I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis in my left foot on and off for years. This winter it became exacerbated to the point where it was interfering with my ability to walk and exercise. I’ve tried the physical therapy route, and wanted to avoid surgery or steroid injections. I decided to try the orthotics they recommended, even though I was nervous about the cost vs the possible benefit. I’ve had my new orthotics for about 2&½ months, and I realized last week that I ran a 5k, and walked all day, and had NO foot pain. The absence of pain was a shock. The orthotics are kind of wide, and don’t go in many of my shoes well, but now I’m only needing to wear them in my running shoes and gym shoes. I would definitely recommend them to you, the guys at the store were so kind and helpful.
