Nobody came to seat us for at least 4minutes and the place was dead. Took 35 mn to get food because they had our order waiting til the table beside us was done as well. Ordered French dip with no onions, came smothered in onions. And $ 8 for 2 ½ chicken tenders seems extremely. Hadn’t been in 7 ½ years and now I remember why

My boyfriend’s exact words were, «I hate paying for a mediocre meal…» The food was definitely mediocre in addition to being way overpriced. In addition the service was soooooo slow. The only reason I give any stars is the kindness of the host.

Friday’s isn’t normally a 5 star experience for me but today was different. Awesome waiter and awesome food! My wife got the barrel rolled chicken and I got the barrel rolled sirloin… medium rare. Oh my goodness, they were delicious! As usual the kids eat free on Sunday! Family of 6 with drinks all around(soda) and a free entrée coupon and bill came to $ 28 before tip. We had a great time and watched football and are some great food. I frequent Friday’s all the time, this new menu of bourbon marinade is absolutely amazing then it’s barrel rolled. This was our best experience in years and we will be back again next Sunday!

Just returned. The only reason a two start rating was the nice Sony TV and The Virginian Tech game was on! Should have had a clue when all other restaurants in area had folks waiting to get in but not here. Overall for a Saturday night was 70%-80% capacity. From the beginning to end was mediocre food, poor service and not worth the value. Had to ask three times for utensils after waiting 25 minutes for first appetizers to come out. Not worth unlimited appetizers when you have to wait so long! Manager walked by 4⁄5 times and never even asked or made eye contact. Again food was mediocre at best. Not worth $ 60 for three people. Server was non-attentive, felt like robots going through the motions. Even had to wait for check.

Horrible! We ordered an appetizer and main meal. The appetizer was served rather quickly; but after about 25 mins, another waiter came and asked if we had placed an order for a main meal. We told him«yes». But he came back a few mins. later and told us there was nothing in the system. So we re-ordered! Therefore, it took almost 45 mins to get our main meal after we originally ordered! THEN, after my husband got down almost to the bottom of his 2nd mug of beer, we noticed things floating in the bottom of it! What looked like small fruit flies… yep, NEVER eating there again.

Arrived after the lunch rush, so not crowded. My server, Erin, took my order right away and did not take long for my food to arrive. The spicy chorizo burger deserved it’s name, just enough peppers and jalapeño to make it zippy, but not over the top. Finished with a scoop of ice cream and completely enjoyed my visit.

We got our food fast but service overall was really slow. Had to repeatedly ask for the same things and it took a while to get the checks after our plates were taken and then there was another long wait to pay. The food was decently good. I got the jack daniel chicken sandwich and it was pretty good better than I expected for a chain restaurant, although I’m not sure how anyone could mess up a chicken sandwich and fries. my friend said her shrimp were a little over fried but my other friend enjoyed his jack daniel burger.

Tgi Friday was a pretty interesting adventure. I went by myself today and expected to relax and have a great experience in the afternoon. It was anything but that… the server seemed to not want to spend any amount of time around me, a lot of times talking to me while walking away. Halfway done with my food, she puts the check next to my plate. It seemed like I was being rushed out of the place. Server didn’t even say goodbye, but expected me to say ‘how great She was’ on the online survey. As I walked outside, a manager came outside and accused me of stealing her marker. I know, sounds ridiculous because it is. What would make her think that I would steal her marker is beyond me, but I did not respect that. I hate to play this card but not every young black man in the building is looking to steal something. This further cemented the mindset in my mind that I will never go there again… I’ve never quite been to a place like this, and I left feeling like I shouldn’t have taken the chance going here. So why did I give it two stars? Because the food was awesome. At least they got the chef selection right lol

Oh goodness, where to start!?! I’ll start with my good experience first because unfortunately, this restaurant and staff were full of negative experiences, I only think it’s fair to start with the good comments. The GOOD: The waiter did attempt to be nice and friendly to us. Now, for the rest of the review. Unfortunately, at this location, I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life. We all have bad days. I understand errors now and again, but when several happen over and over again, it makes it difficult to deal with and get over. On arrival the hostesses seemed to be less than interested in seating us, they appeared to have better things to do. Once we were seated, it took forever to get waited on. When he did arrive, he proceeded to tell us his stiches were coming out of his hand, so he would be leaving early because he couldn’t serve us. He then took our drink orders and delivered them with a nasty looking bandage job which made me wonder. The second waiter did try to be friendly and helpful, except for leaving our drinks empty on multiple occasions, taking note we needed refills and then not bringing them. We ordered the endless apps, but the food was no where near punctual. The food took way too long to deliver and when it did, it took even longer to bring our refills on both drinks and food. Sadly, the waiter repeatedly told us how busy they were and how understaffed they were, even though it appeared to be what I would consider in a restaurant VERY slow and they also appeared to have more than enough wait staff. Unfortunately, it came across more like excuses and less of a reality the more he kept reminding us of how understaffed they were. The wait was so bad and so stressful, we actually debated on asking for our check and leaving to go somewhere else to finish(which I have NEVER done before). Now, I have to also admit, the food was below par as well. I would compare the food to food you would get from the frozen food section at the grocery stores. The wings were comparable to half-sized chicken tenders, the chicken flat bread was like frozen chicken on paper, and the chicken tostadas were nearly frozen cold and I didn’t even try them. I’m really sorry to provide such a negative review, because I’m definitely not a negative person and often try to find the good in every situation, but I am honest when I say, this was easily the worst dining experience I have EVER had and would highly discourage anyone and everyone from going to this restaurant. If you do, good luck!

Food was horrible. Service sucked. Told waitress no peppers due to allergy. Sure enough, peppers were all over everything. Also, not 2A friendly.

I took my mom here this past weekend. She loves the jack daniel ribs. I really like the endless appetizers hope they keep that. I got full on them and ended up taking my lunch home for dinner. Our waitress was new only about 3 weeks she said but she was great. Anytime we had a question if she didn’t know she would tell us she didn’t know but she got us the answers really fast. I wished I got her name for the next time I was in town

We’ve stopped in before, for lunch and it was decent. The service was slow that time but the food was ok. This time, I tried the black bean burger(I forgot to tell him to remove the cheese so I got funny looks when I took it off) and broccoli. It was… yummy. :) in fact, I’d definitely get it again. It was moist and they had a gluten free bread choice. The flavor was festive to the buds and certainly worth a shot. I just wish it was corn free(I found a few kernels in mine and I loathe corn. most of its GMO). Our waiter(Mark?) was very friendly and prompt, too. We appreciate that.

Thursday night dinner at 7PM. Our waitress suggested the special $ 3 drinks, so we had a Mojita and a frozen Margarita. Both were promptly served in plain water glasses. Both were made with inexpensive powder mixes and very cheap liquor. The Mojita was barely passable but the Margarita was horrible & undrinkable. They were out of Salmon, so I ordered a dozen breaded shrimp. The shrimp were very small but the breading coating made them look large. They were dry and without much flavor, frozen mass production junk. The cocktail sauce was pretty good, but who cares at that point. The house salad was the best item we had, and it had old lettuce, but the ranch dressing was good. This chain restaurant has lost its way, its food is strictly mediocre, you could do far better going to Kroger and buying the cheapest Kroger brand frozen food and fixing it yourself. A night out to dinner completely wasted. Cross this place off the list.

Usually come here for a drink or two when trying to wine down after a long day. Never been disappointed.

I tend to avoid chain restaurants, but one evening we went into this location with a gift card I was given. We were expecting a decent meal, but we were quickly surprised with much more than that. The service was terrific. Our server was helpful and friendly and made wonderful suggestions. All of our food was tasty. As a vegetarian, I was able to order any burger on the menu and substitute the hamburger for a black bean patty. Our drinks stayed full, and our appetizer(fried green beans and wasabi) and dessert(whiskey cake) were devoured. I doubt that all the locations are as great, but this one is definitely doing something right.

First off let me say I’m not a fan of chain restaurants. But in going to a chain I expect to the same food and quality in every place. Boy was I mistaken. I went to this Fridays as I was tired and wanted takeout quickly after a long day. I ordered the chicken cobb salad which I’ve had several times at other Fridays restaurants. This was by far the very worst! The lettuce was wilted and brown. The chicken was dry. I received the most miniscule piece of avocado with 1 yes 1 wedge of a tomato. This was by far the worst display of food. I will never go back to this Fridays EVER!

Had a most pleasant lunch experience. I ordered the 3 course special with fried mozzarella as the appetizer, flat iron steak with sweet potato fries as the main course, and the oreo madness for desert. Nice plating on all three items. Everything served promptly. Great taste as well. My server was bubbly, pleasant and a true joy.

Excellent. It’s just like the rest of the TGIF chain. The food is good and the service is great. The restaurant is clean and the beer is cold.
