I’ve always used this branch to get my oil changed. They have always been good but the last time I went the service was really above and beyond. Polite, informative and quick. Exceeded my expectations.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Do not bring your car here! These poor workers are totally I’ll-equipped to work on your vehicle. So sorry I brought my car here today. Broken tools, inexperience = disaster waiting to happen.

Avoid this place at all cost. It appears Jiffy Lube at this West Broad location has both a local and a corporate problem. I had a similar issue with the customer service manager at thie corporate location. His name is Ryan R.
They need to Replace the customer service manager Ryan R. I emailed him regarding my concerns. His response was condescending. I read the recent Unilocal review for this same location and they also dealt with Ryan and got the same disrespect. I have called to speak to his boss David and I am waiting to see if he will call me back.
This was the issue. I took my veh in with a Groupon for Signature oil change, tire rotation, and rain-​x. When I arrived the tech told me I didn’t need a tire rotation b/​c the tires were worn evenly. I advised that I still wanted it done b/​c I’ve already paid for it and the reason they are worn even is because I rotate them often. He showed me to the waiting room and with disgust pointed at the TV & coffee and walked away. It was clear he was upset that he had to do a tire rotation and didnt like being called out for it. Then when they finished I noticed they pulled my vehicle out w/​out doing the rain-​x. I asked and they sent a guy out to the parking lot to check and if not done, do the rain-​x. When I got in the veh I noticed that they rain-x’d right over the dirty windshield. They didn’t bother to clean it. There was a huge dead bug spot and other dead bugs on the windshield that they just rain-x’d right over. When I got home the veh smelled like burning oil. I popped the hood & found they spilled oil all over the place and I had to clean that up. I emailed this summary to jiffy lube corporate asking for them to call me so I could have the work redone somewhere else. When I emailed my response to the service I got a corporate form apology noting they were sending to local ownership. Then I got a form apology from Ryan R that he notified the manager and to call if any questions. No call. I emailed Ryan R again b/​c no response and had left a message and he sent a rude email telling me his response was not a form letter and that if I had any issues to call him. I emailed back advising I had called. He finally called and I could tell he was clearly put out by having to be on the phone. He is the customer service manager for goodnes sake… what does he expect. When I went through the entire summary he did not offer an apology or anything. He just said one sentence and that was that I could have taken it anywhere to have it redone. He implied that I should have known that somehow. There was a long pause as I waited for him to apologize for the lack of service or anything and he just sat there. I said OK and good bye. I am still waiting on his boss to call me. This company is really going downhill. Simply sad. They use to be so good.
