LensCrafters is driving me CRAZY!!! I cannot believe the poor customer service. Over the past couple of months I have bought and paid for 3 new pairs of glasses and today was my third trip there to pick up the 2 extra pairs: a back-up pair of glasses and the sunglasses. And even though the frames are identical, they still have not gotten the lenses manufactured correctly yet. So, I’m forced to wait another two weeks, without so much as an «I’m sorry. Whoops, we made a mistake.» or anything. Meanwhile, they still have my money and I do not yet have the product that I’ve paid for.

Great selection of frames, including a variety of hard to find round and oval and high end designer frames. I don’t live in Richmond but had been to this location and found a few pairs of frames I liked. Thought I could find the same selection closer to home, did they did not carry the same styles at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge or at Spotsylvania Mall in Fredericksburg. It was worth the 65 mile drive back to get what I wanted. Yes, you pay a bit more at Lenscrafters, but they provide exceptional customer service and now have the new«AccuFit» technology which uses a computer to precisely measure pupillary distance and height to ensure your prescription works right in the frames you select. That is super important, especially with progressive lenses.
