Matt (Guetti) remembers what we want and how we like it every time we order. He’s a great guy, this is a total local gem and we hope that people in Chili/​Gates figure it out sooner rather than later. My husband and I are from the midwest so the thought of a local sub shop with legit cold cuts and Italian specialties is still exciting to us. Check Guetti’s out if you want a really good sandwich without a lot of hoopla.
