Uniquely designed resto. Kinda fell in love with their wooden booths, swing-set seats and shabby-chic decorations. It almost felt like I was in Asia in a romantic setting especially with their enclosed booths. They have a full bar and have an extensive food menu to which we found delight in. Their pad see ew is delicous and their version of Filipino pancit is also good although, i’d prefer if they didn’t salt it so much. Food tends to be a little heavier on the salt so make sure to ask them to go easy. Service was incredible, food came out in a timely manner but location is a little tough especially searching for street parking.

Joe and Whitney — I can’t believe it took me this long to post a review of your place. YEARS. Wow. Anyway, I’ve seen it evolve over the years and WOW I’m impressed. In addition to your soups, I love that you have added more traditional dinner plates to your menu, and the eccentric decorations are second-to-none. Joe, you have such vision! If I had to describe your second-newest restaurant … «bold.» Thank you for all that you and your family does for the community!

Will never order food from here again! Got pad Thai to go and found a huge hair in my food! We had to drive back to return the food to get a refund!

Placed an order for pick-up and didn’t realize one of the orders was wrong until we got home, which funny enough, was one of my reserves from ordering from here since quite a few reviews mentioned wrong orders. The menu system through Unilocal was super easy to use, I will say. But definitely not your money’s worth if getting takeout or delivery. Basically every item on the menu is $ 10.50,but the portion sizes are incredibly small. I’d like to see the inside once they are done renovating, but I am really, really disappointed in portion size for the money. I’d give it 2.5 stars if I could.

FOUNDANUNWANTEDSURPRISEINMYFOOD!!! First off let me state, this is my favorite Thai restaurant in the city. My girlfriend and I frequent this location quite often. In the past 4 months we have dined in 4 times and had delivery once. The food is amazing and until 2 recent visits, the service has exceptional. Last night we visited the restaurant around 8:30. At the time, we were the only ones seated at a table or booth and there were maybe 3 people at the bar. 1. My girlfriend tried ordering drinks from the gentleman who greeted us. When she inquired as to what beers were available he was unable to respond without checking behind the bar first.(Not a big deal but we had the same waiter on our last visit roughly a month ago and he was just as unaware of the selection then as he was last night) 2. Beers came in a timely fashion, but glasses for our drinks were neither given, nor offered.(Again, not a big deal, but the thought of a cold glass for a beer seems common place in for a dine in restaurant to me) 3. I then notice there was a patron at the bar who was barefoot. I can only assume based on his pajama pants that he was a resident from above.(Concerning, but wouldn’t drive me away from eating there) 4. Only after having to make eye contact to place my order, was I able to ask for glasses for our drinks and request that my order be made slightly spicier than the dish is normally prepared. 5. Once our food was delivered we realized my girlfriend’s dish had been prepared with more spice rather than mine as requested.(Though she doesn’t like her food too spicy, being that she works full time in the food industry herself, rather than sending the food back she ate her meal as it was.) 6. To top off our experience, as I was finishing my meal, I noticed something rather chewy in my Pad See Ew. THEREWAS A PIECEOFPLASTICINMYFOOD!!! The plastic was circular in shape and slightly larger than a quarter. How this got by the staff is beyond me. At this point I was fed up with the lack of service and disregard for the health and safety of paying customers. After showing the plastic to the waiter, he was kind enough to take 10% off my meal(RIDICULOUS!!!) The woman we normally have had as a waitress and bartender could not be more customer service oriented. She is great. Hopefully she is still there because these two new guys need to take a lesson from her. Because of her, I haven’t given a 1 star rating. It is a shame how much worse this place has gotten in such a short amount of time. BEWARE — THISPLACEHASGONEDOWNHILLQUICK.

Can’t wait to come back. So much on the menu that I want to try The wings were great. Light tempura batter, served with a sweet chili + spicy garlic chili mix sauce. The wild noodles were tasty too. Not very spicy, but reminded me of a crispy basil dish you would get at a thai restaurant but with noodles. I had no problem eating everything. Crispy basil, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, eggplant, and beef with rice noodles is everything I need.

My Noodle is in the basement of Stuart Court Apartments right at Stuart Circle. Great Fan location and seems to have a thriving business, complete with regular clientele. I stopped in for lunch and had some crispy spring rolls(3/$ 6) and the Love Boat(beef noodle soup). The spring rolls were okay, but Mekong still has the best in town. The Love Boat was very good… among the best beef broth I’ve had. True, there’s only one meatball, but there’s plenty of other beef. It’s also served with flat noodles. Service was great. And they deliver! Priced slightly higher than its counterparts.

The unique look with a very flavorful menu My Noodle bar is go to spot in Richmond very much love their pad Thai and drunken noodle. I can’t get enough of the entrées with Panag curry being my absolute favorite. The music and the vibe the bar gives is one you won’t find anywhere else in Richmond. With their ever-changing bar selection and various different event nights you will never find a dull moment my Noodle and bar.
