We stopped here for breakfast on our way to Florida and I’m so glad we did. The restaurant was clean and the staff was a pleasure to talk to. Our breakfast was great and the sweet tea was perfect. We will definitely keep this Chick-​fil-​A in mind on future trips.

Not super clean (surprising for a CFA) and not super efficient; however products are consistent in quality and staff is friendly and helpful. Maybe we just caught them at the end of a rush?

While road tripping from DC to Tallahassee, we stopped here for your standard Chick-​Fil-​A road trip meal. Besides really good food, we were absolutely astounded by the staff and how they handled a massive, cranky lunch crowd with such professionalism, efficiency and courtesy. When we walked in we almost walked right back out because there were 50+ people in front of us in line. We stood in line while we considered our other options, but after we saw how quickly things were moving along we stuck with it. We are so glad we did!
Let me talk to you guys about Frank, the gentleman cashier who took our order. We had a huge ticket to feed 2 adults and 3 kids with specifications on almost every darn item, and Frank got it all down pat the first time around. He was patient when someone changed their order mid-​way through, he made recommendations on how to best combine food items to save money and was just all around a really stellar person. Frank asked about the kids and where we were heading while he was taking down all of the information for our huge lunch. He read our order back to us verbatim just to make sure it was correct, and not a minute later we had the whole order in hand!
The staff here handled a busy lunch perfectly — even the manager was on the floor pitching in and getting meals together, which you hardly ever see at a fast food joint. Super impressed with the service here, we will absolutely stop by this location on future road trips. If not for the food, just to have the privilege to stop in and talk to Frank again!

This Chick Filet was very dysfunctional. The only fast food chain we enjoy is CF, so we were very surprised by this store’s lack of customer service. First, we waited at least 15 minutes for a salad and sandwich; they were not using CF protocol with table orders. The counter was packed with folks waiting for orders. The counter staff lacked training in the menu. I had to return 2x for utensils that should have been provided at order pickup. Was I supposed to eat the salad with my hands and ice cream as well, ordered later? While waiting several folks came in from the drive thru complaining about incorrect orders or waiting too long. One customer requested to talk with the manager and was told the manager was unavailable. The food, once we got it, was good CF. However, I can def say this store is a sack for CF! Management change is needed.

Hands down, the slowest of all Chick-​fil-​A restaurants I have stopped at in my travels! And instead of «welcome to Chick-​fil-​A, how may I serve you» at the drive thru, it was «ready when you are» after I said hello a few times!

I have been to several CFAs before. This one is by far the worst. Horribly inefficient– it took almost 10 minutes to get the order after it was taken. It wasn’t busy at all. In most CFAs if your order is delayed, they will bring it to your table– not this one. We got 2 chicken strips meals, and 2 chicken nuggets meals. Nothing special. You’d have thought they had to chase the chicken down to kill it and cook it! Waffle fries were COVERED in salt– almost inedible. Highly disappointed. I for one will reconsider going to this location next time we travel thru this area.

Sat morning. 8:30am. Out off EGGS AND HASHBROWNS!!! Pretty ridiculous…

Stopped here at lunch time on the drive from Raleigh to Richmond. It is one of the only decent food choices off of the exit. It’s a little hairy getting in and out of the shopping center, especially if it is during a busy time of the day. Coming off of I-​95 we had to sit through the light a couple times.
The service and experience conform to the average Chick-​fil-​A experience. The place was packed, but they were able to fill our order before the cashier was done filling our drinks. Granted we did order straight off the menu with no exceptions to our food.

If this was my first time eating from this chain then I wouldn’t return. While the employees were nice and helpful the grilled nuggets took way too long and came out after the rest of the meal. In addition the chicken burger was salty.

We always stop here on the way up to Erie, PA. Always good! The people are always polite. You can’t ever go wrong.

i don’t think i’ve ever had a chick fil a get something wrong… yet this one got almost everything wrong last night in the drive through. my waffle fries were soggy. there was zero ice in my diet lemonade– none. they gave me regular BBQ sauce instead of the roasted honey mustard BBQ sauce i had requested. they were out of stock of the large tub ketchup packs, and so they gave me about eight old-​fashioned tear ‘em open packs– much more cumbersome while driving and eating. they didn’t put a cherry on top of (or anywhere in) my strawberry shake. staff was hard to come by when i had to go back in to get the correct BBQ sauce. and, they don’t have styrofoam cup recycling bin like some of the other locations do. skip this location unless you cannot avoid it.

I usually hate fast food restaurants but this is by far the nicest one I’ve ever been to. The people are very nice and very accommodating. I have four children and my wife and I really enjoyed this place. As they can easily accommodate any number of children. Very clean very friendly very nice!

Excellent restaurant! They do it RIGHT here, staff is friendly and food is good. They even have employees walking around, checking on customers. Well done!

This was the best Chick-​Fil-​A I have EVER been in! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our food came out super fast and hot! They offered refills at our table and took away our trash. Fresh flowers on the table! I am going to revise my fist sentence and say that is was the best fast food restaurant I have EVER been in. Kudos!

My daughter and I stopped in on Saturday our way back to the DMV. I had been here before in May moving my parents down to South Carolina and had a great experience back then. We arrived to a full parking lot at 230pm. The place was beyond crowded but what do you expect for a travelling day after Thanksgiving. Anyhoo, we ordered our food which was nice and hot. The staff came by our booth to check up on us and wanted to know if we needed any more sauces and refills. This totally threw me off as a most welcomed surprise. The restaurant was extremely clean as were the bathrooms. I think what set this Chick-​Fil-​A apart was the fact that I didn’t feel like another number in the herd. Great place to stop on your I95 travels.

Two staff members came by to check on us… took away our trays and offered to refill our drinks. We were more than pleased. We stand behind and support their decision to be closed Sundays. The restaurant was clean and the staff was just a pleasure to be around and talk to. The food was really good too.

Nice CFA location. Service is quick, food is cooked right and the facilities are kept clean. Located not too far off of I-​75 in a shopping area.

It’s Chick-​Fil-​A whats not to like. We stopped here to grab a quick bite and get back on the road. It is also conveniently located next to Starbucks for my caffeine fix afterward. Well we ordered a chicken sandwich each and a drink. The food was good as like the other Chick-Fil-A’s I have been to. So nothing really to write home about here. It is easy to get to off I-​95 and there are a couple of other places you can stop at also.

Chik –Fil-A’s most of the time are excellent in food quality and service. This one location not so much. Breakfast burrito overcooked — burrito and chicken inside. Also the service was very poor — no greeting after standing in front of a register for several minutes and then the receipt of the food was slow, slow, slow. There were only about 6 customers and all were waiting on food.

My wife and I always make a stop for breakfast at this Chick-​Fil-​A on our way down to her parent’s house.
The restaurant and bathrooms are clean and, for some reason, there are always NC State Troopers there. This past weekend there were 9 officers eating breakfast together. Talk about the safest restaurant in the state!
My wife gets the egg and cheese biscuit combo and I get the egg, bacon and cheese biscuit combo.
We were starting to have reservations about eating here because the 2 previous trips our food was subpar, the food was obviously warmed over. The potatoes were luke-​warm and soggy with grease.
This past weekend we were a little later, we didn’t get there until around 9:30AM and the food was much better, like it used to be when we first started making the trip south to NC. My only guess is that when we got their earlier in the morning they weren’t as busy and the food just sat. By going later in the morning (even just an hour later) they were busier and the food had a higher turnover.
