Philly cheese steak with cheddar cheese is fantastic. The French fries are out of this world! Great lunch or dinner option. Service always friendly

Wasn’t expecting it but the burgers and 6 tons of awesome fries were incredible. They are doing something right with those burgers! A +

Go here if you’re in the area, way better than competing options and i even prefer it to five guys sometimes. Everything from the fries, the burgers, to the staff is excellent!

Went here for lunch a few weeks ago. Ordered a bacon cheddar cheeseburger with the trimmings. The bun they use for their burgers is a perfect match. Ordered a chocolate milkshake, I’m old school and love milkshakes with a good burger. The milkshake was just as perfect as the burger. Thick and creamy not a liquified down milkshakes as you get in dinners or fast food places. A great lil Dive in my neighborhood

This is the best burger at a food truck in Long Island. Better than 5 guys because burger is bigger and less fat content. Burger, fries and soda for a $ 11!!!

Great fries and burgers, but you’ve got to try the chicken sandwich. My grandkids are super fussy eaters and loved the chicken fingers. Give this food truck a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Found this place by accident on the way back from Holiday Shopping… I ordered the double 10oz with a large fry… Absolutely delicious! Could not believe how fresh and hot everything was, the prices were reasonable and service pretty quick considering it’s made to order. Wish I took a few photos to share with the Unilocal community, especially the fries… They were ridiculous

Traveling through the relative culinary wasteland that is Ridge, waiting at a red light STARVING, we saw the GoBurger truck parked there. Worth a try, we said. We were pleasantly surprised! Lots of burger-building options. The fried chicken sandwich was really tasty, juicy and super crunchy. The cheesesteak was also good. The large fries would have been enough for about 4 people. I don’t think I’d drive all the way to Ridge just to get it, but I’ll definitely stop there again if I am in the area.

This is a 5 star idea, and very well executed, just has a few flaws to fix. The fire size is ample and fresh cut, but, the oil was old. I’m going to say that I went on the last day of the oil and hopefully they change it in the morning. The patties are big, but a prepackaged Patti. In my opinion l, you lose a lot of juice when they are premade like that, but it was still a nice burger. My boyfriend ordered it medium and it was on the well side but it was sitting in a box so I can’t fault them for the over cook. I got the cheesesteak as is. A little less cheese and it would have been perfect. The chocolate shake is «meh». It’s vanilla icecream with heresy syrup so it’s okay nothing special. If I am ever in the area I would visit again.

My first time and I’m a Go Burger Believer. This is the way burgers were created to taste. The meat was thick, juicy and made to order. I will probably try med rare next time. The wait time wasn’t long even though it was a Saturday Afternoon. I am looking forward to my next visit. The location is closed on Sunday but its open late(10 pm) 6 days a week.

Great burgers cooked to order. Meat seems like good quality although the seasoning is a bit strange and I can’t put my finger on what they use. Not saying it’s bad in any way, but definitely different. Similar to Five Guys, you can add toppings at no charge, but cheese and bacon will cost you extra. Unlike Five Guys though, the burgers are pretty thick. I got the double the first time(my usual go-to) and it was a lotta meat– not that I was complaining. Fries are excellent but the real star here is the fried chicken sandwich as somebody else also mentioned. Super crispy and juicy. If you’re considering ordering it, don’t hesitate. It’s good. Cheesesteak is also ridiculously good, but also extremely guilt-inducing.

Yum. Large fries are a huge serving! Tho, they may need to change their oil, not as good as when they first opened. Kosher salt on them is abundant and delish. I ordered the 5oz burger and it was perfectly cooked at medium, as I requested with bacon, cheddar and onion. The shakes are a very nice treat. The vanilla bean throughout gives fantastic flavor. A picnic table or two would be nice for those waiting or if you would just like to eat. I usually eat in my car. Staff is friendly and the wait for a cooked to order meal is not a problem: worth it!

A great addition to the otherwise fairly poor lunch options around Ridge, NY. The burger was juicy and tender and the patty looked like it had been formed by hand rather than stamped out in a machine. The cooking was exactly as I had ordered it. I recommend calling ahead with your order since they do take their time in assembling your order. The small fries are enormous — certainly more than I needed! I’ll certainly be back but may have to limit myself because good burgers so close to my work won’t do my waistline any favors. But I do want to try that cheese steak…

Good burgers. Fries were soggy. Worst part was the wait… twenty minutes from time of order to picking up food. If speed is not an issue, then give them a try. Lines get long at lunch time. Please note — this is a food truck, no seating available, you eat in your car or truck.

Stopped by this place after my boyfriend kept begging me to try their burgers. One of his coworkers recommended this place, and he hasn’t stopped talking since. So I gave in, and we went together. Sure, the wait for the burgers suck, But it is totally worth it. The first time I came here, I had a burger. & it was delicious. The second time I came here, I had a fried chicken sandwich, & I was blown away. It was so good! Every time I go out east, I make a stop here. I get my new usual(the fried chicken sandwich) & my boyfriend and I split the large fries. The large fries are definitely enough for two people! Also, try their honey mustard sauce. So good!

Just tried go burger for the first time, very happy. The burgers were cooked just the way we ordered. I had a double with cheddar. The burgers were juicy and well seasoned. Fries are fresh hand cut and delicious. I will definitely be back to try the cheesesteak. The only down side is they are closed on Sunday that only leave us four days to enjoy this place. Definitely recommend stopping for a burger.

Well there goes my commitment to reduce red meat in my diet. These are seriously good burgers. Plus they have some options you can’t get at other places. For me it’s the pepper jack cheese topped bacon burger. I’ve had this combo twice, one five ounce and the other a ten ouncer and bot were delish! Asked for it cooked Medium and that’s what I got. As another poster wrote fries are very similar to five guys non-cajun fries but they do leave less oil on the bag. I assume that’s a good thing. The burgers look like they are hand made and not preformed. on my 10 oz burger the two patties were slightly different sizes which you wouldn’t expect with a box of freezer burgers. I’ll go on assuming this until someone proves me wrong. And props to the staff. I arrived a 7:57 when they have a posted closing time of 8:00. The young lady took my order cheerfully and they continued to serve as at least eight more cars arrived after I dis at least until 8:20 when I got my order. Even the girl that gave my order was cheerful when handing it to me and reminded me not to burn myself as she had. Elephant in the room: You will wait for your order! The other day at 1:15 I think I was in and out in 10 – 15 minutes tonight 20 minutes with about six people already waiting for orders. You can probably reduce your wait time with call ahead ordering but once you get the burger home you’ll realize that the time was well spent. I don’t think they need tables for outside eating(sitting adjacent to route 25 while load cars race by is not the ambiance I’m going for ever. I think a couple of benches for people waiting for order would be a good idea, even if they had to take them in nightly. This could be my new favorite burger place. Maybe I have to let some air out of the tires to ensure they don’t go anywhere. And to keep my red meat commitment, I’ll give up beef jerky…

What is there good to eat in Ridge, NY? Well the answer is unless you are eating at someone’s house in Ridge, and they are a good cook: Nothing. So some intrepid entrepreneur had a genius idea and actually opened a decent place in a truck that way if the Ridge-ites did not like it, they can move somewhere else! Located in a gravel lot next to the small hardware store on Rt 25 there is a cart selling burgers and cheese-steaks. OK cart is not giving this justice. It looks like a NASCAR race team trailer and probably requires a C130 to transport it. There were at least 5 people working in there. I ordered large fries, 10oz burger, and Philly Cheese steak. They were all excellent. The large fries was exactly like Five Guys fries in quantity and quality. So was the burger. Honestly if someone gave me the bag and said it was Five Guys I would not be able to tell. That is not a bad thing. Of course just like Five Guys if you make a habit of eating it you will not live very long, and you need a period just to lay down and digest not unlike a giant boa constrictor after eating a large animal. The cheese steak was good. Would prefer a bit more onions in there but still very good. Prices were about on par with what you would pay elsewhere. The meal mentioned worked out to about $ 20. Service was fast too and you can call ahead if you want. A great addition to the area. It was pretty busy for just opening so I do not think they will be relocating that giant trailer anytime soon.

Stopped on the way home from work tonight and got three cheesesteaks, two with Wiz and onions and one with Wiz, onions and hot peppers. Sandwiches had a ton of meat and were very flavorful, not cheap though at $ 8.95. Other menu items included single or double burgers, hand-cut fries(which you can get«loaded» with cheese and chili), shakes, and chicken tenders. Next time will try a burger and a shake, which looked delicious. Staff is friendly and service is fast. Seems like a great addition to the area, and the owner says they’ll be there all year round.
