Rude service. I live across the street and was very excited to try this new sub joint. The sub was good however we will never be back because of how rude the team members were.

Over priced, often get the orders wrong, they go light on the meat and toppings. They do have quick service and the staff is friendly.

They are fast and accurate service. You pay a little bit more for quality and I was full after my meal. Way better than Subway!

Glad to have this sandwhich shop so close to home. Delicious fresh ingredients and a cut above the rest.

One star because i couldn’t do zero. Worst customer service. Asked if they had a seafood sub and was told no only cold cuts, but the number 3 is tuna. Lol Will never go there again. Subway and Jersey Mikes is the BEST

Reminds us of Michigan. Good but not as great as we used to remember. We know what we are paying for and we enjoy it. They are pretty basic subs. You can add toppings or «Jimmy Up» your sandwich where they add oil, seasoning and peppers to make it more of a classic deli sub. Beach club is our favorite. Staff is friendly.

Meh there sandwiches are overpriced and honestly not that great, I’ve been there twice and had it delivered once the 2 times I went in the staff was rude and just talking to eachother not helping customers I for one will no longer be eating here.

I really enjoyed Jimmy John’s. Compared to Subway which charges about $ 6-$ 7 for a «Premium» sub, Jimmy John’s blows them out of the water. Their Italian sub was great and you get a good value. Their service was super quick as well. I had just finished paying for my order and my sub was already ready to go. There’s not much seating so it’s hard to eat there but other than that we love Jimmy John’s.

Tried this place for the first time last week… All I have to say is their sandwiches tasted as if they sprayed them down with windex. Something aint right about these man… Couldn’t wash that taste out for hours. Had to pour some whiskey straight to forget what I had just consumed.

I ate here I few months ago but kept forgetting to post this review. 2 words, NEVERAGAIN. I can make better sandwiches than they serve. I can’t believe I paid money to eat there. Hardly any meat or toppings. Absolutely nothing special about it. Husband had an Italian and I can’t even remember what I had. To top it off we both got sick the minute we left the restaurant. Subway is better than this place.

For a sandwich place that insists on itself I would have expected more, I’d like to point out the service is awesome and the people are very friendly but this company needs to get a lesson on sandwiches, I ordered a turkey sandwich without tomato and got plain turkey with shredded lettuce between white bread — If I wanted pure sterile sadness I would have been better off at subway…

Don’t bother with this place. The best thing about them is that they can delivery a cold plain sandwich to you for an upped fee. Don’t get me wrong, they have decent customer service but the product is just not good. You can make yourself a better sandwich at home for a fraction of the price. No hot subs here(which is fine because it’s almost always hot in Riverside) but also not a lot of choices/variety.(Unless you count mix-and-matching three types of meat and a few veggies as variety.) If you are hungry there are a half dozen restaurants within walking distance of this location, that are way more culinarily satisfying(First Class Pizza, Wing Stop, Armandos, Rohey’s Wok, O’Tea, Carl’s Jr., just to name a few).

Wow definitely felt ripped off. Weak portion for what you pay, bread was dryer than a Chris Rock joke, no flavor, but hey good service at least. Friend of mine was amping to get a bite here. Being the over starved human I took zero mount time to look into wtf I was going to eat. Now to be clear I love sandwiches and all foods hand held. Something about bread hugging all the flavors together in one bite is incredible. Sadly all I tasted was mayo and bread with little from the meat. I thought to myself I may have caught them on a bad day, but it appears this chain scores unsatisfactory everywhere. Insert Jersey Mike’s here stat.

I was pretty disappointed in this place. I honestly never heard of Jimmy Johns before it showed up in my neighborhood, and I was excited to try it. Disclaimer: I learned of the CEO’s animal trophy hunting hobby after trying their sandwiches and forming this opinion, and while I am tempted to knock them down extra star in disgust, I will not. The bottom line here is that this place has mediocre sandwiches at high prices. I got a turkey and cheese sandwich and they gave me a total of three small turkey slices surrounded by mostly bread for over $ 6. That is unacceptable. I recently got a fantastic turkey, cheese, and bacon sandwich at Earl Of Sandwich in Downtown Disney for the same price. Jersey Mike’s packs their sandwiches with meat for a similar price. So it really boils down to the Groucho Marx joke that Woody Allan quotes in Annie Hall: The food here is lousy… and such small portions.

Had lunch here for the first time. We were greeted immediately when we entered. The atmosphere is nice, new, clean, and it has a sort of «classic/industrial» vibe(brick wall, red & white subway tile, stone tile flooring.) I had a #12(Beach Club) and my son had the Slim 1(Ham & Cheese.) I asked for peppers on mine and they said they only have cherry peppers. Great! I love cherry peppers! :) I also asked for pickles, and they told me that they only have whole dill pickles available for an extra charge. That’s fine, let’s do it! They got started on our sandwiches right away. When I realized that they also have alfalfa sprouts, I asked if I could add them as well, and they were happy to add them(at no charge, I may add.) I also want to add that my sandwich was already made and wrapped and the girl was happy to unwrap it and add the sprouts and re-wrap it for me. I told her that I could just have a side of sprouts and I can put it on myself, and she smiled sweetly and said she is happy to put it on for me. That was so nice! My son ordered the Slim ham & Cheese.(«Slim» means just meat, cheese, and bread.) I asked if he could get mayonnaise on his sandwich and they said that they can’t add it to a Slim, but they could give us mayo packets and we can put it on ourselves. No worries. We can handle that! So we complete our order with 2 regular size drinks and a bag of BBQ chips. The total for the 2 sandwiches, pickle, 2 drinks, and 1 bag of chips was $ 20.02, which may sound like a lot, but this is good QUALITY food! Just wait until you taste it! :) We decided to eat inside, versus taking it To Go. Once our sandwiches were ready, they placed them all neatly wrapped in the counter and called out our order so we could come up and get it. The pickle was wrapped in paper too. It was huge! Just like the ones at Disneyland.(I suspect they could be the same ones! Tasted exactly the same! Delicious!!) We sat down and unwrapped our sandwiches. Wow!!! The bread is fresh, soft, and tasty. The meat and cheese are obviously really high quality. And the produce was all really fresh. And they take care not to just slap everything on there. It was actually a nice, neat sandwich(unlike many other sandwich places! Messy sandwich = Yuck!) My 7 year old son couldn’t believe how good it was. He kept using words like«fresh» and«quality» and«delicious» … And he said it was his favorite sandwich ever!!! He isn’t usually a big eater, but he ate his ENTIRE8″ Slim Ham & Cheese with mayo!!! :) I don’t leave reviews very often, but this place is definitely worthy of 5 stars! They have excellent quality, their sandwiches are delicious, and the employees were friendly and seemed happy in their workplace!(Sadly this is a rarity these days!) Thank you Jimmy John’s! We’ll definitely be back soon! P. S. They have signs on the walls that are worth reading. And the sign on the floor in the ladies restroom is ironically funny! :)

I was excited to learn they delivered. I’m not sure what their boundaries are though. I live 1.5 miles away and it’s too far for delivery. Disappointing. However, both times I’ve gone, I have enjoyed my sandwich.

DONOTEAT here, I REPEAT, DONOTEATHERE! If you are looking for a decent sandwich place, this is not the spot… 1. My total for a sandwich, pickle, chips and a drink was $ 13. 2. My sandwich was made incorrectly and the employee proceeded to argue that it was made correctly until I showed her that the avocado spread and cucumber slices were missing which were both key ingredients in the ‘Beach Club’. 3. She then asked the lead on shift if she was able to take it back to have it redone since it was already handed to me(the lead re-made the sandwich for me from scratch). 4. I had to ask for the pickle that I paid for as well as reach over the counter to grab a bag as my meal was not bagged and handed to me(all items were placed on the counter for me to handle individually) WORST customer service and accountability that I’ve ever experienced. I will NOT be returning. ** I find it ironic that they brand themselves as having«exceptional delivery» and the food and service was anything but exceptional.
