Wow. Does anyone remember when Quiznos used to be bomb? It’s not anymore. I went here cause I was in the area. Got the grilled mushroom chicken. Way over priced, and I can honestly say I rather go to subway. Two solid stars.

This Quiznos is the worst location I have ever been too. First of all, the quality of their veggies is awful, their cucumbers and tomatoes are cut so badly, very thin and broker slices. In addition, when you read their menu, the ingredients are listed, they keep on asking if ok to put mushrooms, etc, this is very bad service. Are they trying to charge you $ 9 for a sandwhich which they are at the same time ripping you off from since they keep asking if you want mushrooms, etc. If one read the menu and decided to go with that choice, obviously he/she read the menu and OK with mushrooms. In addiiton, the placeis not polished and does not look clean. Their chicken is HORRIBLE! Two women work there in the afternoon on Fridays and they both do not know what customre service is. There was even a time when they would foget to put cheese on my sandwich. Bad service, bad chicken, bad is the word for this place.

Weirdest situation. My boyfriend and I arrive at 11:40am to grab some food. It opens at 11 mind you. So we go and it’s locked. We wait a little bit and see people inside eating. The security guard around there knocks on the door and is trying to see what’s going on. No one is responding and coming to the door, instead someone is in there trying to motion some type of information. So my boyfriend gets fed up and gets up and starts knocking at the door and asking the man working to please come to the door to talk to us because we cant understand through glass what’s going on. The man was so rude. He refused to come to the door. If they weren’t open and there was a situation that’s fine, but come tell that to us. Don’t treat us like shit and refuse to even speak to us. You don’t have a sign that says you are closed, your sign says you are supposed to be open, and instead there are people sitting and eating in the shop. It was so rude to have your customers try and yell through glass to try and understand why you aren’t open. Especially when you are sitting around doing nothing. I hate to be treated like this. Honestly what it looked like was that he allowed some customers to come in and eat(two girls in non work clothes-they looked like customers sitting down having food) and he wasn’t going to allow us to do the same. Instead he showed us a box, and motioned across his hand across his neck-as in slitting the neck-wtf?!? And it doesn’t help that the customers who were allowed to eat were white, and we weren’t. But of course we will never know what your intentions were because you refused to speak to us. Oh and this man was a chubby guy around 6’2″ tan skin, black/brown hair.

Service was great here, friendly and courteous. Ordered a simple sandwich and received my order in a promptly manner. What kills me, You see, people sometimes are a refection of the bad attitude«one» is projecting! Who complains about Wi-Fi being too slow anyways??? If you for once thought this was a $ 130 dollar lunch then re-evaluate your current standing and get the priorities straighten out. Michael’s sourdough in San Rafael and San Francisco are great, bit expensive but great. Lesson here is you get what you pay for.

Sandwiches here are just okay, we like Subway better. Every time we go here, there is rarely anyone else in the place and the employee acts like they can hardly be bothered to make a sandwich.

Service is great here! Always fully stocked and well maintained. The staff is quick even when there’s no line, they waste no time getting you in and out of there in a timely manner. Always find a great parking spot even if they share a lot with the businesses next door. The nearby area is under construction so you might be deterred to stop here but all the business in that plaza are still open so stop by! Must try: Pastrami on pretzel bun extra hot mustard yess!

I’ve never in my life had worse indigestion. Ordered a small pesto chicken sandwich, all $ 6 of it is now at the bottom of a trash can. The sandwich tasted mushy and low quality and something about the chicken and the mushrooms tasted a little off, but I was very hungry and ate the whole 5″ relatively quickly. Well about a half hour after eating it I could feel it rising up, another 30 mins and I couldn’t keep this sandwich down. Over the next 20 I proceeded to have to relive this nasty sandwich undigested in reverse! Bleh. Sorry for gross but I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this. I have a very healthy digestive system and have never had something like this occur before. One star. I will not be back. EDIT: hours later and I’m still throwing up. I can not express enough, unless you like throwing up repeatedly for hours from rancid cheap food, avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid. Will never spend my money there. First tried to order online. $ 8 minimum. I only wanted a $ 5.99 sandwich. Second when I called to place a fone ordered. I was told rude that they only take a fone order if its a $ 50 minimum but ge wouls do it for me this one time. Didnt want my name or number. When I went to pick it up they tried to charge me nearly $ 9. I explained to him it was $ 5.99 online. I was told rudely that that was impossible. Etc. Rude people with attitude. You just lost a customer for good.

This location is a popular lunch spot for me and my co-workers, and the new owners have made some positive changes. It can get busy during peak times, but the staff are usually good about getting everybody through the line quickly. The food is always good, it’s clean and in a safe area of Richmond, and the staff are always friendly.

On Saturday 10÷22÷11, I attended a training class in Richmond with my wife. During our lunch break we decided to try Quiznos, it was close by and this would be our first time eating at Quiznos. When having sandwiches out, we normally eat at Subway, ToGo’s or deli’s. I ordered two Turkey, Bacon and Guacamole Sandwiches and two Medium Drinks. The person making the sandwiches asked what kind of bread I would like, I answered wheat. She then started to add some kind of dressing. I asked what kind of dressing it was and she rudely answered ranch and pointed to the menu board and said«that is what comes on this sandwich». I looked at the menu board and it did not list the ingredients. I asked her if I could have the sandwiches without the ranch dressing. She then made the sandwiches. When I was ready to pay the cashier, I noticed that the sandwiches were missing the bacon and guacamole. I asked the the cashier if I had ordered Turkey-Bacon and Guacamole Sandwiches, thinking maybe I had order incorrectly. She said yes. I then pointed out that the bacon and guacamole were missing. She asked the person who made the sandwiches about the missing bacon and guacamole. The person who made the sandwiches, in spanish, told the cashier, «Ask the guy what he wants then, because he told me he didn’t want any.» I told her and the cashier that I didn’t want any ranch dressing, I didn’t say anything about not wanting any bacon or guacamole. The person then added the bacon and guacamole. Overall this was a bad experience, My wife and I, not being able to enjoy our meal after that. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Quiznos. There just too many other restaurants that provide excellent food and service.

We came here for lunch several times now, and this time its to go lunch i ordered their good deal $ 5 for 2, a Tuna and Italian Bullet. Taste good the tuna is a little bit salty but okay for me. The Only thing about this location is they don’t honor some of Quiznos promotion like if Quiznos sent us coupons, they don’t honor it, and I sent a an email to Quiznos about this and they have no comment at this time so, well my overall experience is just average.

If it weren’t for the business park across the street and their mindless drones shuffling along the pedestrian pathway this place wouldn’t be here. Not enough outside seating. The tables are way to fraking short and often sticky. The sandwich makers are too easily confused and speak too quietly. The owner lady rushes you out. Yet I still come here, where else is a cracker gonna go? 1. Parking. 2. Good eats. 3. People won’t bother you.

I would really give just a 1.5 Stars, but 1 will have to do… I get emails from Quiznos that I was signed up for from this same place long ago. I finally decide to print one of these damn coupons out and go get me a toasty sandwich… and then last second the lady says«Oh, we no take coupons here. Sorry, Honey… no coupons.» So…THEYDON’T EXCEPTQUIZNOSCOUPONSATQUIZNOS!!! Go figure. And don’t call me «Honey»

Average, sandwich way too small. I normally eat at Subway or Togo, But once in a while Quizno. I feel that the sandwiches are too small and they bread they use aren’t that great. They have the new deal 5 pick two items. I got the torpedo and small Asian chicken salad. The salad was really small. The green tea isn’t that great.

During a full day of CPR training, I had the pleasure(sarcasm) of having catered lunch from Quiznos. This was probably hands down the WORSTSANDWICH I ever had in my entire life. It sounded safe enough, «Turkey Ranch Swiss». It turned out to be MUSHY ass turkey DRENCHED in ranch sauce, with a layer of swiss cheese. It gets worse. There’s tons of iceberg lettuce in there(I just realized how much I hate iceberg lettuce). I’m not done yet. There’s also stale tomatoes, strategically hidden, I might add. To top it all off, this abomination is served on WHEATBREAD, as if they wanted to ensure this was the nastiest sandwich they could possibly make. If you’re gonna cater a company lunch, do yourself a favor and make the food edible. We have to sit through crap training with no option for lunch. Don’t you feel sorry for us as it is? My first chain restaurant review, and a rightfully crap one at that.
