This place is so hit or miss. Most of the time the food is good. They never bring plastic wear with to go orders. I tried to order food to go at 8:50 and was hung up on 3 times then they answer and say they aren’t delivering. bye panda bistro…

I’m not a big fan of Chinese food, but I will make an exception for Panda Bistro. The service was excellent the location was easy to get to and of course the food was fantastic… They are very quick and the food is made from scratch every time. My personal favorites are sweet and sour pork and orange chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area that is looking for a good Oriental restaurant

Traveling to the Houston area over the Thanksgiving holidays and stumbled across Panda Bristro. I was surprised by how good and savory the food was. Loved the wings, mongolian beef, green bean dish, walnut shrimp, to name a few. We’ll make sure to stop by next time we’re in town.

Was feeling a bit sick and wanted some hot soup to help with congestion, I ordered a wonton soup and crab puffs. When I walked in the pick up my order there was no other person there except the employees. I got home and my soup was lukewarm and the meat inside the wontons was like they took the«meat» out of a Chef Boyardee ravioli and put it inside their own wantons. The crab puffs had the smallest amount of filling possible, they were basically just fried wanton. I only found one piece of «crab»(looked like shrimp) in one out of six crab puffs. I will never be eating here again and I hope no one else wastes their money there.

One star for the sautéed mixed vegetables combo. :(. Zero flavor. Zero. Was trying to get a healthier option but it was really, really bad. Could not eat it. I used soy sauce., salt & pepper. Still yuck. I definitely don’t recommend this dish. & The last few times we ordered ‘fried rice’ it was only white rice w a little soy maybe? NOT fried rice. :( Moving on to a new delivery place. :(

Doesn’t deserve half a star. Worst Chinese restaurant in Sugar Land. Found a hair in the rice, cashier thought it was funny. Disgusting

I order at this restaurant about once a month because it delivers to my house. It’s definitely not authentic Chinese food but it does the trick. If you want something quick to fill your belly this is the place to go.

We ordered here a couple of times and the quality of food has seemed to go down. The sesame chicken had too much breading it was gross. Why I’m giving this place one star, because we ordered some dumplings for an appetizer. After bringing them out about a minute after putting them on the table a lady comes from the back with tongs saying she gave us too many and that the extra dumpling belongs to another order. Also the other gentlemen bringing out the food was clearly sick, and shouldn’t of been anywhere close to food. This place needs a change of management and take better care of their employees.

I remembered Panda Bistro from my last visit and the food is at least as good as it was last year. I’ve eaten in and had take out and one is a good as the other. I’m from San Francisco and I know what good Asian food taste like.

Crab puffs have no filling, spring rolls are expensive for what you get, and the past two times we ordered, everything tasted re-warmed. One time, they didn’t bring us rice, so I called them. They would not pick up the phone(caller Id), and I let it ring for awhile. I then called from my wife’s phone and they picked up on the second ring. Over the past year or so, it has gone down hill, and will probably not order from them again. The place on the other side of the freeway is way better.

Save your money! My family and I decided to try this place bc it is close to home and we had a coupon. The food came out 2 mins after we ordered. The meat was tough, dry and tasted like it had been double fried. The hot and sour soup was probably the worst I have ever had. I’m surprised this place has such a good rating…

The food here tastes great, and overall they do a great job. However, once I got a big chunk of eggshell in my lo mein so have been avoiding it until I forget.

Thankfully they deliver to the Reserves at Brazos Town Center. I like to incorporate this restaurant in my rotation among my Chinese deliveries in the area. So far service has been great, delivery on time, and the specials/combos and coupons make this an attractive bargain. The quality of the food to date has been great. The wings like many reviewers have noted are one of a kind and tasty. The soups were fresh although I’d like to have the green onions prepared with the broth so it has a more pronounced flavor; in this case no onions only one dumpling and one piece of lettuce. That being said… the wonton in the combo soup is amazing and broth tastes more salt/pepper with a hint of chicken but barely noticeable. Too bad it’s only one wonton The items I ordered in the past were beef & broccoli, tangy chicken, general tso’s, and special fried rice(bit oily but that’s expected)… all were combo’s that were good and slightly bland but nothing that I can’t fix up with seasonings at my house. They are generous with the size of the chicken chunks. The crab rangoon are not sweet like I“m used to but still good. The eggroll is in the thin paper like wrapping which I prefer. They were even generous to not add shrimp(I’m allergic only to shrimp) in the special fried rice. That’s what I call an accommodating and conscientous effort made on part of an Asian restaurant that I commend as some in the past I’ve dealt with wouldn’t budge when it comes to special requests. I’ll be ordering again soon for other items on the menu like the sesame beef, chicken corn soup, mongolian chicken, and dumplings.

Great Chinese food close to the house. If you live in Greatwood then this is a good spot to check out. And incredibly fast. My food was ready in 5 mins.

The food came out fast and it was fresh and delicious. I don’t eat Chinese food often, but when I recommend a Chinese restaurant it has to be something special. It’s perfect for anyone who likes *authentic* Chinese food. And if you’re not in the mood for Chinese, you can get their chicken wings — I’m picky about wings and these are definitely some of the best you’ll find in the Houston area.

Great Chinese. Eat enough so you aren’t hungry in two hours. We love this place. Don’t expect to find a large dining room, as it’s really tiny. You cn tell it’s designed for take-out, rather than eating in. This is our Chinese delivery restaurant of choice, because whatever they fix, it’s excellent, and when they say delivery is in 30 minutes, they always seem to do it in 15. One thing different from other Chinese, they have a few items on their menu that come in Texas size, which we sometimes order for the entire family. Our favorite is a large egg drop soup. Just make sure you get something else to go with it.
