Whataburger

Got some burgers and fries here. Really good I got to say! Definitely eating here again!

Had a craving for a good burger late Saturday night so came to this location close to home. Went through drive thru got to window and my order was wrong. Ok no big deal, manager looked flustered told me to pull up and wait a few minutes. She comes out no more than 5 minutes later with my food and apologizes for the mistake. She then tells me to come back anytime for a free meal! I get home to eat and there is also an apple pie, which I didn’t order, in my bag. Her name was Kristin and her customer service was perfect. Smiled the whole time and was a really nice person.

It’s been a looooooong time since I’ve dined inside a Whataburger and it wasn’t 2AM-​4AM. I was really impressed by the friendly service during early dinner busy time. They brought me ketchup, checked to see how we were doing halfway through our meal, and rushed to open the door when we left. Twice I commented that it’s the best service at any Whataburger I’ve been to yet.

Slowest drive thru EVER! Smh waited almost 30 mins in line and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Fries were ice cold by the time I got them. I love whataburger but this location is no good.

Really bad food. Charged me for two orders. Canceled one I think. They messed up on the order and gave us the wrong one and I got the smaller burger. Mom and I both got sick from food felt off afterwards. And was cranky. Fries were cold. So far fastfood out here highly disappointed. But that’s I’m realzing now from fastfood its just crap! Stickong to buying grocies. Saves money.

Sort out this drive thru — the outside lane does mot work. Spent the last 25 minutes waiting in the queue with no obvious reason for the delay!

Decent facility, I’ve always gone through the drive thru and the teenage kids that work there are very annoying. I understand that teenagers make up most of the employees at fast food facilities but my gosh, it’s always at least 5 of them at the window chit chatting and laughing over my food.
Besides that, the food is always hot and fresh. When they get busy on the weekends, the teenagers always seem to mess up something on my order.
My husband and I love Whataburger and it’s 2 mins away from our house so we will continue to come here.

This location is clean, the employees are friendly and service is pretty fast. The burgers tasted just like all the other Whataburgers, very tasty. Whataburger is dependable if a quick meal is needed.

What can I say? It’s Whataburger! This location is fairly new and very clean. I’ve never had a problem here. Staff is friendly and food order is always correct. If anything, they are a little slow, but I would sacrifice a extra minute or two since it’s all cooked to order and they make sure your to go bag has everything.

It is pretty good for a fast food joint like this. I go here frequently and it is good a majority of the time. They do mess up my order once in a while, but not to the point it chases me off. Food is good though, and it is a clean place. Just be prepared for Friday and Saturday nights as a lot of the local teens hang out for a while. I would recommend for a fat burger joint!

Have found the food always fresh, fresher than at other Whataburger locations. That made to order freshness comes with a price, though. The drive thru is slow. Employees in drive thru have been pleasant enough each time I’ve been there.

I wanted to commend this location for keeping up the constancy. This location is Always clean, the staff is always polite & accommodating. There has been a few times the food wasn’t satisfying (too greasy) but other then that A+
They also have given me free shakes/​pies/​meals for taking a bit longer then they are suppose to. I never notice, they just offer.

Sandwiches were made just like the advertising pictures! Staff was super friendly. Excellent choice this one.

New place and needed it around here. Just don’t like the auto order service inside. Seems like the employees make you use it. But over all a good quick place to eat.

Fast food chain… what are you expecting me to say?

Those Nights, you know the ones, maybe you’re sobering up, maybe it’s 3 am you need whataburger NOW. We all have our reasons, but one thing is true everyone loves whataburger, and you don’t whataburger loves you! This location is awesome they’ve never gotten my order wrong, they’ve never been rude to me. And, as far as fast food goes the food is actually pretty good.
Sometimes the lines get long and can be overwhelming but they have been known to open up the second drive through to speed things up. The use a different type of ice in their drinks than other locations use and it’s much nicer to eat (Yes my weird-​ass eats ice)
Typically me and my friends will make our nightly burger runs around midnight right after the 11pm crowd starts to die out, and we’ve always had a great experience. Last time I was here they gave me extra fries, because the dude liked the song that I was playing in my car. Journey FTW!
Everyone knows whats on the menu here so I won’t bother you with it, but it does seem like this location is a lot cleaner and better tasting than others.

We always stop here on our way to Brazos Bend for breakfast. Always clean and you even get a sort of table service if you are there for breakfast. Order, get your number, grab a seat and they pretty much do the rest. They even have someone who patrols the seating area to refill your coffee or anything else you feel you may need.
Their biscuits and coffee are probably more fresh than most restaurants known for breakfast (Denny’s, IHOP, etc.). Staff is always friendly.
