Ran in there to grab some last minute items for a project that I’m on. I was in such a rush I ran out to my car and left my wallet behind. That’s when the manager came out with my wallet in his hand. Honesty and integrity go along way with me. They have my business for life.

Funny how this particular store is not on Unilocal.It was the closest one to me so after looking on the internet for a car battery I decided to come in here to get one. The young lady who helped me told me that the only battery that would fit my particular vehicle was an expensive hundred thirty dollar battery. I had already looked at the company website and located the battery that was $ 100 instead. I returned to the store after being gone for approximately 5 minutes and was waited on by another gentleman. I showed him the website and the part number and he produced $ 100 battery within a minute. I told the young lady I wanted the cheapest battery that they had but it appears that her only duty was to try and sell me the most expensive one. Bad way to run a business. I’m a stop at O’Reilly again but never at the store. I suggest you drive the extra 5 minutes to any of the three stores that are within 2 miles of this location should be negative one star
