Subway

Normally I would give chains like this a «standard» 3 star rating unless something bad happens to decrease it, or good to increase it. In this situation I’m willing to stray from my norm a bit.
I stopped into this subway for a quick bite on my way to Norwalk for some annoying business (after getting stuck in some traffic on 84 it had to be a super quick lunch for sure). When I walked in one customer was on line with one employee working. I figured this would be fine as they are usually pretty fast. Another employee was on «break» and eating lunch while texting on her phone. After seeing me on the line she quickly dropped her sandwich and jumped back to serve me. I jokingly told her that should she could finish her lunch to which she laughingly replied that she will after, and that she doesn’t like to see a line build. Well that was quite nice and certainly worth a tip.
The sandwich itself was fresh (chicken and bacon ranch) and as I would expect from subway — which is all I was looking for. The location was clean and parking was plentiful out front. If you’re driving down 7 towards Norwalk this will be a easy in and out to the road, however if venturing in the opposite direction (and during rush hour) it looks like it could be quite an obnoxious turn for sure
