People are very helpful! I made a baby registry and they showed me how to use the scanner to scan the items I want to put on my registry. Ask if I need anything more and gave me a free gift pack, and since I’m having twins they gave me 2!!! Very happy with the service.

Target became my favorite«all purpose» store some time ago, unfortunately this one has been slipping. I’m seeing more frequent empty spots on their shelves and their prices tend to be higher than other locations which would be fine if they had more selection to choose from. Additionally, when you DO find what you need& want to leave, a new adventure begins. Usually they staff the registers so poorly that there are rather long lines with many closed registers. Now it seems their equipment is breaking down as I’ve had difficulty running my debit card a couple times now. This Target gets any close to a Walmart experience & Ill have to bump my rating to 2 stars as they’re barely average as it is.

A town is always judged by the quality of the Targets they host, and I would have to say that this is a great one. They have a well lit parking lot, friendly staff, small but adequate produce selection with both organic and conventional produce. Honestly, the only not so great thing about this store is the accessibility. If you are already on Valley View then you should be fine. Getting there is a chore, however leaving is easier as it is right next to the 581 on ramp.

Had everything I needed for my two night stay in Roanoke. The associates were friendly and the store was super clean!!!

My mother is elderly and cannot walk very far. I have always parked as close as I can and then gone into the store, fetched an electric wheelchair for her and then returned it to the store after we had finished shopping. When I went to this store with my mother I went to get the chair and a sales assistant very rudely told me that if my mother wanted to use a wheelchair she had to walk in and get it(hello, if she could walk, she wouldn’t need a wheelchair) when I asked to speak to the manager she snootily informed me that she WAS the manager! I wrote and complained to Target headquarters in Minneapolis, all I got was a generic letter regretting that my visit was less than perfect! All I can conclude is that Target really could not care less about the disabled. Sad to say that disabled people also spend money and their families tell a lot of people about how bad their service is! I used to shop at Target all the time but I have not been back and I won’t.

Last night, I went to Target to pick up some stuff for my new apartment, and I ran across a $ 7.50 copy of Clueless. I bought it. I went home and unwrapped it to watch it. It was empty.(It is also important to note that there was no upc code on the plastic that wrapped the dvd.) This morning, I went in to exchange it. The girl at customer service explained to me that I needed to get the same dvd, so I went back to electronics, and they didn’t have it. She called her supervisor, and said I could get a dvd of the same price. I find one and go back. She scans in my copy of Clueless into the computer, and didn’t match the number on my receipt. She called her supervisor over. They typed in the number and looked at the balance on my gift card. «This isn’t the right receipt,» they said, over and over again. I hadn’t been there in months and assured them that it was. «We gave you all of the options that we could.» «So I paid $ 7.50 for a dvd case?» I just turned around and started to walk out, when the supervisor held up the dvd case and receipt and yelled after me, «Ma’am, do you want these?» and I simply said, «Why?» and left. Target, you didn’t give me any options. I had absolutely no choice because of a careless computer error. The staff at customer service were very nice, but completely clueless about the situation(pun intended) and how to deal with it. So, thanks for nothing.
