Sent an arrangement to my wife for our Anniversary and when se received it the fruit was mushy. It wasn’t the heat because it was February. Not only was the fruit unacceptable but they never delivered my entire order. They left off the teddy bear and balloons. I feel as though I am pretty reasonable, so I called to them calmly and explained the situation. The young lady «helping» me was rude from the moment the phone was picked up. I asked her name and I highly doubt her parents named her «I don’t need to tell you». All in all they will not be getting my business anymore.
