More like«Kicked The Bucket Burger». Use to be great when it first opened. Tried it recently and omg it was DISGUSTING!

So, my wife and I used to frequent Bucket List when it first opened. We stopped going when we had consistent subpar experiences(wait times, wrong burgers). Changed to BugerBoss because of this. Yesterday, we decided to give Bucket List another try. Note that we were the only customers in the eatery at 5pm on a friday night. We ordered and sat down. Our food came out. literally our burgers were swapped on the ingredients and were soggy from too much sauce. We brought back the burgers and they redid them; okay that part was reminiscent. So, when we got the new burgers out we thought all was good. But, to our surprise we both found knuckle sized grisle in our burgers. That was a huge let down after spending 32 bucks on dinner. Come on now this isnt mcdonalds… Nevertheless we took it as our fault for giving them another shot at our business. Back to BurgerBoss for us!

This is the nearest gourmet burger restaurant near my place. I think the food is really good but the wait time often ridiculous. Today I came in from my daughter’s birthday we ordered two full-size hamburgers and two children’s hamburgers and two things of sweet potato fries and we waited 26 minutes for our order. On the plus side the portions are huge and the quality of the food clear to see and taste. If they could get the kitchen times down it would be so much better.

I had always wanted to try this place, and I happened to be starving and in the area. I arrived at the shopping center it is located in, and did at least two laps before I found the place.(Hint, its in the northeast corner, next to Starbucks) I got lucky and found parking right away right up in front of the place. Parked and strolled in, walked in to some fantastic smells. Stood there for a minute staring at the menu, wondering if I should create a burger, or try one of their«favorites». After waffling for a bit(mmmmm, waffles) I decided to try the Grand Canyon Cobb Burger. All of those ingredients just appealed to me. Bleu Cheese? Thick-cut Bacon? Avocado? Onion? Fried Egg? Yes please. I went for a half-order of fries to go with it, and even though a beer would’ve paired well with it, I opted for a lemonade. Found a seat at the counter facing the Starbucks so that I could entertain myself people-watching while I eat. The food came out as quick as cooked-to-order can be. The girl made sure to ask if there was anything else she could get me. I was good, but thanked her for asking. The burger was very good. Patty was cooked medium-well as I had asked. Tasty as well, you can tell they salt-and-pepper the meat a bit while it cooks. Enough bacon, fresh avocado, grilled egg cooked perfectly. LOTS of Bleu Cheese, almost too much. I said ALMOST, I’m not about to commit blasphemy, but you get BIG Bleu Cheese taste in every bite. Great burger. My only complaint is the bun. On a burger as messy as this(egg yolk) a wheat bun gets rendered into paste by the time you finish. Almost like when your Mother made you use bread slices with your Hamburger when you were a kid back in the 80’s. I would recommend a toasted Brioche or Pretzel bun that is a bit more sturdy and can endure the moisture a bit better. Just my two-cents. The Fries were fantastic! Thick-cut fries in a basket, salted perfectly; not your run-of-the-mill fries at all! I originally ordered a full-order when the Girl at the counter recommended a half-order. She said the full-order was huge, and I’m glad she did, because even the half-order was big enough. This place is small, so get in here a bit before the lunch and dinner rush, at least the outdoor seating helps.(Unless its hot) The décor is cool, and the place is immaculately clean. The staff was friendly enough. Unlike some, I don’t mind High School aged kids working here, it’s a burger joint for Pete’s sake! They were helpful and polite to me. I can’t wait to bring my Wife and oldest Son to try this place out!

This place never lets me down. I’ve been to a few different chains that have a similar concept of building your own burger but this place beats them all with price point and customer service. Every time I arrive, I am greeted at the door and treated as a priority. The food is delicious which I’ve ordered the turkey burger as well as a lettuce(in place of the bun) chicken burger. The chili cheese fries are also amazing and the ingredients are always fresh and the food is made fresh to order. I give this place a round of applause for being prompt to take your order, create your order and deliver it to you all with a smile!

They say these burgers are bucket list worthy? I agree, these burgers are worthy to scratch off your bucket list of places to not go to.

I passed this place a lot before finally giving it a shot. Let’s start with the staff and building. Overall, it is a very«hip» or «youthful» atmosphere. Think stickers and the beach type of joint. I like these type of places. The staff all look pretty young, but they are polite and attentive. Now, on to the food. By now, I’ve been here three separate times. All within about a two month period. I had the firewalker burger. I like spicy burgers. I got the combo with the little bucket of fries and a drink. The burger was delicious. Yes, I tried the same thing all three visits. I like to give them multiple attempts at creating awesome. They succeeded. The burger was great every time. The fountain soda was an average fountain soda. The fries were good, but not very many. They serve the fries in a little bucket, but they tend to avoid filling the bucket to the top. That really is my biggest complaint. And about the price. I think it’s a little too pricy for what you get. But you do get a quality burger. Which is why I give this place 4 stars.

Came in today at 8:20 pm. When we walked in a girl who was sweeping said out loud«ANDTHISISWHY I Am… STILLLLLHERE, CUSTOMERS!!!» she is lucky that my father was dying for us to try this place out because if I was by myself I would have walked right out. I have never been told that by an employee and was shocked she even said that. We ordered our food and the total was $ 33 for 2 burgers, 2 drinks and fries. I thought there is no wayyy… Come to find out she charged us for 2 fries. The burgers came out with the wrong buns on them so we had to send them back so by the time we got our burgers they were cold. Instead of complaining again be finished our food and ran outta there because the employees were putting all of the chairs up on the tables next to us. WORSTCUSTOMERSSERVICEINRIVERSIDE!!!

Worst burger! The pictures definately are a different burger. The bun is way too big and was just gross. And the meat was dry and not juicy at all! It was bland and in and out would have been better! Such a disappointment. The service was not great either I kept having to repeat my order to the cashier. She kept messing it up. While I was there another upset customer cancelled his order because the cashier took too long with bringing him his beer. Just a horrible place all around! Would not recommend it to anyone!

I had a turkey burger on a brioche bun with garlic aioli, garlic, and deli mustard. I wish the bun had been toasted, and had I known it would not, I would have asked. The burger was straight-forward and very good. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes and the side, and they forgot. The fries were good too. I would’ve given this place a 4 it would have had a little better service. Overall a good burger joint.

If we were talking about food alone this place would be a 5 star all the way. Bucket list burgers puts out a great product, but presentation is what kills it and presentation speaks to customer service. Each time I have been here the clientele look like they should all be in high school and I feel they just do not take their job seriously. Also the girl who took my order today did not even ask if i wanted to do the combo she automatically just assumed. Which this is fine but I wanted a bigger drink and was willing to pay for it but she couldn’t figure out the cost and did not know how to make the adjustment in the register so that I could purchase a bigger drink. Now to most that would not be a big deal but I like to get a bigger drink when I am going back to work. Again if we were talking about food alone Bucket list would score a 5 in my book or more. MY fiancé and I have mentioned that this place should be on Dinner’s, Drive In’s and Dives with Guy Fiore… because I feel that Bucket list is a Riverside Hidden Jem. But if the Romano family is not careful with who they hire that can really impact the image of the Romano family and their staff should know that.

I seriously don’t know how we kept forgetting to give this place a try… but I am sure glad we came last night! These burgers are SOJUICY, cooked perfectly, super flavorful! Just all around incredibly delicious! I ordered the Hawaiian Luau burger, that brioche bun, pineapple, teriyaki sauce, smoke wood bacon and everything else that comes on it was a PARTYINMYTUMMY! Lol! Yes, we have a child, pardon the yo gabba gabba reference! :) My husband had the Canyon Cobb something burger and he was loving it! We are most assuredly returning to try their other burgers!!! YUM!!!

The Whitney burger and Little Italy were ok. They were bland in flavor compared to the Habit at Riverside Plaza. Service was horrible! It took 30 minutes to get our burgers! The reason, unbeknownst to us, the cook walked outside to take a break before cooking our order. Then after it was made it sat on their ready to serve counter while one cashier took orders and the other cashier took a break. NOTCOMINGAGAIN!!!

Seriously, best burger in Riverside. I work downtown and on the rare occasion I need a burger, I haul my cookies over to Bucket List and prepare to wait for yummy perfection. The Mt. Whitney is legit. If you are a bacon cheeseburger lover and you’re not religiously or morally opposed to avocado, you’ll thank me for hooking you up. I’ve had it four times over the last 5 months(trust me, for a clean eater like me this is huge) since the first time I tried it and each time it was perfectly made. Well prepared patty(seasoned and grilled with magic, I swear), delish buns, served with a smile(even if it is to-go) and for $ 2 more you get small fries(which are phenom!) and a drink for the lunch special. I don’t usually spend $ 11 on a burger for lunch, but when I want a good one, I’ll keep handing them my money. Keep it up, Bucket List, and I’ll see you in 5 weeks!

I am with Tiffany – what is going on with this place! Slow, slow service and then the burger are so over cooked. I want this place to be what it was when Roth was working. The food as tanked drastically. Let me start with my burger, over cooked and made incorrectly. Frankly, the beef tastes a lesser quality than what was used at their opening. Missing FF had to ask for them. Bacon missed on another burger(a piece of bacon was brought out in a white paper bag). Brought out chicken strips with no dipping sauces – had to ask. It just is not fun to eat there anymore. The restaurant itself is dirty!

What happened to this place? When I came, our order took longer than usual to complete and there were only 2 other parties in the restaurant(a group of 3 and one other person eating alone) so I saw no reason for it to come out late. When we got our food, it was kind of cold and the fries were cold. Were they just watching my food as the servers and cooks finished their conversation? The food tasted the same as before… just soggy bread and cold so I guess I couldn’t taste if there was a quality change… I don’t like leaving negative reviews, especially for a place that I loved. Hopefully next time I go, it will be better.

Title: We’ll always have Paris… French Fries??? This is one of those situations where I myself was thinking, hey I really like this place. Then I started reading other peoples reviews and was like, well yeah, I don’t like that either… And darn it if I was peer pressured into giving this place 4 stars. Sometimes your perspective can be off depending on the situation. if you are having an awesome day, and you eat at a place that at least didn’t do anything bad then you late think«hey, I am having a good day. And because of it, that was a good burger» But now that I get a chance to dig a little deeper, maybe it wasn’t that great. I mean. Eddie Murphy said it best. «If your starving and someone give you a cracker, you’ll be like. That was the best cracker I ever had in my life!» Not that I was starving. But I was really craving a burger. I have been here twice. And the funny thing is that though I was craving a burger, the thing that I really wanted from here were the fries. Thicker than McDonalds and placed in a little tin bucket. They really take care of you desire to get French fries in your face. And I think I could eat their fries without even ordering a burger. Maybe that tells me a thing or two about the burger. The weird thing is that I can’t quite put my finger on it. I do like the Broche buns though. And this time,(which was the 2nd time I have been here) I decided to build my own burger: Pick the Protein — ½ pound Beef $ 7.50 Select up to 2 toppers — Green Chilies, Garlic, & $ 1 extra Sundried Tomatoes. Cheese it up for a buck(yes cheese is extra) — Yellow American Premium adds $ 1 extra — Avocado Sauce it up(you can pick 2, any more than that .50cents) — Chipotle Aioli and Roasted Garlic Aioli. This build to me sounds delicious. However while I was eating it I was thinking. maybe it needed ketchup. I am not sure if they salted the beef. It wasn’t a bad burger though. I think salt would have gone a long with though. Especially if I was eating it thinking I needed ketchup. The burger wasn’t a frozen patty though, so that is a plus. It wasn’t the best burger though, but it at least taste better than your normal fast food variety. I will be back though. Especially for the fries. I will probably just pick an already built burger because it is cheaper. And of course throw on my own salt to see if that makes things even better.

Seriously, these are the best burgers I’ve had in SoCal and that’s including Father’s Office and Umami Burger. The Inland Empire has a few jewels and this place is one of them. I love the brioche buns, the always-juicy beef, their creative menu, the option to build-a-burger, and their amazing sweet potato fries. The staff is also very nice. My favorite burger to make is 1⁄3 lb beef(cooked medium) on brioche, brie(cheese), sun dried tomatoes, mayo, deli mustard, and A1. They are located across from Starbucks in the Canyon Crest plaza and when the weather is nice, it’s pleasant to have your food outside because there is ample outdoor seating. If you have a dog, feel free to bring it and sit outside with it.

What a great atmosphere, friendly service, and they play good music. I will be back again. *Here’s a tip– they’re celebrating their 2 year anniversary. Which means you can get a ¼ pound cheeseburger for $ 2.22 from 12pm-2pm for today only. Quality is outstanding. Good choices to build your own burger. Go ahead and keep this place on my Bucket List. I’ll be back. Burger lover’s get here NOW!

There has been a plethora of burger joints these past few years. I wonder why it has become a hype all of a sudden. So Bucket List Burgers is another burger place, but it’s a lot nicer than your typical«joint». I’ve been here a couple times on weekdays and on weekends. There aren’t crowds, but instead, there is a nice flow of people through the day. Environment — it’s situated inside the Canyon Crest Towncenter, which is really nice place. After you get your food you can have a choice to sit inside or out. I would sit outside if it’s not that hot because the tables and chairs all have view of the nice water feature out front; it’s extremely soothing and the weather tends to be really nice around the evening/dinner time. Service — A couple of times I had difficulties deciding what to order and I was standing in front of the cashier for a while. They were really nice to me and even gave me their input on which burgers to get. Overall, really nice customer service! Food — There are two options to burgers. you can either get their pre-set burgers on the menu, or you can make your own burger from a checklist that they provide. All the burgers are around $ 8 which is very considerable. Hawaiian Luau Burger — my boyfriend loves eating this one. He usually is a big BBQ and bacon burger kind of guy but he had resulted to this one every time he comes here. When I had tried it it’s a very nice blend of sweet and sallty. The burger itself is not so big, so I suggest you get the ½ pounder meat with it rather than the 1⁄3 pounder. You can really get a taste of the beef patty with this burger. Really fresh, «light-feeling» and delicious. 8 Second Bull Burger — your typical BBQ and bacon burger. My friend always told me that this type of burger is how he would judge the quality of the restaurant. And for me, I gotta say, the burger was alright. This was my first time getting this type of burger because I would usually get a regular hamburger without«the works». This burger comes out to be really big and tall, so I couldn’t really get a full bite out of it. Pretty good. Good amount of bacon and the beef patty was good. One of the oiliest burger I’ve had. ½ serving fries — more like a full-sized fries. If you’re eating alone, I would suggest you get this one rather than the full. I am an avid fries lover myself, even I suggest this option lol. It’s an A-okay place. If you want a burger and your’e around this area, then I would suggest checking it out. On a side-note, Bucket List and the Canyon Crust next door has the same owner. :)
