How is it every carls i go to, i order a fresh baked bun for my burger, and they CONTINUOUSLY forget to give it to me? Dont even have it as an option unless you can remember to give someone something they got upcharged for. My order was two things! Worst Carl’s ever. After cashier took order from patron ahead of me he said he’d be right back, he turned around and organised the premade sandwiches under heat lamp, took a tray out to the seating area, and finally took me order Ordered double western bacon cheese burger, zucchini and drink. Given cup, went and sat down, over 15 minutes lasted I was given a obviously heatlamped burgers and some zucchini, no dressing. Guy dipped a warped tray and ran, no change to request dressing. Family beside me had ordered way before me, got there food 10 minutes after me, and it was wrong. They waited another 10 minutes for the current order.

Trash is the only way I can describe my experiences here. They get the order wrong most of the time, then the manager verbally berates her employees in clear site of the public. No apology or offer of a refund. I’ll go just about anywhere else to eat in the canyon crest shopping center from here on out

The worst! I just went through the drive-thru and ordered the new Tex Mex burger with crispy bacon. The rude girl told me it would cost me extra. Fine. I was rudely dealt with at the window so I pulled over and checked my food. I was given a Tex Mex with crispy chicken. I parked my car and went back inside. The girl who had taken my order walked by and TOSSED a dollar at me while walking by and said«I misunderstood you». Not stopping to hand me the dollar or make eye contact. So then to top it all off, THEYSENTMEHOMEWITHTHESAMECHICKENSANDWICH!!! I don’t want chicken. For the love of god I just wanted a burger with crispy bacon. Next time I’ll go to Bucket List Burgers in the same parking lot.

This is by far the worst Carl’s Jr. ever. I have already left a 1 star review, but I tried to give them another chance. ya know, hoping maybe they got it together. And they haven’t. They still suck. Their customer service isn’t great. Their food is horrible. I just don’t understand how other Carl’s Jr.‘s can be so awesome, and yet this one continues to fail. Tonight my husband wanted Carl’s. I didn’t want to drive to Van Buren, so I went here.(Kicking myself in the ass now.) I ordered, requested fresh chicken stars, got my food and headed home. The chicken stars were NOT fresh. They weren’t even warm. They were burnt, hard and just nasty. I was so irritated with them, I went back to complain. They didn’t really want to hear what I had to say, but they did refund my money and make me fresh food. I didn’t want the food, but took it. I threw it away when I got home. I plan on calling corporate and complaining. Doubt it will help; but seriously. How long can this place completely suck?

Been coming here for years. Some of the employees here are polite, but a good chunk of them can be described as gutter butt rude. On this current visit, the guy in the drive thru barked at me to give him my order. When I arrived, he ripped me off of a couple of cents. He practically threw the food at me. I have heard arguments through the drive thru speakers before. The owners/managers should look into this because this place is trashy.

It is just okayyyy. The food was blah. I ordered the famous star with no meat add cheese, an order of criss cut fries, a cheese quesadilla(from the green burrito side), and an order of chips and guacamole. The chips were stale, the guacamole was okay. The cheese qusadilla was a joke– what a rip off! Did I pay for a kids quesadilla?! Thought I ordered and paid the price for an adult size… Maybe I was mistaken or their sizes are skewed. The famous star with cheese was decent. Service was very slow as well. I had to pull into one of the parking stales to wait 20 minutes for my food. I saw one of the employees walking around the parking lot looking like they were lost and I flagged them down. If you ask a customer to pull forward and park to wait for their food you should probably know what car they are in. Just saying… So they brought my food out without any sauces. The employee had to run back in and grab condiments for me. Overall it was a mediocre experience, I probably wouldn’t come back to this location.

We come to this place here n there(drive thru) always somehow our food/order is messed up. Tonight we order a #1 plain just meat, lettuce and the bun… We get our food checked it and it had cheese and no lettuce as usual husband had to go inside and get it right…

If i could give this zero stars I would. The cute little girl at the window was great and took my order perfect. How ever they had me pull foward and wait forever to get my food. Went around the corner to grab my bro and took a bite of my burger and it was all kinds of wrong. So went back through the drive thru so my brother can get food and returned my burger. Here’s where it pissed me off… as I was waiting for them to get my Bros burger and my new one this loud mouth Hispanic(I think her name was martha) comes up and starts asking what’s wrong with it giving me a hard time. Then when I asked for the manager they both tried to blame it on the poor little white girl dating she doesn’t take the order right. I quickly corrected them and told them shes the only one that has been right in this situation. That manager has no backbone. Martha should not work there she has no customer service skills. This carls should be closed or turned into a del taco.

Been to this Carls Jr many times during breakfast and lunch. Have never had an issue besides encountering long lines at busy times. Food comes out tasting and looking acceptable. Close to home so I would come here again.

I give this place a zero star. However you have to rate this or else’s. Unilocal will won’t post your comment up here on Unilocal.This place is got the worst customer service along with poor quality of food that is prepared for you that sometime is either under cooked or overcooked and burn. You get nothing but poor attitude from the cashier and a lady who is black who seems to be the store manager even she has attitude with you at the drive-through window. Employees dress like slobs and uniforms are dirty and unprofessional. Customer service is so poor that you have to wait over 12 minutes just to try to get three items that you ordered.

Do yourself a favor and go to another location. There are better Carl’s Jr. Locations on Van Buren and Trautwein or on University Avenue across from University Village shopping center. The Canyon Crest location charges an average of $ 0.40 more per meal or entrée item than other locations. Also, their servings are somewhat smaller. A breakfast burrito here is quite small while other locations make them a more standard, generous size. Had my last meal here today, though. I ordered a biscuits n’ gravy, and the plate came out with just a small amount of gravy on each biscuit. I asked the cashier for more gravy, since it is supposed to coat the biscuit with some additional leftovers on the plate to gather up in those last few bites, and they tried to charge me an additional $ 0.50 on top of their already inflated prices. I informed them that the dish should have a genourous coating of gravy as it usually has, and the manager told me that they only give one scoop for the dish. This wasn’t the policy before, and the last time I asked for extra gravy, I was not charged. I am pretty sure that the owner and management at this location are getting stingy with the product and simply taking their location for granted. Even when i have ordered chicken fingers here, they gave me cold, hard pieces that were tiny in comparison to other locations’ offerings. I won’t be back, and I will go up to University or Van Buren to get my Carl’s Jr. fix from now on.

i only come here late at night when i’m hungry. i usually get the onion rings and its good. Its flakey and crunchy. ive tried the fried zucchini and it tasted horrible. the zucchini was all mushy and the outside was not crispy at all. the western bacon cheeseburger was average. it was kind flat and soggy.

A rustic-looking CJR in a nice wooded shopping area always makes me feel I’m back in Beaverton Or.(minus the rain). The grounds are kept and clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive but can also get loud and laughy in the kitchen. Today I tried the biscuit’n gravy(with coupon) and a plain sausage biscuit(my old favorite). The gravy part of the buscuit’n gravy was kind of wierd – mostly just a thick floury glop with little flavor and a couple little sausage crumbles(not really worth the .99¢ coupon price). The plain sausage biscuit turned out to be a sausage egg and cheese affair – good – but not really what I ordered. However, a second look at my receipt shows I DID indeed pay for its supersize! Darn, you got me! Overall, I usually seem to wander back, drive-thru, or grab a bite, accepting the outcomes as they happen, too tired to put up a fuss. Obviously this aint no Micheline dining hall, it IS what it IS. I guess that makes ME what I AM, a CJR patron and guest! This time, 2 stars – next time probably back to 4 or 5! Until we ‘MEAT’ again.. .

Not Pleased! Can’t understand why this Carl’s doesn’t have there act together. Makes no sense how the Franchise Owner keeps the doors open with Bad Service and Low Quality Fast Food. A Famous Star Combo should not get screwed up at the Drive Thru.
