Another hole-in-the-wall pizza joint in the food wasteland that is the middle part of Long Island. When we are at BNL and need to get out, pizza is the thing. We keep trying to find anything decent, but this one is another miss. Only tried once, picking up the pie. As another reviewer stated, it’s just plain pizza, with no «gourmet» pies on display. No customers, either. Crust was overly sweet, tough. Cheese had no «spring» or stretch to it, and was tasteless. Sauce was more like a red watercolor done by a 4-year old: missed the edge of the pie, had see-through areas, and no discernible oregano, basil, or olive presence. Won’t bother with this place again. Looking more lie it’s time to buy a Boboli at the supermarket, toss some Ragu on it, and then sprinkle with Kraft mozzarella. Our lab ovens would bake this in about 30 seconds, and be light years ahead of the pizza in Ridge.

Great local pizza place. Have been coming here for years and the quality does not change. The pies are huge and the staff is great. Always cheaper then average and worth every penny.

Nice little pizza place. Very basic, but nice family feel. Beware it’s cash only and they have a very limited menu.

Good pizza, though really empty at times. They don’t make specialty slices, but the food there is good regardless.
