Even though the restaurant seem to be understaffed our waitress was very attentive. Our meals were very delicious and the chips and salsa were amazing as usual.

I went last weekend, service was horrible, drinks horrible, food was worse. We were seated between to tables that hadn’t been bussed or cleared. It took 2 hours to get our appetizer and meal. When we left, the tables were still not cleaned. Gross! I’ll Never go back!

Went here last night for dinner with fiancé and future in laws, the interior is really nice and they were very welcoming! We were seated quickly in a very small booth lol, but that’s besides the point. We all ordered our food and appetizers, for apps we had the guac. Dip and chips with salsa which was good, a little to thick for the chips but tasty, also got chicken quesadillas which were delish! Entrees were great! I got the stack cheeseburger which was hugeeee! Only reason for the 3 stars was because that’s what it was, wasn’t amazing, wasn’t bad, right in the middle, service was the same wasn’t fast but wasn’t horribly slow.

Love love love their Caribbean salad with shrimp. At my previous traveling job I had this salad in several states and it’s been consistently good. That’s what I love about Chilis.

Chili’s is what we call American chain Tex Mex(or so they try). They pride themselves more in advanced technologies of the front of house, then effort when it comes to their food. Speaking of food, it is very hard to find an entrée/appetizer that differentiates them from any other restaurant. It almost seems to be so generic in a way. On that note, I did manage to find some entrée’s that stood out from the rest. The environment of the interior of the restaurant always seemed so plain to me, with random Chili peppers scattered everywhere. The company as a whole did invest in these IPADS for every table, giving it a modern technology touch. The problem comes in with these table IPADS is that your children can play ALL these games on there, and Chili’s will charge you for those games without you even knowing it. You find out about all these IPAD charges when you get your bill at the end. Service at Chili’s always seemed to be the bottom of the barrel, which may contribute to more reliance on the self-service IPADS then Server inter-personnel skills. Lack of menu knowledge from the serving staff is also very evident. In fact, to place your order there you can just click on the IPAD, and it will go right to the kitchen. You can also pay your bill via credit card through the IPAD, AGAIN why are there servers? DRINKS: My server recommended the PRESIDENTEMARGARITA which is hand-shaken Cazadores Reposado, 100% Agave Tequila, Patrón Citrónge and Napoleon Brandy w/fresh blackberries. Now the bonus was that a Corona was poured upside down into the margarita glass. The drink ended up being a HUGE disappointment because the server said they are no longer using Corona as a beer choice, and a Budweiser was going to be the replacement. Using Budweiser was NOT a good option because it ruined the flavor of the margarita completely. APPETIZER: we ordered the Texas Cheese Fries which did taste delicious. It came with melted Monterey & pepper Jack and cheddar cheese, crisp applewood smoked bacon, topped with fresh jalapeños & green onions. The homemade ranch dressing tasted amazing with fresh peppercorns in it. My mom ended up eating more than I did on this appetizer. If you do not eat this fast, the fries will get soggy in a heartbeat. ENTRÉE: I went right for the Mix and Match Fajitas. I loved the set-up of the make your own fajita tower, giving you a nice laid out way to assemble your fajita together. The steak and the grilled chicken tasted very dry, but with the ALL the toppings to choose from it took away from the dryness. The sliced bell peppers & caramelized onions tasted amazing, and FRESH! It was topped with chipotle-garlic butter & chopped cilantro. Mixing chipotle and garlic butter was an inventive way to put two opposite ingredients’ together to make it work. This was a great example of Tex-Mex at its best. The flour and corn tortillas with it were nothing special, you can tell they all came frozen out of a box. My mom had the Monetary Chicken. The grilled chicken breast tasted amazing with the classic BBQ sauce, diced tomatoes, melted Monterey & pepper Jack and cheddar, green onions & applewood smoked bacon. The applewood smoked bacon is such a signature item you have to try, because the bacon is crisp to perfection with a taste of granny smith apples embedded in it. This side included corn on the cob which tasted delicious, buttery, and feel off the cob. It also came with a side of mashed potatoes which did taste like the instant potatoes you get when you mix it with water. Now my nephew had the kid’s meal hot-dog which came out COLD/ALMOST frozen. The server then tells my family, well he won’t get sick by eating a cold hot-dog. I would NEVER want to eat a cold wiener! She said she would take it off the bill, but then FORGOT again by the end of the meal. DESSERT: the Skillet Toffee Fudge Brownie was a sizzling dessert experience.literally. The fresh oven-baked toffee brownie was rich, and filled with fudge. It was topped with creamy vanilla ice cream, drizzled with caramel sauce & topped with addicting toffee pieces. Overall: Not a great Tex-Mex theme, nothing special menu, POOR service, IPADS, BAD Margarita, Sizzling Fajitas, FROZENHOT-DOG, Applewood-smoked bacon, Toffee Brownie, and Corn on the Cob… I will not be back.

Our server Desiree was fantastic. Green chile and the sour cream enchiladas were yummy! Hubby got a burger and fries. He loved his too. No problem redeeming my email coupon. One chain restaurant that I really like. I could go for some of those chips and salsa right now!

Hadn’t been here for a while, so after catching a movie, we stopped in. The wait for a table was brief, and our server showed us how to use the Ziosk tablet at the table. No Wi-Fi service is offered for Smartphone users, but that’s a minor inconvenience. There were a couple of false starts with our cocktails. We were apparently the first customers to order a Martini and a Manhattan. The third try was close enough. We ordered from the 2 for $ 20 menu. For an appetizer, we had the onion and jalapeño crispers. DELICIOUS!!! For our entrees, my wife had a Cajun Chicken dish and I had a Classic Bacon Burger. My wife said her dish was terrific, very tasty without being smothered in sauce. My burger was perfectly cooked, and my fries very tasty. Portions were generous. With the Ziosk, you can play at th he table, and leave, a nice feature. The only thing that would have made this better, would been to have our cocktails«comped» to us, but that’s life. We’ll go back again sometime, and maybe they’ll earn that fifth star.

Ok so I don’t ever expect much at chain fast paced restuarants especially when I order take out. This would be my second bad experience here. The first one we ordered take out on our way home about a year ago. Only to find they forgot 2 items. They never even wrote them down. Fail. This occasion which was 3÷1÷14, we decided to get take out to avoid saturday evening crowds and my 4 yr old was a bit cranky. So went online to check out menu and saw you can order online. I thought that was great since last time they messed up, we had called it in. A lot of great options and variety. So they say it will be ready in 20 minutes. It was about 5:45pm. Got there at 6:15pm. Another gentlman went inside before me and had done his order online as well. The girl at the bar informs us that the orders never went through and the online ordering was down. Awesome. Nice to let people know when they get here. Well that guy was like«f this» and left lol. I just waited as she re-took my order which didnt take long since they sent a confirmation to my email of everything I had ordered. She did take the cheapest item off the bill for our troubles. WHOOP-DE-DOO …buut I guess thats better than nothing. 30 Min. later we had grub. Some of the food was cold… how I don’t know but most of it was pretty good. well for Chili“s. So in conclusion I will not return to this location… or any Chili“s really. That’s all it takes for me lol. had 2 bad experiences at Applebee’s back in 2010 and haven’t been back since… Welcome to the list Chili’s!

My husband and I enjoy dining at Chili’s on an occasional casual weekend. We have gone for years and are always pleasantly pleased. This location is satisfactory and the customer service is decent. Like all chain restaurants on the weekend they too have a wait. The past few times we have avoided the wait by dining at the bar. Usually by the time our food has arrived, the crowd has been seated and the restaurant has died down. Great bonus about Chili’s is that they offer pretty awesome coupons via their email list-serve. They have fun and tasty drinks and always seem to have specials.

I’ve got to say I’m stunned by my last two experiences here. A couple of weeks ago my girlfriend and I swung by as a last resort because we couldn’t decide on anything else. We tried their 2-for-$ 20 meal which is an appetizer and two entrees for $ 20. We weren’t expected much but we were both pleasantly surprised. We came again about two weeks later and were once again pleasantly surprised, really seems like the chain has made a turn-around. The first visit we got the guacamole to start which was really tasty, some of the better guacamole that I’ve had in Rochester(which really isn’t saying too much), but still, really tasted fresh and had a nice kick to it. For entrees we got some sort of Honey BBQ Fried Chicken was was pretty tasty, exactly what you’d expect, and a Chicken Fajita, which was also really solid, and came with a really tasty pico. The second visit we started with the Texas Cheese Fries, which were exactly what you’d expect a dish with that name to be. Nice, thick, salty fries, with a bunch of cheese, a bunch of bacon, and some jalapeños, the jalapeños were clearly from a can which I’m never a fan of, but the rest of the dish was pretty good. Then we got some of their«healthy» entrees. A mango grilled chicken was had a really nice sweet flavor and a margarita grilled chicken which also had a great lime flavor and came with some delicious beans. And to my surprise, both breasts were cooked really well, they were still juicy when they came out(usually at chain places it seems like chicken is always really over cooked and dry). The service both times was also great, they assign two people per table so everything is always really prompt. Of all the places I thought I’d end up writing a good review for on Unilocal,Chili’s was not one of them, but this Chili’s has been really great on back-to-back occasions, so I’ve gotta give it 4 stars!

O.k. it is a Chili’s. You know and don’t be surprised if it exactly meets your expectations, because it is just like every other Chili’s everywhere else. Some would call that reliable and dependable and reassuring. Others would say unremarkable and boring. You would all be correct. But if you are looking for a place most folks can find something palatable to eat for lunch, it’s ok. If however you have never had Chili’s as an experience do not feel left out, and most definitely do not make an effort to go here. As to this specific experience, today for lunch, party of four, no waiting, this place makes it’s money at dinner time and weekends, it was not even one third full. Server was efficiently quick, in and out in forty minutes. No complaints on the Bacon-cheeseburger, or the soups or quesadillas, or Grilled-chicken sandwich. The waitress had a script of hollow, insincere, but appropriate questions that would work in any food serving establishment in the English speaking world. It was like being waited on by the Robot-maid from a Jetson’s cartoon. It won’t kill you, but I don’t recommend it.
