Pizza Hut

On top of truly awful food via delivery this evening and being over charged quite possibly the most disturbing or depressing part of to nites order was the total lack of customer service when we called to question both the quality of food and the over charge. Hung up on or call disconnected twice before finally transferred to «manager» who was totally useless and rude. Refused to do anything but pass responsibility on to general manager whom needs to be connected to in morning. This person claiming to be manager refused to divulge name when asked or do even explain how a $ 13 pizza 2 $ 5 items with tax and delivery turned out to be $ 33 dollars when it should have been $ 28. Now as for the food we got delivered… Double order of bread sticks were basically a double order of brick with no dipping sauce to try to soften. Was suppose to be Parmesan but sure looked quite orange and rough like cheddar. The garlic bite pizza was over done, dry and zero cheese in the «stuffed» bites. Only redeeming part to this disaster was the choc chip cookie though they couldn’t be bothered to cut it as shown in pics it was warm and good. Do yourself a favor and pick any of the other pizza choices in town caus even a cheap frozen pizza would have been better then anything we got delivered and over charged for.

It’s Pizza Hut, so you know what you’re getting when you walk in the door. We had dinner here tonight and the meal was fine. The service was good and we would recommend this restaurant to others.
