t beat the dollar menu, or the beauty of a whopper made your way…
but it still tastes like every other BK i’ve ever been to. gotta love franchises, eh?
anyhow, this location has one of the highest amount of aggressive panhandlers i’ve ever seen. usually i don’t mind panhandlers, but when i see their rides come by to pick them up. and they have nicer cars than i do, i start feeling a bit… «taken»??? oh well, at least the panhandlerse aren’t standing next to your door as soon as you pull into a parking space. it used to be pretty bad.
also, the map is incorrect, the location flag needs to be moved a bit to the east, as the restaurant (and i use that term lightly) is actually located at the corner of hoffman and cutting… go figure.
